A piece of writing advice for those who want to know how I'm so good at writing descriptions:

Practice describing people without the use of common adjectives. Try and think of bizarre but specific descriptions that paint a better picture. You can pick any person to do this with. Celebrities are good because other people can indicate how successful you were.

For example:

Don't say "Joey Ramone was tall and gangly and had thick hair and wore tinted glasses."

Say "Joey Ramone looked like his skeleton had kept growing long after the rest of him had stopped. His shoulders were always arched and hips tilted--a posture that a mother would constantly scold--as if he was trying to alleviate the ache of skin pulled too tight on over-extended bones by continually shifting his balance. Dark hair hung heavy around a long oval face split by a wide mouth, round eyes staring out from behind oversized rosy glasses that sat perched on a prominent nose, though mostly obscured by a wave of thick bangs."

Even if you've never seen Joey Ramone I'd bet you have a decent image of him now, right?

Like??? It’s you being a rookie and having infinite darkness Leon — MAYBE EVEN VENDETTA LEON as a mentor of sorts. He’s too shy to tell you he likes you but his seniority has you following behind him like a lost little puppy. The slight bond you forced upon him gets to his head. He would have never asked to do anything outside of work with you— it’s unprofessional. However, he at least likes you enough to ask to go grab drinks this one time. If you can handle your liquor, you’re cool enough in his mind. Sadly, you cannot. Which leads Leon to becoming your designated driver. You’re slurring your words, stumbling as you walk… it’s a mess. Leon’s just pissed that he couldn’t finish his third glass. But what’s a good mentor if he can’t take care of you? It’s his job to keep you safe, so if taking you home is apart of that role, he’d do it. Though, he would like a reward for being so kind. He helps you inside after taking the keys from you and slipping off your shoes before guiding you to your bedroom. IMAGINE HE CONTINUES TO STEAL YOUR PANTIES AT ANY OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE HE SEES IT AS A REWARD FOR BEING GOOD TO YOU 😭. You’re a giggling mess, lolling your head into his chest with every few steps. He carefully rests you on your bed, sitting down besides you. He’s getting too old for this. You’re babbling off about work and honestly, the rambling is endearing. It doesn’t take that long for you to doze off, sprawled out on your bed.

That’s when it starts. The hunt.

He gets off of your bed slowly to make sure he doesn’t wake you. Suddenly Leon is searching through every drawer to find something he can take as a thank you. That’s when he finds your underwear drawer. A skimpy blue lace thong catches his eye. He yanks it out and slips it in his pocket to cherish when he gets home. As he was about to make it out of the door to head home, another idea popped into his mind. His head hangs low at the scummy thought but he doesn’t stop his legs from approaching you once again. He’s shameless when he slowly creeps his hands under your skirt to take the panties you were wearing off with him <333
