Actually I think Carlos the Scientist and Charles the Theologist would be friends, not just because religion and science are not opposites or mutually exclusive, but also because I like envisioning a Cecilos/Charlevin (is that their ship name?) double date where Carlos and Charles are chatting happily about research and the inaccessibility of academia and Cecil glares profusely at Kevin from across the table while Kevin goes "are you okay Cecil? You're not smiling much :)"

Thinking about Charles and warmth. Thinking about him gently brushing one of his warm hands down Kevin's very scarred back, causing him to twitch at first, but then begans to lean into Charles.
