Circus au
The first couple days Danny was like a feral cat. The circus workers eventually coax him out of hiding with a variety of circus food and some homemade soup. They take one look at this obviously abused and malnourished kid and immediately take him in. It helps there are other kids in the circus, some are older, some are younger, and some are about Danny's age (Danny can be 15-16 here). It's time to socialize their new stray boy

speaking of wholesome rizz i watched a video of all the different reactions the characters have to love triangle conflicts and shadowheart and wyll are by far the most gracious and understanding about it. wyll especially has a whole speech about how you're "writing your own story" and he's sad he won't get to play a bigger role but he's still glad to be part of it. and how you shouldn't say "just" friends because your friendship is valuable enough like omg wyll ravengard the man of all time!

I've gotten some real fuckin sweet comments on my fics lately and it's rly helped get me back on track w cleaning up my rough drafts and I'm so super excited abt it. I spent all day bangin out the next chapter for The Unforgivable and holy shit man, I fucking love writing for Hux's snooty ass. He's so fuckin silly and snarky and coming up with dialogue for him has me grinning from ear to ear every time, I'm so happy to be working on this story again.
