Das Rezept für die Bananen Butter Beurre de Banane Bananen Butter Zutaten für die Bananen Butter - 3 sehr reife Bananen - 60 g Cashewbutter oder Mandelmus oder Tahini - 20 g Kokosöl - 40 g Honig oder Ahornsirup oder Kokosblütensirup - 1 TL Vanille Extrakt - 1-2 EL Zitronensaft oder Apfelessig Anleitung für die Bananen Butter - Bananen schälen und in einen Mixer geben.  - 100 g Honig oder Ahornsirup, 60 g Cashewbutter, Kokosöl, 2 EL Apfelessig oder Zitronensaft, Vanille, Ingwer, Kardamom hinzufügen.  - Im Mixer hacken (Thermomix 5s/Stufe 5 und dann 20 Min./100°/Stufe 1 ohne Messbecher, aber mit dem Korb auf dem Deckel als Spritzschutzdeckel aufgesetzt) kochen und pürieren (Thermomix: 1 Min./Sufe 10, mit Deckel). - In saubere Gläser füllen und nach dem Abkühlen in den Kühlschrank stellen. - HALTBARKEIT: 2 Monate im Kühlschrank vor dem Öffnen, 1 Monat im Kühlschrank nach dem Öffnen, 3 Monate im Gefrierschrank. This DOES NOT take away from the flavor at all!! All jars are crafted, cooled, topped, and shipped from a temperature controlled butter shop, but once they leave the shop, butters are subjected to heat, jostling, ect! I always say this, but the cashew and almond bases take on flavors very differently. The almonds do so well with sweet flavors! Strawberry Donut has a strawberry frosting base, while this is more of a strawberry milkshake flavor. To be completely transparent, Strawberry Donut wasn't one of my faves.
