i’m long overdue for some aziraphale studies! and god i was not expecting michael to have so much facial variation. total time 1hr! 😱

i want to catch my aziraphale up to my crowley skills asap, so i tried a new process tonight that i really enjoyed: noting all the details first, then sketch broad impressions of the same references with my big brush directly after. it’s like i’m speedrunning what i’ve just drawn, and with all those details fresh in my mind, it’s much easier to break him down into stylised strokes.

the part that baffles me the most about this is how it’s been three YEARS and he hasn’t learned a THING

I guess at this point in the show's official history, the only way Blood Moon could stay alive without hurting anyone and retaining his personality would be for them to reduce his size to what he originally was when Lunar first met him. In this way the only fatal victims would be the rats.

Today was a cold one! The plans I had to go see some friends ( the boys I used to watch) were cancelled and I was pretty bummed about that but we rescheduled and i decided today needed a good walk in.

I’ve been really working hard on having my rats spend quality time with me and also with each other, especially because I have different cages that I would like to be all in one cage, it’s going to take some work to get them all feeling comfortable together.

The new boys met the big boys today and we went on a walk in the snow and ice! Normally I would suggest not taking your rats on cold walks but I have a baby carrier hoodie that I love putting my rats in and I also wear a warm puffer jacket over the top and zip it up so all the warmth from our bodies stays in there and they can still put their little noses up for fresh air and smell the great outdoors as well.

Anyway, my love and I walked over 3.5 miles today and took the boy rats and they did absolutely amazing together especially for their first meeting! Yay!
