Forgotten Land Roleswap!
Dedede and Meta Knight Combo-Mode Part 2!
Here are the rest of the ideas I had for how the King and Knight would navigate Mouthful Mode puzzles! I didn’t do stair-mouth, arch-mouth, or scissor lift-mouth since I think Super Dedede Jump and Meta Knight’s flight would solve those, and I covered them in Part 1.
Please enjoy this installment of, “Sworn Partners navigate a Forgotten Land!”
Combo-Mode Part 1 here!

hello!!do you have skk fic recs?
Introduction
Yes, I do. I’m sorry it took so long to give you a reply, but I wanted to give you a comprehensive list and was busy preparing for my last day in high school, and then I got a job 12 hours later, and then I traveled to New York for a couple Broadway workshops. But now that today’s been dealt with, I have my wonderful notes.
So here’s the gist of it. I have three focused reviews on some of my favorite Soukoku fanfics ever, but I felt like copy pasting it would kill you a little, so I’m going to use a simplified format that echoes what I once did for two other ships years ago.
Canon Space
Here I compiled four fanfics that take place in main canon spaces (so not BEAST). While I encourage you to read, I also ask you to make sure to check the tags of the actual work for any possible triggers. Furthermore, the styles these characters are written in, and the way they are portrayed, vary from writer to writer. Some are more “canon” based than others, but they all carry the essence of this ship. And if they don’t in your eyes, then you’re just reading a great novel with Japanese names.
i'll bleed out for you by StarshipDancer
Synopsis: After getting impaled together, basically dying in each others arms in a joint mission with the Port Mafia and the ADA, and getting brought back by Yosano, this shattered Soukoku is asked to go into hiding. In this time, things seem to start healing. But the impending call asking them to return to their positions in their groups haunts them, and when it arrives, things fall apart all over again.
Tags: Caretaking, PTSD, A Singularly Important Rat Is Present, Canon-Divergence, Post-Port Mafia Days, Love Confession, Pet Co-Parenting, Angst
Word Count: 71,848
Notes: Rattata is the best character. I remember reading this fanfic between the airport and my flight, and when chapter four ended, I had to board the plane, with my shaking hands and quiet sniffles. Please read this one.
If you kiss me (I might let it happen) by encsiimomo
Synopsis: Chuuya’s done watching this. Dazai’s literally dating a new girl every week. He dates based on who asks him first that Monday, he breaks up with them that Sunday, and it goes on again. And again. And again. It’s driving him insane. So he does the only thing he can think of to earn himself a break – He asks to date him for that week’s cycle. Dazai’s surprised. Chuuya’s exhausted. But once the sparks fly, they’re unable to be put out.
Tags: Canon Divergent & Kind of Canon Compliant, Dark Era, Smut, Mutual Pining, Light Angst, Silly
Word Count: 52,127
Notes: I loved this fic because it encapsulates a pretty carefree tone that isn’t associated with Dark Era. It’s pretty smutty, but it’s really lovely to read them. It’s not a reflection of what these characters canonically represent. And while it definitely stays as a loose interpretation of these characters, it keeps the essence that makes this ship so sharp and wonderful. I loved Oda’s appearances too, they made me laugh.
A Doll's House by Abyss_In_WonderLand_likes_sexy_cannibals
Summary: After coming to contact with an ability-powered artifact, Dazai and Chuuya are forced to work together to overcome the ability’s trials, and face the bubbling sentiments they keep trying so hard to ignore.
Tags: Teamwork, Ability Loss, Poisoning, Denial of Feelings, Confessions, Light Angst
Word Count: 45,288
Notes: While definitely not a character study, this fic goes and shows how wonderfully warm a Double Black fanfic can be. You’ll giggle in some moments, be entranced in others, and it’s just fun. This is for those that aren’t scouring for the angst. This was the first fic that sunk me into a skk fanfiction hunt all throughout the winter holidays.
On Deathless Feet by AbsoluteNegation
Synopsis: Chuuya always knows the monster can get out of control, but it doesn’t get any less surprising when Arahabaki powers through him. For a while though, it’d been comforting to know Dazai could always reign it in, make it go quiet. Because he did when they recently met, when they rose through the ranks, and at the brink of their end. But after years of disconnection, and the consistent waves of betrayal, is Chuuya capable of trusting him? And is Dazai capable of letting him?
Tags: Caretaking, Controlling Arahabaki, Port Mafia, Post-Port Mafia, Mistrust, Non-Linear Storytelling
Word Count: 71,848
Notes: This story is just breathtaking. The writing style is incredibly vast and detailed, which may seem scary when described, but it flows so easily when you read it. You cannot negate AbsoluteNegation’s incredible skill. The story takes place in an event where Chuuya loses control of Arahabaki in a  Post-Port Mafia Soukoku time. But because of its non-linear style, one gets to understand their past experiences with each other in a manner that contextualizes and weighs in the events of their reunion.
Fanon Spaces
Before I begin, I’d like to note that there are so many AUs in this fandom, that I had to really search for the canon ones in my list. So understand that if you want more of these, I DEFINITELY have more of these. Also, again, while I encourage you to read, I also ask you to make sure to check the tags of the actual work for any possible triggers.
I’ll crown your inner child with laurel by acuteguwu
Synopsis: Chuuya has worked in a Michelin Star restaurant. So he really has no place in losing this cooking competition. But a sudden newcomer, who seemingly has no previous experience in the field, seems to want to tell him his bechamel sauce isn’t ready. And really, who does he think he is?
Tags: Chef Competition AU, Character Study, Slow Burn, Chuuya Is A Blunt Perfectionist, Dazai Is A Culinary Genius
Words: 197,090
Notes: I read this in two days, and I finished by waking up at four in the morning to finish up before going to a drag queen brunch. So really, my experience was incredible. You get to really know these characters, who are very themselves, and it’s lovely. Please read, it’s so worth it.
music for our funeral by itotypes
Synopsis: Dazai has always been lost on what exactly he wants to be. Chuuya knows exactly what he wants. Working with such incredible differences proves to be a difficult challenge, ending in at least a little bit of violence multiple times, but they make it work. Because their music sounds beautiful. Because they’re better geniuses beside the other. And maybe because once it started, they can’t seem to process this journey can ever end.
Tags: No Smut, Angst, 70s, Musicians!AU, Drug Abuse, References to Child Neglect, Lowkey Pretty Violent, Emotional Cheating (w/ Main Ship)
Word Count: 67,723
Notes: Look, there’s a whole genre of Soukoku music AUs. And I could tell you to read the famous “still, still, still” by icedlightroast, or the even more famous “I Was Screaming Your Name Through The Radio” by ElectricSplatter. Which really, they’re both INCREDIBLE fics that I think you should read (IWSYNTTR literally inspired me to try and write music, which led me to do an album for a school project, so I’m not kidding when I say they’re life changing), but I also know that these are famous fanfics that you can find in almost any big skk reader thread. So disregarding the following recommendation, I try to give you fanfics I found through a long scrolling process.
Everything or Nothing by Wellthathappened (Cataclysmic_Calamity)
Synopsis: Chuuya has never been able to experience much. So when he meets Dazai on the night of orientation, he lets himself explore. So as lips sink into his, and as he lets himself be free, Dazai lets him know how unimportant he is by walking away when kids walk in on them. Cut to a month later, they’re paired as roommates, Chuuya’s gotten what Dazai insists is a douchey boyfriend, and Dazai Osamu has to recognize it wasn’t true. It wasn’t a night’s fluke. He really, definitely isn’t straight.
Tags: College AU, Pinning, Chronic Illness, Creation & References Of Illegal Panini Rings,  Confessions, Miscommunication, Past Sexual Abuse, Bad Parenting, Cute Dates, Dazai’s Really Rich
Word Count: 264,937
Notes: I recognize I just put in my notes that there’s no major point in recommending these big fanfics, but I just read this because the person that introduced me into the fandom in the first place really loves this one. And it’s incredible. Worth every moment. I laughed a lot, and cried a lot. It’s those pieces of work that resound with you that keep you engaged. This one builds off of that.
Inseparable by milwritescausewhynot
Synopsis: Dazai and Chuuya have been joined to the hip since day one. But they’re not best friends. Or enemies. Or, worst of all, lovers. They are, however, great at pranking each other. Until one goes close to dangerous, and things begin getting complicated afterwards.
Tags: High School AU, Pranks, Light Angst, Denial, Pining, Confessions, Implied/Referenced Self-Harm, Crazy Kouyou, Childhood Friends, No Smut
Word Count: 107,804
Notes: I hadn’t saved this one in my compilation, but I couldn’t not find it. This fic is so charming, and I most enjoy how the characters move through the story. You can feel the way they're in-tuned from the get go. Definitely recommend.
In Conclusion
Again, I’m sorry for such a late response. I’m literally falling asleep right now but I felt too guilty leaving this for tomorrow morning. If you have any questions, notes, or looking for something specific for your reading, we can talk about it.
Anyways, thanks for asking! Hope you love them, and sorry for any mistakes

Since we’re close on getting our first kfp4 updates soon. Here’s a list I'd love to see (or hoping to see) in the fourth movie
Firstly let's start with the villain. Idk why but I really want the new villain to be reptile? A lizard maybe? Komodo dragon would be great! Plus a Komodo DRAGON vs Po the DRAGON Warrior (PLUS 2024 WILL BE THE YEAR OF THE DRAGON) would actually make sense too! Also they're terrifying!
Tumblr media
Fingers crossed we get Mads Mikkelsen back on board! We were suppose to get him as Kai but he had to last moment drop out so yeah would be great to see him join the crew!
Tumblr media
If its a female villain I'd love Tilda Swinton on board! She would make a great evil female villain
Tumblr media
Since we all got Tai Lung representing (Strength) Shen (Weapon) & Kai (Spirit) as their abilities I'd love to see the new villain to use some manipulation powers (Mind)
As much as I love big goof sweetheart Po I'd actually love to see the villain to USE Po as their manipulation victim making him go absolute berserk or something.
Idk if its just me but Po has shown clear signs of irritations & frustrations. When Po snaps HE SNAPS HARD! So It would be pretty interesting to see Po has to overcome this. Plus having more pressure on not just as a Dragon Warrior but also as a master I'm sure the pressure level on Po is gonna overload
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Plus would make a great challenge for the Five & Shifu too wondering how to fight Po & get him back to senses. And since us audience we've all grown up seeing Po this sweet goofball it would be pretty interesting to watch him being in completely different avatar.
Speaking of Furious Five & Shifu PLEASE GIVE US MORE OF THEM PLEASE!! As much as I love Po's relationship with his dads I'd also love to see his relationship with the Five & Shifu again on screen! They're like his second family!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I MEAN JUST LOOK AT THEM!!
Speaking of family. Since we got kfp3 movie fully focused on Po & his relationship with his dads WE. NEED. SHIFU. TIGRESS. FATHER. DAUGHTER MOMENT!! AT LEAST ONE HEART WARMING ONE! I IT TOO MUCH TO ASK DREAMWORKS?!?! IS IT TOO MUCH?!?!?
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Like we got Shifu apologizing Tai Lung about what he made him but we still haven't got Shifu apologizing or having one sweet father-daughter moment with Tigress! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD GIVE US SOMETHING!! And no! The "I'm very proud of you" scene from Secrets of the Scroll isn't enough!!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
This one's for the TiPo Shippers! More of Po & Tigress please.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I'm not just saying this as TiPo shipper I'm saying this in general I miss these two chemistry & their teamwork which kfp3 din't have much which is understandable since it was more focused on Po catching up with his bio dad & rest of the pandas. Although despite not having more screen time together we still get very small hints about their relationship & how much its developed.
The scene Po voicing his Tigress's action figure saying "He's so handsome" is by far the MOST OBVIOUS HINT Po still having his fanboy crush on Tigress. Boi is so desperate for her attention lol
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
But yeah more of these two please. Not necessary it has to be cheesy romantic it can also be casual. They can keep it low profile but make it very obvious. AND CONFIRM IT ALREADY!!
Lastly. Cameos. I'm sure we'll get some old villain's flashback scenes. Although not sure we'll get Oogway again since there's no confirmation about Randall Duk Kim's return. But I strangely want Soothsayer back! I feel like she can STILL play an important role in the franchise since we got to see Master Croc's return in kfp3 would be great to see her back too.
Tumblr media
So yeah....I guess that's it from my side? Let's see what we get.

okay I LOVE your blue lock sociolect concept but I have to ask. where does the "devouring" thing fit into all of this. like in relation to blue lock's fostering of aggressive behavior the institutionalization of immense mental strain underlying that (blue lock is a psychological pressure cooker and that is entirely intentional) and of COURSE the homoerotic overtones I know that's getting its own dedicated section in the hypothetical in-universe linguistic studies at the very least
like. they really mainstreamed mid-match cannibalism threats. or not even threats like just the CONCEPT that overcoming someone as a player = consuming them physically. that was a thing that happened
oh certainly. they're studying the development and normalization of that sort of language for SURE.
i've actually been thinking about this for a while since i wanted to give an answer better than "the repressed homosexuality is emerging." i did a little skim-reread and unless i missed something, the first person to mention devouring is naruhaya, after isagi adopts his technique of getting in a player's blind spot, and uses that to score the winning goal.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
he doesn't actually say that out loud, though, so it really does seem like isagi also comes up with "devour" independently during his second 3v3 match.
leading up to this, while ego hadn't explicitly instructed them to "devour" one another the way he spoke of "chemical reactions," he did talk about how important it was that they were "hungry" for goals so they could become the best striker in the world (chapter 39), so the foundations were there, in my opinion.
before the 2v2 match against barou and naruhaya, nagi explains to isagi that this is a test of the "power of the individual," (chapter 49) something that isagi clearly hadn't realized prior to that point (because the first selection had a larger teamwork element, what with the full sized teams). already going into the match with the goal of self improvement, specifically to outclass barou, when faced with naruhaya telling him that isagi isn't a player who can play on his own (chapter 52), isagi becomes even more motivated to prove his power as an individual. that entire match is about using another's skill as one's own to improve; "devouring", as opposed to a "chemical reaction."
it's during the 3v3 match with nagi and barou on his team that isagi explicitly develops the mindset of devouring an opponent—until then, it had all been about chemical reactions and sparking with another player. but his inability to actually work as barou's teammate changed the question he asked himself for the sake of victory from "how can i make a chemical reaction with barou [to make use of him, to adapt]?" to "[in order to adapt, i don't need to make use of him,] i need to devour barou." (chapter 61).
isagi (great contributor to the blue lock sociolect) went from a mindset, and the associated terminology, with the imagery of individual molecules creating something new in their reaction with each other, to one where something new is created through the consumption, destruction, absorption, and use of another's pieces to continue building one's own form into something new.
i could say "devour" is a coincidental result of some masculine forms of japanese words gaining a sexual slang definition (perhaps because of the combination of these forms being used for dominance + the language's tendency for indirect mentions of such things).
i could also say it fits into the sociolect as part of a greater pattern of the phrases being ways to express individual dominance. cannibalism in most cases is a lot more one-sided than two volatile substances mixing is.

Fantasycore Writing Prompts, Round I.
There you go friend, some writing prompts for all you forest peeps out there ! Love ya and take care, I hope you have a good day so far !!!🤍🌿
Prompt n°I: Deep within the enchanted forest, a mischievous pixie has stolen a magical artifact from the local village. Your party has been tasked with retrieving it, but beware, for the pixie's tricks and illusions will test your wits and teamwork ! Plot Twist: As your party navigates through the mystical forest, following the trail left behind by the mischievous pixie, you come across an unexpected ally—a reclusive hermit who claims to have insight into the pixie's true motivations. The hermit reveals that the stolen artifact holds a hidden power capable of either great good or immense destruction. The pixie, known as Pippa, stole it to protect it from falling into the wrong hands. Pippa has been leaving a trail of illusions and challenges to deter anyone who might try to harm or misuse the artifact.
Guided by the hermit's wisdom, your party realizes that the true test lies not in overcoming Pippa's tricks, but in proving your intentions and convincing Pippa that you can be trusted with the artifact. To succeed, you must unravel Pippa's past and discover the events that led her to become the guardian of this powerful artifact.
As you delve deeper into Pippa's story, you learn that a malevolent sorcerer seeks the artifact to gain ultimate power and dominance over the enchanted forest. Pippa's actions were driven by her love for the forest and its inhabitants, as she vowed to protect them from the sorcerer's grasp.
With this newfound knowledge, your party has to make a choice... Either retrieve the artifact and help the Sorcerer or help Pippa escapes the villain, but beware. This wizard will put a curse on one member of your party if you choose that road. Your players will have to roll a D20 and the one with the lowest score will be the victim of the curse. Either it's up to you/your dm or you could use some curses examples I put there (Link to be added). •❅───✧❅✦❅✧───❅•
Prompt n°II: Rumors spread of a hidden nymph sanctuary that holds the key to restoring a dying forest. Your party is approached by a desperate druid who begs for your help in finding the sanctuary. Navigate treacherous terrains, solve riddles, and convince the protective nymphs to aid in your quest. Plot Twist: As your party delves deeper into the quest, you discover that the dying forest itself is not a victim of natural causes but has been intentionally poisoned by an ancient and powerful necromancer named Morvath. The druid who sought your help is actually an imposter, disguised by Morvath to mislead and manipulate adventurers into locating the nymph sanctuary for his own nefarious purposes.
Unbeknownst to the party, the real druid has been held captive by Morvath. The imposter has been feeding false information to your party, leading you straight into a trap. When you finally reach what you believe to be the nymph sanctuary, it turns out to be an elaborate illusion created by Morvath himself.
As the illusion unravels, your party finds themselves surrounded by Morvath's undead minions, ready to ambush and capture you. Now, you must fight not only to survive but also to rescue the real druid and uncover the truth behind Morvath's sinister plan.
The real nymph sanctuary remains hidden, protected by powerful enchantments that shield it from Morvath's influence. Your party must gather their strength, adapt to the unexpected turn of events, and find a way to break free from the trap and seek the genuine sanctuary. Will your party fight alone or seek help and run back to the nymphs' sanctuary, asking for reinforcements ?
•❅───✧❅✦❅✧───❅•
Prompt n°III: A village plagued by vicious trolls seeks a group of brave adventurers to exterminate the threat. But these trolls are not what they seem. Uncover the truth behind their aggression and find a peaceful resolution, or face a battle against overwhelming odds.
Plot Twist: As your party sets out to confront the trolls and protect the village, you stumble upon an ancient, hidden tome filled with cryptic writings. Translating the text, you learn that the trolls' aggression is not due to their inherently malevolent nature, but rather a curse that has befallen them.
The curse, inflicted upon the trolls by a vengeful witch, has trapped their true selves within their monstrous forms, driving them to behave aggressively in a desperate attempt to break free from their curse. The trolls are not the villains of the story, but the victims.
Determined to help the trolls, your party embarks on a quest to find the witch and seek a way to lift the curse. Along the way, you encounter the witch's henchmen and other creatures manipulated by her dark magic, making the journey increasingly perilous.
As you delve deeper into the quest, you discover that the witch was once a respected member of the village, wronged by its inhabitants in the past. Her curse was intended to seek revenge, but it has caused unintended suffering for both the trolls and the village. •❅───✧❅✦❅✧───❅• Prompt n°IV: A mysterious figure known as the Trickster Lord challenges your party to a series of cunning trials. Each trial takes place in a different fantastical realm, where you must outsmart illusions, solve puzzles, and outwit the Trickster Lord's devious schemes to claim an invaluable treasure.
Plot Twist: As your party progresses through the trials, you begin to unravel the true nature of the Trickster Lord. It becomes apparent that the trials were not designed as a mere test of wit and skill, but rather a sinister plot to drain the life force of those who participate.
The Trickster Lord, once a powerful and revered guardian of the realms, fell into darkness and became consumed by an insatiable hunger for power. In order to sustain his own existence and regain his former glory, he devised these trials to siphon the life energy of those who dared to challenge him.
With this revelation, your party faces a moral dilemma. Will you continue to pursue the invaluable treasure, risking your own lives and potentially aiding the Trickster Lord in his malevolent plans ? Or will you turn against the Trickster Lord, seeking to bring an end to his twisted game and protect others from falling victim to his trap ?
To prevail against the Trickster Lord, you must gather allies from the realms you've traversed, including previous challengers who have managed to escape the trials. Together, you work to disrupt the Trickster Lord's power source and weaken him, forcing a final confrontation. •❅───✧❅✦❅✧───❅•
Prompt n°V: The king's daughter has been kidnapped by an enigmatic sorcerer who dwells in a hidden tower. Legend speaks of an ancient riddle that holds the key to entering the tower and freeing the princess. Embark on a perilous journey, face formidable guardians, and unravel the riddle's secrets to rescue the princess.
Plot Twist: As your party successfully solves the riddle and reaches the tower, you confront the sorcerer and prepare for a battle to rescue the princess. However, just as you are about to engage in combat, the sorcerer reveals a shocking truth: the princess herself is the sorcerer's apprentice and a powerful cursed creature.
It turns out that the sorcerer had been training the princess in secret, teaching her forbidden magic and harnessing her inner darkness. The kidnapping was not an act of malice but rather a test of her loyalty and commitment to their shared path of power.
The sorcerer reveals that the princess transforms into a fearsome, monstrous creature at nightfall due to the curse placed upon her. The curse was meant to contain and control her immense power, but it has trapped her in this twisted state.
Now faced with a difficult choice, your party must decide whether to fight the sorcerer and attempt to break the curse, or to align yourselves with the sorcerer and embrace the princess's dark nature, potentially harnessing her power for your own purposes. •❅───✧❅✦❅✧───❅•
Prompt n°VI: In a remote mountain range, a hidden valley is said to be guarded by powerful elemental beings. Seek their aid in restoring balance to a world plagued by natural disasters. However, gaining their trust requires completing a series of elemental trials that test your strength, wisdom, and connection to the forces of nature.
Plot Twist: As your party progresses through the elemental trials, you discover that the elemental beings are not actually the guardians they are believed to be, but rather the ones causing the natural disasters themselves. They have been manipulating the world's balance, intentionally causing chaos and destruction.
Unveiling this truth, you realize that the elemental beings are driven by a deep resentment towards humanity, blaming them for the degradation of the natural world. Their trials were designed not to test your worthiness, but to determine if you were capable of harnessing enough power to join their cause and aid in their mission to reshape the world according to their vision.
Now faced with a challenging dilemma, your party must decide whether to align with the elemental beings and embrace their radical plan or to confront them and seek an alternative solution that restores balance without causing further harm.
•❅───✧❅✦❅✧───❅•
Prompt n°VII: A legendary treasure is said to be buried deep within a cursed marshland. Survive the toxic mists, navigate treacherous quicksands, and overcome the vengeful spirits that haunt the marsh. But beware, for the marsh is home to a monstrous guardian determined to protect the treasure at all costs.
Plot Twist: As your party ventures deeper into the cursed marshland, you discover that the legendary treasure is not what it seems. Instead of gold and riches, it is an ancient artifact of immense power that can manipulate the elements and bend reality itself.
Unbeknownst to your party, a group of powerful wizards known as the Arcane Council seek the artifact for their own purposes. They have spread rumors about the treasure to attract brave adventurers who could overcome the marsh's challenges and retrieve it for them.
Upon realizing the truth, you are faced with a choice. Do you deliver the artifact to the Arcane Council and risk their abuse of its power? Or do you decide to safeguard it, knowing that its potential for good or destruction is too great to be left in the wrong hands?
Furthermore, the monstrous guardian of the treasure, initially portrayed as a mindless creature, reveals a hidden sentience and a tragic backstory. It was once a guardian sworn to protect the marshland from those who sought to exploit its resources and disturb the fragile balance of nature. The guardian's anger and aggression stem from centuries of witnessing greed and destruction, leading it to fiercely guard the artifact to prevent further harm. •❅───✧❅✦❅✧───❅•
Prompt n°VIII: An ancient artifact capable of granting incredible powers has been shattered into several fragments scattered across the land. Your party must embark on a quest to retrieve the fragments before a nefarious cult of dark wizards uses them for their sinister agenda. Each fragment holds unique challenges and dangers, from enchanted forests to haunted ruins. Plot Twist: As your party gathers the fragments and edges closer to reassembling the ancient artifact, you uncover a startling revelation. The artifact itself is not a benevolent source of power, but a malevolent entity that seeks to consume the souls of those who wield it.
Legend speaks of a forgotten prophecy that warns of the artifact's true nature, foretelling the cataclysmic consequences if it is ever restored. The cult of dark wizards, misled by their hunger for power, seeks to wield the artifact without knowledge of its dark purpose, inadvertently becoming pawns of its destructive force. Now faced with this newfound knowledge, your party must decide whether to continue the quest and reassemble the artifact, risking the world's destruction at the hands of the cult, or to find a way to dismantle and neutralize the fragments, ensuring they can never be brought together.
As you confront the dark wizards and their leader, you realize that they, too, were deceived by the allure of power and were unaware of the artifact's true nature. A moment of redemption presents itself, where the leader of the cult recognizes the grave mistake they have made and allies with your party to prevent the artifact's restoration. •❅───✧❅✦❅✧───❅•

What song do you think would be the Forbidden Fruits “anthem” so to speak?
Interesting question! I don't think I really have one that plays into all the aspects I like
I can talk about some inspirations if that helps
Edit: holy shit this got long hey Anon uh, hope- hope this is somehow what you were looking for lol
You're in the Band is where a lot of Eve's character came from, mostly the mix of her motherly and rebel traits,
as well as Stick It to the Man and its reprise, with the idea of three Biblical villains coming together after being stuck with the ridiculous and impossible task of fighting God and empowering each other to be more than just a speed bump, to inspire hope of reclaiming justice for themselves when they only existed in stories to be crushed by those unimaginable odds
Only with the power of friendship and teamwork can God be killed is what i think the point of forbidden fruits is actually (not really its more about resistance than overcoming, whittling out your own little corner for those who can't fit the mould and how what seemed like a hopeless stand can suddenly become possible when you arent doing it alone, and how just maybe thats enough, you don't to be able to overcome them completely, surviving when the world wants you dead is revolutionary and disrupting by itself)
Oh, Symphony by Clean Bandit and I Hear a Symphony - Cody Fry, its all of them about each other, their world was perfect and simple and boring until they found each other and now its messy and broken and beautiful; very especially about Lilith and Eve discovering wlw after being made for Adam, parallels and comparisons with the interspecies part of Lucifer's inhumanity falling for and being loved by the first humans (choices being artificially limited for an agenda, lines being crossed and the discovering of countless hidden possibilities, exploration of the self through forbidden paths etc)
This is a weird one but Won't Be Slain Here by Musiclide, hear me out, this is the eternal debate between Heaven and Hell; This is an extremely complicated and nuanced situation, There are only two sides and to pick one is to declare war on the other
Its in the manipulation, the desperation
They are painted as monsters, they have done monstrous things, they were put in awful situations, Heaven is calm and collected and helpful, it can afford to be, it will abandon you when it can't and hell will be all you have anyway
A different ruler of hell takes each chorus before joining the backing vocals of the next, they all have the same story anyway, the same point to make in different fonts, each one is more aggressive than the last, Heaven refusal to change keeps bring it more and more enemies, and their threat is mounting into something substantial and dangerous as they find each other
Heaven has countless justifications, Hell only has one that gets repeated and layered ad nauseam but is not refuted

I love the High Republic Jedi
I really need to talk about the Jedi in The High Republic because damn I can’t stop thinking about them and the contrast with the Jedi Order we know during the prequels.
I’ll try to keep this as spoiler-free (and coherent) as possible, but the central three books of Phase One of The High Republic follow the events of three ‘disasters’ that the Jedi try to assist with. It’s also a time when the Republic is expanding into the Outer Rim, and when unity is the calling card of this movement. And the Jedi respond to each of these disasters by working together – I know that sounds pretty basic written like that, but these books cover several perspectives as they come up with plan after plan to help save lives, however they can, pushing the limits of the Force together to achieve their goals.
But the Order isn’t just one monolith of thought; the series explores perspectives that we largely don’t see in the mainstream content around the Prequel Era – from newly-made Council members struggling with Coruscant priorities versus the realities of the Outer Rim, to Padawans who just want to study the galaxy, or who have to learn under new Masters when their previous one dies. New Jedi Knights who are given Padawans they’re not ready for. Jedi who question the close relationship with the Republic. Jedi who struggle with grief but don’t go on a genocidal rampage to deal with it. Jedi who go on soul-searching journeys after using the Dark Side to save lives.
It explores how Jedi interpret the Force through different lenses; some understand it as music, some visualise it as a vast ocean, some like a vast constellation of stars. How these lenses help them explore new abilities, but also how they need to look beyond that to overcome their weaknesses.
Then there are whole areas and disciplines that no longer exist in the Prequel Era – the autonomy of Jedi temples far away from the Core and the Jedi Council, raising Jedi that may never even see Coruscant. Jedi who disagree with the direction of the Council, or the Order, and strike out on their own, but remain Jedi. Wayseekers, who follow the direction of the Force above all else. Mediative retreats that can last whole lifetimes, like the Barash Vow. Shit, Yoda goes on fucking sabbatical!
And then there’s the crazy stuff that a lot of Disney Star Wars could never do. The Jedi to ex-Jedi mercenary mindmeld/ drift compatible moment that allows them to tame two dragons to ride into battle. The ancient creature capable of cutting Force Sensitives off from the Force and husking them. Yoda had a non-binary Padawan who left the Order for a hot boy they met at the circus. Autistic Jedi. Asexual Jedi. SO MANY LESBIANS.
But at the core of it all is teamwork and compassion. Even as threats escalate throughout the story, the Jedi retain their respect for life throughout, and avoid taking it where they can, mourning it when they do. And as more lives are lost and Jedi are traumatised by the events they see, they actually address this trauma and how it might affect a Jedi’s ability to keep to the Code. There are no chosen ones or super powerful Jedi that save the day; everyone pitches in what they can to help the greater effort. And its this that inspires unity within the Republic – selfless compassion for any stranger who needs them, who act together to achieve the impossible.
I don’t know if this even makes any sense but I love the High Republic Jedi so much and I absolutely recommend the series to everyone, but especially to people who only know the Jedi through Obi-Wan and Anakin and Ahsoka because it is so much more than that.
And I just know, in my heart, that if Yoda had announced to them that they had no other choice but to split up and become Generals to battalions of slave soldiers who were going to be slaughtered in their millions under the direction of an increasing corrupt Senate, they would have put him in a retirement home so fast and there wouldn’t have been a Clone War.
Just saying.

AN ~ An angsty oneshot, inspired by @spindlesaurus-rex egging me on about some Ideas i have been having ... this is planned to be a Part 1 of 2.
features Aziraphale and Metatron (go to hell amen), Aziracrow heavy. Crowley As Trans Allegory themes bc i cannot help myself <3 Read on AO3 (~1000wd) **contains spoilers for S2**
Olive Branch
Somewhere in heaven, there is a mural of three doves attacking a crow.
Aziraphale used to love this mural. Once upon a time, it had filled him with a sense of strength and mission. It had stood for victory of the powers of light, of truth, of good over evil. The teamwork of the smaller doves to overcome their larger, more powerful nemesis had reminded him that goodness did not stand alone against the dark. Looking at it now, though, his eyes trace the lines of those big black wings - both bent upward from a body in freefall, having been driven from the sky - and he wonders belatedly: who is coming to help the crow?
There is a sound behind him, scarcely more than a rush of air, and he tries not to jump (it’s still far too quiet up here). Of course, it’s the Metatron, because apparently these days the Supreme Archangel can barely take a proverbial piss, let alone get lost daydreaming of ecclesiastical dilemmas, without supervision.
“There you are,” the Metatron says, stepping up alongside Aziraphale and handing him a coffee as if they are wandering a museum together rather than stalking and being stalked. “‘The Fall.’ Magnificent, isn’t it?”
Barbaric, is what Aziraphale wants to say. Instead he smiles and says - “Quite.”
The Metatron takes a long, deliberately drawn out sip from his coffee. Innocently observing the magnificent massacre. But even without those ageless eyes on his, Aziraphale feels distinctly trapped. He is a fly, waiting for the right moment to break free of the web - if he even can, and trying is probably a death sentence - and so he stares blankly at the perfect blue and the smallness of the doves and pleads with himself for patience. For strength.
“Did Crowley ever tell you,” the Metatron asks, “what it was like?”
(Please tell me you said no.)
Aziraphale clenches his jaw and doesn’t answer. Every miniscule quake in Crowley’s voice slices into him. He’d been so excited to drag him back here. To this.
“You knew each other, didn’t you?” the Metatron pushes. “Before all that.”
“Only in passing.”
“Well, naturally.”
The Metatron gives a little scoff, and it feels like salt, like acid in Aziraphale’s wounds. Is this what he’d sounded like to Crowley, ever distancing himself from those people, from bad company, as if Crowley wasn’t one of them? Like it was only right that a perfect little angel not allow himself to be tainted, even at the end, when Crowley was trying to tell him-.
“Is that why you insist on calling him Crowley?”
Curse him, his gaze snaps askance at that. It’s the tiniest movement, just for a second, but it’s as good at giving himself away as grabbing the Metatron’s shoulders and shouting in his face, what is that supposed to mean? The Metatron raises his eyebrows, in an exaggerated and clearly over-acted impression of surprise.
“He’s never told you, has he? His name.”
“His name is Crowley.”
The Metatron sighs and waves a hand. “Yes, yes, of course it is. But his angelic name. His God-given name. His name as it is Written.”
Aziraphale draws himself up to meet the Metatron’s eyes.
“No. He’s never told me. And I’ve never asked.”
“Does it ever bother you?”
“Not in the slightest.”
“But Crowley is a demon’s name. Surely, you’d wish to grace the one you love with their true name, hm?”
Love. That stings. Aziraphale feels a hot flash of rage, that the Metatron dared put it to words before he had. Of course, many have danced around it, and dangled it before him. They have used it to praise and empathise, to mock and threaten… but it’s never felt quite like this before. Like a deliberate twist of a knife through his heart.
“If Crowley wants me to call him by a different name,” Aziraphale finally manages, “he need only say so.”
“Ah, but there’s the rub, dear Aziraphale,” the Metatron says, and his smile is too benevolent for the malice in his eyes. “What if he does not know it?”
“Why would he not know his own-”
Aziraphale’s tongue all of a sudden freezes up. Cold horror sinks into him like water into concrete; like it wants to take the atoms of him apart. He thinks of a fly and a box and a naked man on his doorstep. This lot want their Archangel back so they can fire him, Crowley had said. And Crowley had been a lot worse than fired.
“He hasn’t even told you that, has he? That he has been having memory trouble,” the Metatron muses. “Hm. Don’t suppose it’s a surprise, though. One can hardly be expected to divulge such secrets to the other side.”
Aziraphale’s eyes sting with tears. He can hardly breathe through them but his corporation insists on doing so anyway. It gives him away, sloppy and miserable, the strength he’s braced into himself finally starting to crack. He wills himself to hold it in - he’d always known it after all, that there was never a their own side. But that’s not even the worst of it; no, what he really can’t bear is knowing that Crowley suffered, so unspeakably much, and didn’t think it was appropriate - maybe even safe - maybe even his deepest heart’s desire to share in it. He’d called Crowley nearly every day for years, nattering on about concert tickets and this ruddy stain in the carpet and a particularly beautiful duck when what he should have said was, Tell me what you remember about making the stars.
“Oh, Aziraphale,” the Metatron sighs, dripping with false sympathy. It’s not your fault. It’s in his nature.”
“You don’t know anything about his nature.” It’s all he can trust himself to say, but the Metatron appears unfazed by the fact that he’s just barely holding back an ocean over here. He makes a bemused little humming sound and draws something from the pocket of his jacket.
“As it turns out, neither do you.” He pauses a beat, to let it dangle before Aziraphale.
It’s a pendant small enough to fit in his hand. A little glass vial on a golden chain - or at least, it appears to be glass, and it appears to be gold - and inside it, a tiny sprig of olive leaves in what he has to assume is holy water. It’s so small. Too small. He can hardly believe the vastness that is Crowley would fit into something so… precious.
“... Would you like to?”

So the powers of Niisha are capable of turning enemies into friends and vice versa?
For as long as the powers are active, yes, though it is a bit more complex than it sounds. While the Connections can change, memories do not, and that can keep the powers from being as straight forward as it might seem.
For example if Niisha's powers were used on Hawk Moth to make it so he no longer viewed LB and CN as enemies but as friends, that doesn't mean he'd immediately hand over the Miraculouses no questions asked. He may no longer have the desire to defeat and destroy them or his strange desire for revenge on them, but he's still Gabriel Agreste under the mask.
He's still a man that loves power and control. Someone that sees Nooroo and kwamis as slaves to his whims. Someone who still wants to save his wife at all costs and intends on using magic to do so. He wouldn't just hand over his Miraculouses to his new friends because he now saw them as friends, knowing that he needs those Miraculouses to accomplish his goals. He would also have all his memories of hating them, wanting to defeat them, and wanting their Miraculouses. A part of him would be very aware that they are on opposite ends of a struggle even if he now views them as friends, and he isn't about to do whatever they ask even if he now doesn't want to throw a hundred akumas at them.
What this could do however is open up an opportunity to talk. This new friendship Niisha created could have Hawk Moth reach out to Ladybug and Chat Noir and tell them his whole story. How his wife is dead and Mayura is dying and why he was seeking their Miracuouses. He would probably hear them out in turn, and be more open to other options the heroes have to help those hurt by the Peacock Miraculous, and be more willing to trust them than he would have before.
---
So basically Niisha's powers can create a very complex mental game in a way. Let's say that someone used it to make Ladybug and Chat Noir enemies, this wouldn't make them suddenly stop being heroes and attack each other instead. Both Ladybug and Chat Noir would still see themselves as heroes that need to protect the city, and they would do so. It is just now that unbreakable trust and teamwork the two had would be gone. They wouldn't be able to look at each other and immediately know what the other needs them to do, and they wouldn't be working side by side. However they probably wouldn't directly interfere with the other while fighting a foe because they have clear memories that show this other person will help them take down the bad guy, even if they don't like each other one bit.
Niisha's powers can theoretically be overcome by someone, but it requires a lot of mental gymnastics. It would require turning against everything your gut and heart is telling you, and leaning heavily on pure knowledge and not emotion, and even then it might be hard to fully get around it. How can you attack someone you know is your enemy when suddenly your heart is telling you that you care for this person as a brother? Could someone hurt one they now love as family? One might be more inclined to run away rather than fight/join someone when Niisha's powers makes them enemies/friends.

The Problem of Pain. A Reboot
My take on the problem of pain, suffering, death, and evil (and take it for what you will):
Suffering is the price of free will.
Empathy is the price of sentience.
Intelligent sentient empathy with free will gives us the opportunity to do good or evil. It gives us the ability to have love, pity, kindness, and extend help. It also gives us the ability to choose selfishness, take pleasure in cruelty, and to do evil.
All of the universe has freedom. Every atom, quark, and quasar. Chance, time, and physics allow Creation to create itself.
That all over the universe, to varying degrees in various places, physics will lead to chemistry, chemistry to biology, biology to intelligence, intelligence to sentience is inevitable.
Suffering is inevitable with freedom for it is unavoidable when everything has freedom and no puppet master. Natural disasters and accidents and even predation is the freedom of the universe without a puppet master to form & interact as it develops through time, physics, & chance. Some of the universe, when complex enough, has self-agency & has some degree of choice in those interactions (like you). But most of it is just freedom to interact & react in a purely mechanistic physical way.
Death, however, is not inevitable. There are some jellyfish that cannot die of old age.
But is death so evil?
For too many it seems it comes too soon. But is death evil in itself? Death releases us from suffering. Death limits the power of individuals and groups who are misguided or evil. Death allows room for new life and makes it possible for a nearly infinite number and variety of life-forms to each have a turn in Creation to live whatever kind of life they can make for themselves in the situation in which they find themselves for as long as their life may last until the freedom of Creation causes death to end their turn.
Intelligence and sentience allow creatures to choose quality of life over mere pragmatic survival/reproductive strategies.
Look at all the sentient creatures on this planet from octopuses to ravens, elephants to bonobos, orca to humans. They all choose as individuals and groups and species what to do with their freedom, intelligence, and empathy in whatever situations they find themselves.
How to act with abundance/scarcity of resources, conflicts among one another, social structures, other creatures, etc. What kind of cultures and societies to build. What to pass on. How to use their culture, technology, and resources in their present situation. Even how to connect with spiritual realities. Most are pretty cool. Dolphins can kinda be dicks and chimpanzees can be terrifyingly cruel & violent, but otherwise they are all kinda chill in their various ways of living given what they have to work with and the situations in which they find themselves.
Humans have made ourselves as well. We are super social. Seemingly far more so than any of the other social sentients. We live much of our lives outside of ourselves in our social networks and social behaviors. We are innovators and technological geniuses (at least compared to crows). We might have limited individual survivability, but as innovative societies with technology, we have been able to survive and overcome some major bottlenecks, including one that took us down to ~2000 reproductive individuals.
We give up individual physical power and personal autonomy for teamwork, big brains, and social fulfillment. This all has potential for good or ill. Because we are so awesome at innovation our technology, language, and social structures got over-powered way too fast in the last few thousand years when compared to our cultural development. We are just babies taking our first steps compared to the other sentients.
You know those horror movies about children with superpowers forcing the adults into fulfilling their every whim or else? That’s us.
And unfortunately for the world and ourselves, too many of us can never have enough power over others, stuff, sexual domination, or "freedom" to do whatever the fuck we want to whatever/whomever we want. And we have the technology and social structures, that allow the most immoral/amoral of us to have overpowered dominance our overpowered societies with little fear of effective organized resistance.
As one of the better humans once said "The means by which we live have outdistanced the ends for which we live. Our scientific power has outrun our spiritual power. We have guided missiles and misguided men [humans]."
Following up that quote: We have invested our efforts in technology, comfort, power, and sociality. But we’ve not made nearly as much progress in spirituality and moral development. Don’t get me wrong, we have been making efforts as individuals and groups to reach out and understand the spiritual realities and whatever God is. But our understandings of those things have all strongly reflected our current understanding of ourselves and our own morals/values.
Our religions are a mix of human efforts to understand the divine, the divine reaching out to us, cultural context, human/cultural static, and perversion for money, sexual domination, and power.
Our religions and our gods have all basically been reflections of ourselves in that state of human development. Sometimes that’s aspirational leading us towards something better. Sometimes that is nostalgic and regressive, encouraging us to revert toward a more terrible version of ourselves. Sometimes it is a reflection of our worst characteristics and fears.
Our explorations and nascent attempts at knowing spiritual realities as highly social creatures have resulted in religions of all kinds. Those religions have both reflected our cultures as we developed in various ways and led our cultures to develop in various directions. Our best religious practices lead us to grow enough to develop better religious practices/understandings and better people/societies. Even if we hang onto the older practices and scriptures they show us where we come from and trajectory, not exactly what to do in the here and now.
Religion and spirituality are at their best when they are inspirational, not didactic.
But humans will do human shit and we are highly social technologists. Spiritual exploration and practice can devolve into technology in our eyes all too easily. We can easily fall into thinking of spirituality as something to be systematically studied/developed/understood and mechanistically used. Or religion as something to be cynically developed and used to control.
But when I’m feeling most hopeful, I notice most of our religions (even the Christians finally) are all now kinda heading the same direction (in the midst of our cultural context, human/cultural static, and perversion for money, sexual domination, and power):
-you can find comfort in knowing you are part of something greater than just you and that also means it's not all about you
-each person, including you, matters in some fundamental way
-we have an obligation to care for others and treat people fairly
-don’t love your stuff, power, and sexual domination so much.

Precure Day 226
Episode: Yes! Precure 5 Go Go! 28 - “Coco’s Bride Appears!?” Date watched: 17 October 2022 Original air date: 24 August 2008 Screenshots Precure Metamorphose Gallery | Sky Rose Translate Gallery Project info and master list of posts
Tumblr media
Preach it, Nuts
I feel like every series introduces a mascot character that is utterly unlikeable. FWPC had Porun. Max Heart had Lulun. Splash Star….eh Moop and Foop weren’t bad. Yes 5 had Milk. I didn’t think Go Go had one. Clearly I had wiped this episode’s monstrosity from my memory, because she takes the cake. Let’s *sigh* dive in.
EDIT: Quick note. As of this episode the imgur galleries are a bit different. I decided to try letting a program automatically capture screenshots for me, and then I went behind it and added and removed a few. As such there are going to be fewer showcases of individual scenes and more of an overview of the episode at large. This decision was made to decrease the wait time between new reviews.
The Plot
It's extremely hot out, and the girls they'd like to go somewhere cool like Karen’s island resort again. Karen mentions she has a mountain villa they can stay at.
Komachi captures a Palmin which turns out to be the third monarch, Princess Crepe. The princess starts acting lovey dovey towards Coco and calls him her fiance. Coco quickly denies this but all the girls glare at him.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
if looks could kill
At Eternal, Bunbee sees Isohgin and Yadokahn leaving to go fishing. They promise to bring back the Rose Pact.
Princess Crepe is upset that Coco doesn't remember their engagement. When she explains the context, it turns out the “proposal” was Coco sharing some food with her. This is considered a proper marriage proposal in her kingdom. Not willing to admit the misunderstanding, she threatens not to recognize him as a king if he doesn't marry her.
Princess Crepe and Milk argue over Coco and Nuts's responsibilities to the Palmier Kingdom, and continue until they realize everyone else has left.
There’s been a B plot developing about Nuts handing out water to passers by, which now takes the forefront. Everyone else is giving drinks to the swarm of customers outside while Princess Crepe cries in joy to see Coco and Nuts smiling again after the destruction of their kingdom.
Tumblr media
I&Y show up and turn a crawfish into a Hoshiina. The girls all transform and Princess Crepe is surprised that they're Precure & Milky Rose.
Princess Crepe retreats into the Rose Pact during the fight and Syrup accidentally drops it, so I&Y try to snatch it, but Rose gets in the way. The crawfish is overcome without great difficulty and the Cures finish it with Rainbow Rose Explosion.
Milky Rose starts to use Milky Rose Blizzard on the villains, but I&Y remember how much it hurt last time and flee before getting hit.
Tumblr media
nope. don’t like that.
Princess Crepe admires the girls and thanks them for protecting Coco and Nuts. She says she now understands why they choose to be here, with people that protect their smiles.
Crepe says that the Palmier-Crepe Alliance will be strong after this, while snickering. Everyone stares in concern and the episode ends.
Tumblr media
nothing nice is ever said with that face
The Analysis
What I Liked
There are some fun reaction faces in this episode, especially from Milk. And the glare Nozomi gives Coco when she thinks she’s the other woman is superb.
Tumblr media
The B-plot with Nuts handing out water was decent. Just a casual display of wordless compassion.
The fight sequence was pretty good as well. It featured fast action and some strong teamwork. There were some attacks that were clever and creative and visually powerful from both the Cures and the Hoshiina.
The flashback scenes show that Coco has always been willing to stick his neck out for other people, showing kindness to a younger Princess Crepe.
Face faults are an anime trope that I love. Someone says something surprising and everyone falls over. This episode makes good use of them every time Princess Crepe talks about how Coco supposedly proposed to her.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Princess Crepe withholding political support until Coco agrees to marry her is the most realistic display of international diplomacy I’ve seen in this show.
What I Didn’t Like
Princess Crepe. She’s worse than Milk, worse than Lulun, worse than Porun. I hope her time in this show is brief and she very quickly overcomes her obsession with Coco.
Tumblr media
I can’t believe I’m siding with Milk
Princess Crepe. Her obsession with Coco and their supposed engagement is so flimsy. I understand it’s meant to be upsetting to the audience, and it succeeds at that. I did face the question of whether disliking something the show wants me to dislike means it’s a good thing, and it is, but it still goes in the dislike column. If they managed to spin this into a lesson on consent and accepting rejection, I would place it in the “like” category.
There is astonishingly little Eternal in this episode. I’d have liked to see more of them. Even during the fight, Isohgin and Yadokahn barely do anything. They just show up.
The Hoshiina molts at one point in the episode but nothing is done with this.
Tumblr media
it’s just a shell of its former self
As a summer filler episode, the art is on the low end of the quality spectrum.
Miscellaneous
Milk appears in her fairy form for the second episode in a row.
Princess Crepe is named after a crêpe, a popular French pastry that is basically a very thin, flat pancake. They’re served in a variety of ways, from individually with simple toppings, to stacks, to rolled up around fillings.
Princess Crepe refers to Coco as “Cocorin”. Her speech tic is ending her sentences in “kuku”, the first syllable of her name in Japanese (Kurepu).
Princess Crepe is voiced by Nishihara Kumiko, who went on to play Crescendo Tone in Suite Precure and Sharuru in Dokidoki Precure.
Isohgin and Yadokahn speak a little differently in this episode. They form full sentences but Yadokahn finishes them rather than restating Isohgin’s remarks.
Conclusion
Summer filler is strange sometimes. It’s generally understood that it will be lighter in tone and less impactful, and this certainly meets that description, but it’s possible to do lighthearted episodes well. Coming off the heels of the summer festival episode, which I overall liked, this one has more bad than good. Princess Crepe is off to a bad start as a character, but there’s time for her to redeem herself. Perhaps this will be a case where the monarch has more to learn from the team.
Next time, on Precure Daily, a new villain makes his appearance! Look forward to it!

Why Naruto Uzumaki is the Best Hokage !!
Naruto Uzumaki is one of the most beloved and iconic characters in anime history. Over the course of his journey, he has overcome numerous obstacles and adversities to become one of the most powerful ninjas in the world. But Naruto's true accomplishment was becoming Hokage of the Hidden Leaf Village. Here are some reasons why Naruto is the best Hokage:
1. He embodies the spirit of the village:
Naruto is a born leader with a natural charisma that makes people want to follow him. He loves his village and its inhabitants – and he is willing to do everything he can to protect them. His unbreakable spirit, kind heart and determination to never give up inspired others to strive for better.
2. He has the experience:
Naruto has been through it all. He fought with the Akatsuki, saved the world from the Fourth Shinobi War, and came face-to-face with the Otsutsuki clan. Naruto has a deep understanding of what it means to be a ninja and knows firsthand what it takes to protect the village. His experience makes him a natural choice to lead it.
3. His leadership style is fair:
Naruto has a laissez-faire leadership style, meaning he lets his subordinates handle things their way. Though some may criticize that as a weakness, it's a leadership style that values trust and respect. Naruto has been known to give credit to his teammates on the battlefield, showing he trusts their individual abilities. This resulted in a greater bond among his team members.
4. He knows how to unify people:
One of Naruto’s greatest strengths is his ability to bring people together. He saw first-hand what divisiveness can do to a group and has worked hard to bring unity to the village. He encourages teamwork and loyalty, and he never plays favorites. Naruto is committed to protecting all the members of his village and sees them as equally valuable. During his time as Hokage, he has created new structures for day-to-day life; for example, developing a system of payment through proof of service provided rather than currency. This ensured all members of the village had access to resources, regardless of their wealth status.
5. He's the diplomatic champion:
Naruto has earned the respect of the neighboring feudal lords and has formed alliances with the other ninja villages. He is known for his diplomatic approach and his ability to negotiate peacefully.
In conclusion, Naruto is the best Hokage because he embodies the spirit of the village, has the experience to lead effectively, has a leadership style that is fair, unifying, and respects every member of the village, and he has the necessary diplomatic skills to keep the peace between neighboring powers. His leadership and accomplishments have shaped the present and future generation of Hidden Leaf Village. Naruto's legacy as Hokage will continue to be admired, studied, and cherished for generations to come.

I'd like to further extend on my original Astrology Fun: Resident Evil post and discuss my conjecture around the placements of Leon S. Kennedy and Ada Wong. The rest is below the cut because I include images and graphs, which are a bitch on this site to load. I don't go into too much detail on their individual charts (I can if enough people are interested). Instead, I offer deeper info on their synastry here.
Ada Wong
Canon Birth Year: 1974
If she were born an Aquarius w/ a Scorpio Moon placement, her date of birth would be: February 13, 1974 (Bangor, Maine @ 8:00AM)
Sun: Aquarius
Moon: Scorpio
Rising: Pisces
Mercury: Pisces
Venus: Capricorn
Mars: Taurus
Important Aspects in Her Chart:
Sun Conjunct Ascendant
Saturn Trine Ascendant
Uranus Trine Ascendant
Sun Square Moon
Moon Sextile Venus
Moon Trine Mercury
Mars Trine Venus
Jupiter Conjunct Sun
Neptune Conjunct Medium Coeli
Tumblr media
Leon S. Kennedy
Canon Birth Year: 1977
If she were born a Pisces Sun w/ an Aquarius Moon placement, his date of birth would be: March 17, 1977 (Portland, Oregon @ 2:50AM)
Sun: Pisces
Moon: Aquarius
Rising: Capricorn
Mercury: Pisces
Venus: Aries
Mars: Aquarius
Important Aspects in His Chart:
Sun Conjunct Mercury
Moon Conjunct Mars
Mars Sextile Venus
Moon Trine North Node
Mars Trine North Node
Pluto Square Ascendant
Saturn Square Medium Coeli
Tumblr media
Their Synastry
For those who have never heard of it before, synastry is a form of astrology where two natal charts are combined to examine how two individuals would act towards one another. This doesn't have to be romantically; this can also be used to understand friendship dynamics and even family.
Tumblr media
Some of the Important Aspects to Note:
** Just so you know, I did not create this synastry. I just picked a date, time and place for each individual character and hoped for the best when their charts overlaid. Surprisingly, it matches their story in-game. I was kinda shocked.
Ada's Sun Conjunct Leon's Moon
This aspect provides a subconscious understanding of one another. Sun Conjunct Moon aspects are very common among marriages or long-term romantic relationship. This is also commonly seen in strong friendships.
Ada's Jupiter Sextile Leon's Venus
A very harmonious, albeit overly fanciful, aspect to share. The power of love becomes a primary theme in this relationship. This energy brings joy and a sense of optimism when around one another. Even with other instable aspects in a synastry chart, this can help overcome them.
Ada's Pluto Square Leon's Ascendant
This aspect points to a secret love affair which both parties seem unable to bring into the public eye. Too much conflict and tension exist with this energy for anything stable.
Ada's Saturn Square Leon's Sun
This aspect is purely karmic. The Sun person unconsciously chooses the Saturn person to transcend their past. The Sun person also provides hope and optimism, but the Saturn person must cope with a strong earthly reality. Many hidden challenges hinder this relationship, yet the partners do all they can to support one another.
Ada's Moon Conjunct Leon's Uranus
This aspect brings excitement and instant attraction, but the nature of Uranus is too unstable for both parties to maintain this relationship long-term.
Ada's Ascendant Conjunct Leon's Moon
Both partners feel an instant ease with expressing their deeper emotions and desires.
Ada's Sun Conjunct Leon's Mars
Competition. The Mars individual draws power from the Sun person; however, unless they've something beyond themselves that they are striving towards, their competitive natures can turn nasty. Oppositely, when they share a common goal, this aspect lends unlimited power. Their teamwork is unconscious and effortless.
Ada's Ascendant Conjunct Leon's Mars
Mars is instantly sexually attracted to the Ascendant person. A powerful magnetic energy emanates between them. They can motivate one another into action in a very personal way. Both of them may share many activities, work matters included.
Ada's Mars Square Leon's Moon
Strong sexual attraction and possibly emotional combativeness. The Mars person can react physically out of emotion when triggered (even if explosive reactions are not natural to them). This aspect is highly sexual and emotionally charged. Both individuals should tread carefully.
Ada's Mars Square Leon's Mars
Tension. Clash of egos. Differing beliefs. This can be a very difficult aspect to deal with in deeper connections. There needs to be much space between these two and other more harmonious aspects for a traditional relationship.

[TRANS-ARTICLE] 220726 ‘Big Mouth’ Lee Jong Suk Lim YoonA ‘teamwork’? 10 out of 10”

MBC’s new Fri-Sat drama ‘Big Mouth’ (creators Jang Young Chul, Jung Kyung Soon, script by Kim Haram, directed by Oh Chung Hwan, produced by A-Story, Studio Dragon and Aman Project) which will air on the 29th (Fri) is a story of how a struggling lawyer with a 10% winning rate who winds up in charge of  a murder case that turns him overnight into a genius conman known as ‘Big Mouse’ and the digging into the huge conspiracies of the privileged people in order to protect their families.
In particular, Lee Jong Suk (plays Park Changho) and Lim YoonA (plays Go Miho) who have irreplaceable charms played the role of an ordinary couple that put out a fight against the wall of power in order to survive, increasing viewers’ expectation. With the start of the battle just around the corner, both actors personally revealed their reasons for not being able to withdraw from the fight.
First of all, Lee Jong Suk, who plays Park Changho, who gradually transform from a 10% winning rate surviving lawyer to ‘Big Mouse’, the king of the underworld replied that the driving force behind the character’s action is ‘family love’. Lee Jong Suk said, “Family is the only driving force to overcome the difficult situation given to Park Changho. When he is a lawyer, he has to take up the responsibility for his family and make a living. And in the prison, his survival instinct is ignited in order to reunite with his family.
In the drama, Lim YoonA, who plays Go Miho, the wife of Park Changho and a person with high vitality also has family as the reason for entering the battlefield. Lim YoonA describes Go Miho’s character saying “She is a person who will say ‘that person I know him the best’ even when everyone was doubting Park Changho. Every moment of joy and sorrow, every moment spent together as well as the trust that has been built up as the person who she sees closely. These emotions make the situation bearable and for Go Miho to take action.”
As they are a couple who survived by relying on each other, the two actors also evaluated the teamwork of Park Changho and Go Miho as a perfect score of 10. Lee Jong Suk said, “Although we are physically apart and can’t be together, however from our respective positions, we will show a fantastic teamwork that fits well and understand each other feeling even without any communication”, increasing expectation for a couple who are far apart physically but their inner hearts were never apart. In addition, Lim YoonA said, “Although the distance between them is far, but I think there will be a thrill when Park Changho and Go Miho cooperate with each other with perfect teamwork and finally solve the case. I hope this feeling will be well conveyed to the viewers,” raising curiosity about the synergy between the two characters who will overcome hardships together.
As such, Park Changho and Go Miho who struggled through without letting go of each hand’s hand despite the storm faced, will give a pleasant and satisfying blow to the ugly privileged class through ‘Big Mouth’.
The anticipation for the first broadcast of ‘Big Mouth’ is soaring as to how two people who have full trust towards each other will work together to break down this solid wall of power.
MBC’s new Fri-Sat drama ‘Big Mouth’ will premiere on July 29, 9.50pm KST, following the conclusion of ‘Doctor Lawyer’.
