The shouting and yelling one aswell as the distant one

Cause like yk my dad is in another country and when I do see him it’s really awkward and usually ends in some sort of fight

If I had to explain the relationship I have with my dad I would need a year cause it’s so complicated

BUT ENOUGH OF THAT LETS GET INTO THE ACTUAL STUFF

So I can’t really form relationships with men cause I’m scared I’ll get hurt again but when I do it hits me like a train wreck cause I get attached to older men so quickly

Literally any type of praise from men makes me start sobbing

At the end of the day I’m just an angry little girl who wants her daddy back

THATS THE SCRIPT BASICALLY

I just want nanami to praise me then comfort me as I cry about how much I hate and miss him All at the same time

Imagine how confused he would be when I start sobbing just cause he told me good job after I done something so small like waking up early then I explain that I’ve never felt that kind of fatherly love before and it just makes me crumble

Imagine how he would look at me when I start staring at a dad and his little girl being happy together not crying or anything just staring wondering why he couldn’t be like that and what I did wrong to make him so angry at me

this is so long I’m sorry if this is to long or to blunt 😅😅

OH MY I hope you're okay...

but I can relate in a way, having a father who isn't from here and had a difficult childhood means he often projects his own issues onto me. I'm also very similar to him and I do everything to try to live up to his standards but that means we often just clash and argue all the time. The need for praise is probably what led me here and my obsession with older men...ANYWAYS this is going to be very self-indulgent but I hope you enjoy <3

After a long day at work, Nanami cannot wait to come home to you. Although he knows you may not be the happiest due to him working overtime again, he hopes he can make it up to you with lots of kisses.

Just as he anticipates your standing in the kitchen with music playing while you sir of what he assumes is his favorite food. You're dancing around with an apron that says 'I love my boyfriend' tied tightly to your body. 'Hey love' he says as he walks towards you, dropping his bags in the process. You turn and smile at him bringing him into a tight hug. 'you're in a good mood' he mumbles into your neck.

'missed you' you say pecking his cheek before focusing back on the dinner. Nanami wraps his arms tight around you and begins kissing you neck sweetly.

'It smells so good my love' he says his chin resting on your shoulder 'Your such a good cook'. You lay your head on his as you begin to plate up the dinner.

Nanami can't help but notice your change in behavior as he continues to praise your hard work. 'I'm so lucky, god your amazing' he practically moans out while he takes another bite of food. Usually, you blush and get all flustered at his praises, instead, you don't touch your food at all and begin playing with your fingers under the table.

He watches as you get up and begin to wash up the dishes. Nanami thinks it's because he worked overtime and how he hasn't been as present as usual. He pushes the thoughts of insecurity to the back of his mind and walks back up to you, helping dry the dishes. 'That was perfect baby thank you' he says whilst putting a plate away.

You sigh at his words. Thoughts of memories with your father flooding through your mind. How he would dance with you in the kitchen and feed you the food he cooks. All of the good and loving memories of him fade away as Nanami continues to praise you. As much as you appreciate his support you can't help the feeling of sadness that creeps up into you. The memories of the arguments and fights with your dad and the constant trying for his appriciation.

The feeling begins flowing through your chest and your surroundings begin caving in on you. Nanami watches as you drop everything and rush off to the bathroom. He finishes up the dishes deciding on giving you some space.

The tightness in your chest only begins to get worse and you find yourself being sick. The constant thoughts of your dad and how he made you feel mixed with the love and care you so dearly miss was overwhelming. Your boyfriend is quick to rush into the bathroom and soothingly rub your back.

He doesn't question you, he just pulls you into his chest and lets you cry. The feeling begins to ease as he softly rubs circles into your back. 'come on love, let's get you to bed' he says before helping you up and laying you in bed.

Nanami cleans up the bathroom and kitchen before joining you. His fingers draw patterns on your arm as you lay on your back facing the ceiling. You cant help the thoughts that invade your mind. The good and the bad memories of your dad mixed with the anger you have for him.

The memories of how he would take you to the mall after being gone for weeks to make up lost time. And how quickly that happiness would be ruined. The arguments about your grades and lack of support he provided. Then he's gone again, whether physically or mentally it would go weeks before the cycle then repeats itself.

The lack of appreciation and support he provided is what made you fall in love with Nanami. All he does is shower you with praises and compliments and makes sure to support you in everything you do. Yet this time it was different. You couldn't help but imagine how things would be different if your own father showed you the love and affection you deserved.

'whatever bothering you love stop thinking about it.' Nanami's voice snaps you out of your thoughts 'We will deal with it tomorrow, just get some sleep'.

'Kento' you say softly turning to look at him. he hums in response 'I love you'.

He smiles widely before pressing a soft kiss to your knuckles. 'I love you to now get some sleep my love'. His words send you right to sleep. His gentle touches taking away the bad throughs and allowing you to fall softly to sleep.

'You're up early' Nanami says turning to look at you waddling out of the bedroom. You groan out in response, going to sit next to him on the sofa.

'You slept very well though, I'm proud of you' he says placing a soft kiss to your temple.

You don't know what flows through you at that moment. Whether it was anger or annoyance, you just felt like you wanted out of there. It was all getting too much. The memories and images of your father back flowing in your mind. The fighting and the screaming at one another. Just begging for his approval. You shove out of Nanami's hold moving to the other side of the sofa. 'babe what's wrong?' he asks reaching out for you.

'won't you just leave me alone' you mumble looking down at your hands. Nanami's expression is filled with confusion. He thought maybe you were just stressed yesterday and some sleep would help, but this was different. This wasn't who he knew, but that didn't mean he was going to stop trying to help. So he reaches out to you again.

But you're quick to get up from your seat and practically shout 'Leave me alone' before ranting on about how he's never home and you never see him and how bad it makes you feel.

Although slightly shocked Nanami still proceeds to reach out for you as you wave your hands around and shout. He can't shake the feeling that there is something else behind all of this. That he's somehow triggered a memory that has left you agitated.

'my love, it's okay' he says softly as he rises from his seat. 'I'm sorry I haven't been as present as usual, and I will do better from now on. I just can't shake the feeling that there's something else'

His hand reaches out for yours once more and his soft touch sends you over the edge as you begin sobbing into his chest. His arms wrap tightly around you as your clutch onto his pajama top. Your tears begin to wet his shirt but he doesn't care, he just wants to be there for you in any way he can.

After a while of holding you, your sobs begin slowing and he sits you down on his lap, rubbing circles onto your thigh. 'talk to me my love' his simple words, allows you to feel safe in his arms like he won't leave you like your father.

And so you explain everything, from the good memories from when you were young to the fights that happened when you got older. You tell him about the anger you still feel towards him but also how much you miss him and want to be his little girl again.

'oh my love that's horrible. You deserve all the love in the world and I will do everything to make sure you know that' he continues to comfort you through your breakdown until he has you giggling in his arms

'I'm serious my dad did that to me can you believe that?' he chuckles watching as you smile up at him. 'come on let's make pancakes and then maybe we can have a picnic, how does that sound?'

'it sounds perfect Kento, thank you' you say pulling him into a soft kiss.

Before you know it you're laying down in the sun with Nanami whilst he feeds you strawberries. Everything is perfect from the sweet strawberries to the way his hair softly blows in the wind.

Soft giggles can be heard not too far away and you turn to look where they're coming from. You see a young girl playing with her dad running around. Nanami is quick to notice your staring and brings a hand to your chin turning you so your eyes meet his own. 'I know that must bring such sad memories into your mind, but there's no point thinking what if, you wouldn't be the beautiful person you are today without it and I love you no matter any imperfections you think you have, to me your perfect'. He smiles down and softly kissing your lips before beginning to tickle you 'Now we've just got to make sure you know how deserving you are'.

we. you and him together. 'o-okay Kento stop that tickles!' you giggle out collapsing onto his chest.

Let me see... Can't lie I sort of blanked out 😭 but here's what I managed to scrape up from the pits of my mind

In no particular order:

Noelle, from Sidney Sheldon's Memories of Midnight

She's a badass, idk idk 15 year old me was obsessed with her and her dark feminine (is that what it is?) So she'll always have a special place in my heart. I mean she knew what she wanted and went for it. I admire that, I need that! I desperately wanted to be her. Were her ways of attaining what she wanted a bit off the book? Yes, were her motivations a bit problematic? Sure but hey nobodies perfect

Tallulah Casey, from Louise Rennison's Misadventures of Tallulah Casey

She's so funny, awkward and adorable I love her. The first time I read this book I was probably 14 (the same age as her) so I could relate to her in a way. Idk I guess she just grew on me and I can't let her go. Plus we're both tall and skinny (I'm not that tall but 14 yr old me thought otherwise). Why is she my favorite... I do not know really, maybe because we had like 2 similarities and I got attached to her? Because I saw myself in her? I honestly don't know.

Geto Suguru, Jujutsu Kaisen

It's a bit complicated trying to explain this one, obvs his looks reeled me in. But he sort of mirrored a tough phase I went through (It wasn't that tough I'm just dramatic). I'm still trying to understand his character a bit better but here's the gist of what secured him a place in my heart (pls don't eat me up if I'm perhaps misinterpreting some stuff pls 😭) : So we both thought we were the best/strongest at something. Then we got the biggest humbling of our lives. Then we went through an isolation/ depressive phase. And then we got angry/resentful and found someone to pin the blame on. This is where he and I differ bc he pinned the blame on a whole demographic and took the aggressive route (kill them all), and I pinned the blame on myself and took the passive route (self hate, low self esteem and worth etc). Basically a one sided trauma bond?

Tanethu Mdluli, The Amaryllis (it's a book, by an African author,I forgot the name)

She's everything I wanted to be (since I was 13/14). She's the perfect student, daughter, big sister, friend. Her parents are proud of her. She's strong, independent, responsible, smart, kind, aware of what she wants and how she wants it. Is she a bit too rigid ad judgemental yes but idk she's her for me yk. I've loved her since I was young and I desperately wanted to model myself after her (epic fail btw she'd be disappointed)

i truly believe that CBMTHY reader needs like a hobby like something that consumes her so fully that she forgets her grief for a short while. it could be her just experimenting with her magic like seeing how she's always so curious and all it works with her personality too! also girlie neeeds a job, money and retail therapy fr 😭 but i must say this CBMTHY 16 is like perfect?? idk the confrontation and the reader finally realizing that her actions have consequences was much needed! i hoping we get to see more growth for her like the start of it atleast, cause she's been in this depressive hellhole of hers far too long and it's make me angry at this point honestly. not at you but how she doesn't act on what she wants to do and just doesn't think things through when she actually does something, I DO see what you did with Mor there and honestly her reaction was so valid and i'm hoping that reader gets a small family that is not the IC, like found family (how nesta made friends with emerie? and gywn ? i don't remember their names lmao) but yeaah she deserves one. we already have Bas we need like 2 more people? or even 1 bro she just needs people thats not family like eris can be considered a friend but then again he's not someone she can meet regularly?? and thats fine ofcourse!

also girlie needs to find out whats in the book that eris gave, istg thats what im excited about the most! i loove the reader curious nature, imean she doesn't reallly act on it but the way she used to like read every book from the library like it was food was so relatable there is so much potential with CBMTHY and hosnestly its so well written, even when yk there are some clarifications to make you do it all too well! (taylor swift reference:))) i will not apologize for ranting because you've made it pretty clear you like reading through it all haha but es have a good day and take care!! <33 with lovee <33

Well, maybe not that weird, but a little strange to not try at it at all, like you said, given reader’s curiosity :)

I’m super happy you feel that way! I feel what happened with Mor was uncalled for just given reader’s situation, but at the same time I’m not sure how much I can fault Mor for it since we don’t know how deep the Eris wound goes? Naturally making the comment about “you’ll pay though, right?” was a step too far since that’s intentionally malicious? It’s not just the leash on Mor’s emotions slipping, that was a planned attack that Mor knew would hurt reader?

Whereas despite how reader’s actions hurt Mor and reader should have given it a little more thought before going to Eris—even really at the moment she picked up her pen to write back to him—her primary motive wasn’t to do it out of spite, she just needed to get away for a bit.

I think it will be fun to see how they sort it out though? Whether reader stands up to Mor or whether Mor backs off on her own? Whether other people might intervene or whether reader might go at Mor by herself?

Yes! She needs something that will push her into action? Sure, you’re immortal so I guess you have all the time you could want, but do you? If reader keeps putting things off they’ll never happen :/

AoT characters staging Romeo&Juliet

basically a school AU where AoT characters (both Paradisians and Marleyans) are staging R&J, who would play whose part and stuff like that

Imma tell right away that I'm not a theatre kid so I've no clue how all of this works exactly so just bear with me if i write something out of the left field

fyi I'm going to list the R&J characters in the same order as in the original

cw: mentions of death Ig

Cast

Prince Escalus - Zeke

the troop just needed someone adult to play this part and decided to go with Eren's big brother

for someone who appears only three times during the entire play, is way too invested into this - Zeke doesn't want to let his little brother down

speaks with a strange (and mildly offensive) accent

Count Paris - Marlowe

everyone wanted Jean to play the character but he refused since being rejected by a love interest seemed all too familiar to him

Hitch suggested that Marlowe should play the part because she wanted to see his serious ass showing some emotion

it's really hard for him to get into character (even if it's a simple one) so he stays in character throughout the whole play

can't kiss Juliet on the lips so only gives her a peck on the cheek

feels a relief everytime his character dies

Romeo - Marco

initially Jean was aiming at this role (because of course he would)

but then he saw the sheer amount of lines he's supposed to memorize and backed out

Marco's interpretation of Romeo is adorable rather then passionate

tbh Marco doesn't give off 100% performance - he just does exactly what he's asked to

in the scene when Romeo slays Tybalt, doesn't seem angry enough and just runs towards Tybalt in anime style before gently pushing him

Mercutio - Eren

wants this role because Mercutio seems like a free spirit

genuienly tries to remember his lines but failes miserably so someone always has to help him out

completely forgets the Queen Mab speech but stays in the character and rants about some random stuff

funny thing is... the audience actually buys it

draws out his death agony trying to make it as dramatic as possible

Benvolio - Armin

memorized the script in its entirety - potentially can play any role

was chosen for the role of Benvolio because he is the only one capable of calming Eren down

often helps others when they forget their lines (mostly Eren)

needs to break up the actual fights between Mercutio and Tybalt

Tybalt - Porco

was glad to get the role because it doesn't have a lot of lines and he gets to show off his physique

doesn't need to get into the character

Porco is already aggressive enough

whenever there's a fight scene, Porco improvises, throws out his sham sword and beats the shit out of his opponents

is convinced that Romeo wasn't actually strong enough to kill Tybalt

Friar Laurence - Connie (Reiner as an understudy)

initially this role was suggested to Bertholdt but he declined because of his stage fright

Connie wanted to be on the stage but didn't want to memorize the lines so the role of Friar Laurence seemed perfect - Connie was carrying around a book prop where he hid the notes with his lines

Connie whales and sobs everytime during his last monologue (when R&J are already dead)

One time Connie forgets about the play so Reiner has to substitute him - Reiner also wanted this role but didn't want to rob Connie of it

the black robe that Connie usually wears is really figure-hugging on Reiner (that's the power of tiddies)

Juliet - Hitch

yk Krista was the first person to be suggested for the role but she declined

Mikasa agreed to play Juliet but only if Eren plays Romeo - both Eren and Jean were against it

the troop settled on Hitch

initially likes the fact of being a lead - but gets irritated when she needs to attend all of the rehearsals

her acting is good but a bit unhinged - she likes to be overly dramaric

during the scene of the first kiss during the ball, Hitch is more eager to kiss Marco (and not the other way around as it should be according to the script)

Rosaline - Krista

Rosaline doesn't have any lines but she appears on the stage (at least in some adaptations)

Krista volunteered to play her part because she kins Rosaline (like her decision not to marry a man)

her bright neon nails stand out in the crowd of extras

Nurse - Sasha

originally the troop was unsure of this casting because of Sasha's seemingly lacking sense of responsibility

but Sasha vigorously learns her lines and is by far the most hard-working

sometimes she cheats though by sliding the notes with difficult-to-memorize lines inside her sleeves

although Sasha's nurse is not portrayed as caring as she should be, Sasha still manages to bring out the humurous side of the character

improvises a lot and makes a lot of jokes on the stage

gets berated by the director because of it

Production team

Director - Jean

a huge controversy led up to Jean's appointment as a director

starts dressing up to fit into his director aesthetic

draws most of the decorations

has beef with Eren so assistant director has to step in every time in order to instruct Eren

has his own "vision" of the play and doesn't let the actors improvise too much because they are sabotaging his perfect play

Assistant Director - Pieck

much more chill in comparison to Jean

unofficial director and the troop tends to be more cooperative with her

supervises all of the scenes where Eren has speaking lines

hosts teambuilding activities inbetween the reahearsals

Set Designer (also Prop Master) - Hange

their initial drafts on the decorations turn out to be too complicated for the school play

raids local thrift and craft stores in search of perfect props

spray-on metalic paint (silver or gold) is their solution to beautify the ugly looking props

didn't bother to make the blades of the swords dull

somehow gets their hands on a historical piece - which turns out to be a piece of broken crockery

Costume Designer - Levi

makes the costumes the way he wants them to be and is unfazed by Jean's requests

will die on this hill if the costumes are not historically accurate

the troop is scared to put on the costumes because Levi is gonna beat the shit out of them if they damage the clothes

is present during the rehearsals to make sure that the troop wears the costumes properly

Stage Crew - Bertholdt, Ymir and Mikasa

Ymir is the most focused out of the three - that is wnen Krista is not in the wings - otherwise she gets distracted and strikes up a conversations with her

Bertholdt hangs up all of the decorations thanks to his height (man's a fucking tree)

when it comes to the fast change of set decorations, Mikasa is the best at this

it turned out really messy but i hope you like it!

Random and dark headcanons about Shuu Sakamaki

If you are not comfortable with those themes please just scroll, I don't want to make anyone uneasy, it's for fiction and fantasies only, Shuu is in NO WAY meant to be portrayed in real life, he is not a good person and none of his actions are acceptable.

In which you're a bride living in the Sakamaki manor :

- His voice is really low, much lower and raspier than his voice in the anime, it just makes more sense to me because he's always sleepy and horny, sadly he's the one who speaks the less (like, sir, just keep your mouth open and never shut up 👄🔪)

- He's just so disgusted everytime Reiji come near him that he's always scrunching his nose for a split second and then furrows his brows as if he smelled something bad but it's just Reiji (🤣🤣) and four eyes get even more mad.

- If your staring at him for too long he will stare back at you and look at you up and down. Now, there's two type of look, there is the "gtfo of my face, you're burning my eyes" (which is kinda hot in its own way 👉👈) and the "I'm horny as hell, keep staring at me I will mount you, female." Because when the oldest lay his interest on someone, I think that the rest of the brothers kinda back off to not make him angry (they're not suicidal gud gud) so you're just getting bullied by him and everyone is just watching.

- For example when you walk past him, he'll pinch your thighs and it always hurts so bad and leaves red/purple spots or just grab your wrist and hold it really hard till you cry and beg him to not break it. And sometimes he'll just plainly ignore you which can be worst because it's always leaving you with the impression that something's gonna fall upon you when you least expect it. (Not mister playing as the Fates) And if you try to avoid him, he's going to catch up on it pretty fast and suddenly you're seeing him everywhere and he's not going to limit his torture to the manor, even in school he will find ways to terrorize you. He will say the lewdest, dirtiest things to you like its nothing or will just sneak up on you and touch your butt in the hall. (You need to keep an eye on him like the bogeyman). It's just a game for him, he's bored and you're the perfect prey to toy with.

- Yeah also he doesn't care about consent... just like the rest of his demonic gremlins of brothers, resisting him just makes it more fun for him. But if you are actually getting aggressive like pulling his hair, slapping him or scratching his skin he'll put out his knife (he gon look at you like dis 🔵👄🔵🔪) and will threatens to kill you really slowly. A thing about his knife, is that admin once said that he's carrying it everywhere, so he can just pull it out of idk where and rub it on your skin, threatening silently to slit your throat at any moment. There is always that one kid who like to draw on people's arms with a marker in school, Shuu does the same with his knife, you have little cuts here and there because of him.

- He's manipulative and merciless, you can pour your heart out to him and tell him how something just broke you and he's gonna look at you like "and what does it got to do with me?" or just fall asleep on you. He picks a lot on your insecurities just because he knows where it hurts (he doesn't really think it, he don't care lol) and will talk to you with such a mocking/condescending tone, as if your stupid and its not like you can complain about it.

- Shuu appears at the most random times and just ask you to do things that HE'S supposed to do. And you can either do your thing and he won't care or be bothered that you disobeyed and will punish you. Admin mentioned it often, how one of the scariest thing with Shuu is the unlimited feeling of uncertainty, you really never know. One day he's cool with you and the other he's not.

- Remember when Shuu talked about seduction ? He said that its the difference between him and Laito. Laito thrives off people's fear and disgust of him and he will force himself upon them, and with Laito, you're mainly scared of him. But with Shuu, there is something quite exciting about him being around you and just giving you his attention. (Idk how to explain it, it's the Shuu Effect 🦋) Sometimes you can even feel like you have a choice, when you really don't. He's guilt-tripping you a lot of the time and you don't realize it sometimes and think that it's your decision, but honey...

- When he starts to get use to you, use to you taking care of him and use to your presence that's when the trickiest part comes up. He can either, get bored of you so he'll probably leave you alone giving green signals to his brothers to do whatever they want (or he kills you) or he's falling in love.

- You know that he's falling in love with you when he's more around you to the point when he's the only face that you're seeing and his brothers are just avoiding you like the plague, everyone does, it's like, even humans have a gut feeling that being around you won't bring them good because of the scary demon behind you. (Well if you listen to him it's more of a "You're the one obsessed with me and not the opposite" but yk), he's going to insult you every ten seconds because you looked at an alive being "I'm not looking at you for ten seconds and you're already whoring yourself out ? Pathetic." (But really, it's the poSseSsiViTy), I can also see him as being more touchy in a way but it varies, it don't necessarily mean that Shuu would go tender on you.

- He built a wall around him (like attack on titan type of wall duh, Wall Maria I see you 🙄) to block and repulse any being who wants to be close to him, so when he realizes that he's falling in love with you (and hard because Shuu don't have the concept of limit) he will probably get scared and would try to back off, scare you, being even more brutal because he need to know, need to be sure, how willing you are to be with him. He can't handle a deception and also I feel like he is pretty aware of his mental state and he is deeply scared of losing you and losing himself completely in the same boat.

- When he starts to really care for you, I think that he will start to have nightmares again, especially about Edgar and other stuff involving you because how scared he is. Which bring me to an article that admin about Shuu mastering aftercare, it's 100% logic that he's with you and whispering sweet nothing till he sure that you are safe and asleep with him.

- When his shell starts to crack, it's when he's going to be as his probably most vulnerable state when you can just see how much the paranoia, the possessivity and all the trauma cloud his mind. He will still try to test you for some time and just kinda...still observing like a predator (but with more of a lovesick turn) till he's certain that you will not betray him. And don't take it personally, that's just how he is, everything has been taken away from him, all the happiness, all the color were sucked out of his life, and when there is a real opportunity of getting this happiness back he doesn't play. Literally, Shuu can not handle losing someone important again or he will go full-on Kanato insane. That's why he drown himself in sex and sleep, to not think, that's why he always have sound in his earbuds, to not hear the silence. Its not Shuu's fault that Edgar is dead, it's not his fault if the German shepherd got killed, it's not his fault if his mother didn't took care of his brother, but he'll still take the blame. (Well maybe not for Reiji but you get it.)

You sighed as you watched Mina goofing around with Jiro and Hagakure.

It has been year since you realised that you had feelings for her... Your Best Friend...

If it was in your hands, you would have gotten rid of these feelings a long while ago but unfortunately, it wasn't, so here you were... Stuck in a situation that had no solution except for waiting and burying it deep inside.

You remembered the first time you had felt this way about her, it wasn't all of a sudden but rather slowly and gradually,

It was because of her making sure that nobody around you was aggressive, her being there for you when you needed her, no matter what time. Her being there, her laughing at the jokes that you made that weren't even funny. Her knowing everything about you and making sure that you are included, her being there for you during the panic attacks...

So now you were here, back in the room with Mina, Jirou and Hagakure by your side, who were constantly laughing and watching the movie, cuddled in together.

It was a beautiful weather, it was snowing outside and you all were huddled together in a few blankets with coffee and pastries.

"You know what!? This movie is boring me... Let's go for a walk and from there we can part ways!!" Mina suggested,

You all agreed with her and decided to head out, wearing your coats and jackets.

Shortly after you left the place, it began snowing and it was beautiful. The whole place was covered with a beautiful white layer, and the decorations for christmas were already beginning to start.

"Aahh y/n look!! It looks so great!!" Mina said as she excitedly jumped around, looking at the lights.

You did not hear her as you were busy watching her,

"Y/n chan??" She asked,

"Oh right, it is beautiful..." You replied, and she smiled,

You looked down at your hands that were freezing because you had forgotten your gloves, yet again.

"I knew it." Mina exclaimed as she looked through her bag, trying to find something.

She then handed you a pair of gloves with a smile on her face.

"Y/n chan, you always forget..." She said, a small smile etched on her face.

"Sorry..." You replied, not looking at her.

"It's oka—" She was saying when Jiro's voice interrupted,

"Y/n chan? Can you help with this?" She asked, buying hot chocolate from the vendor.

"Are you ever gonna tell her?" She asked as you walked upto her.

"Huh?"

"Oh you know what I mean..."

"No..."

"When are you confessing your feelings for her??" She finally asked,

"What feelings?" You asked back,

"Y/n chan, I love you and all but sometimes I really want to pull my hair and run away." She said,

"I don't, I can't... I don't want to ruin our friendship..." You said and took the hot chocolate from the vendor.

"Are you planning to like her from the shadow always?" She asked,

"No but... I don't wanna make things awkward between us or do anything that can jeopardize our friendship..."

"Y/n chan, this is Mina we are talking about here... She won't let things get awkward or in the way of your friendship." Jiro reassured,

You took a deep breath, nodding at her words, she was right, it is Mina that you are talking about...

You smiled at Jiro and took one hot chocolate for Mina, who was busy kicking stones.

"Mina chan, here." You said, handing her the cup.

"This smells so good!!" She exclaimed, taking a quick sip and burning her tongue.

"Be careful." You warned, taking a sip of yours.

"Y/n chan, what— Oh my god!! It's snowing!!!" She excitedly said, as she looked around her.

It was indeed snowing, the dirty layer of snow was slowly getting covered by the fresh and soft snow that was falling,

"Oh my god, Y/n chan!! It's snowflakes!!!" Mina yelled as she closely examined a flake on her glove.

You looked up towards the sky, with your hands outstretched and a smile on your face. Snowflakes were one of the many reasons why you loved winter,

"Y/n chan... You look so happy and beautiful..." Mina said,

You smiled at her and thanked her.

"Actually, there's something I need to tell you..." She quickly said and you started feeling scared...

"Everything okay, Mina chan?" You asked her worriedly as you discarded the empty cups in the dustbin.

"Oh yeah... Its just that... I like you" she said, looking away.

"I like you too Mina chan..." You said,

"No, not as a friend..." She mumbled, looking down at her hands.

Your heart started fluttering in your chest, you were speechless, this was certainly like a dream come true for you. The girl you liked, liked you back...

"Mina chan..." You whispered,

"No, it's okay! It's completely fine if you don't like me like that! No problem!" She said, her hands clamped together nervously,

You smiled, taking a step towards her and unclamping her hands to take them in yours.

"Mina, I like you too, I have for quite a ling time now..." You said, looking at her hands and then up at her.

She stared at you, lips parted and her eyes wide and glistening from the reflection of the snow.

"Really?" She asked you,

"Yeah," you answered with a smile.

She blushed and looked down, the ever so energetic Mina was now just standing there, her hands in yours as you looked at her with a smile.

She then smiled brightly as she looked up, leaning in and pecking your cheek.

You laughed and pulled her into a hug, and she hugged you back as the snow fell around you on the beautiful winter night, while your friends cheered from the side, happy that you both finally confessed.

Bakugou X Reader

Okay, well, I wrote this a while ago, so I'm posting it as my first post haha. Um. Ok here are the TW so if you're not comfortable please don't read!

Also, please read until the end :D it gets better

"So everyone stays inside, no going to the grocery store, the food will get transported every week. The school will be off until health is guaranteed. Understood?" Aizawa sternly announced over Iida's phone as everyone in the UA 1A dorms stood around it, in the common area.

There had been a deadly virus spread, and they called it Covid 19, or Corona.

No one really understood how the fuck this virus started, more so why the most infected was Asia, but they understood the rules they were given.

"Yes sensei. Thank you for telling us. Have a good night." Iida answered as he hung up. It was currently around 7 PM, so most of the students were in either PJ's or workout clothes (khm Kiri).

"What the fuck?!" Bakugou yelled as he rubbed his eye. He was about to go to bed, actually, so this was pretty annoying. I mean, they're under literal house arrest. How the fuck are heroes supposed to act?

"Well, everyone heard Aizawa sensei. You can keep doing whatever you were doing, just no going outside. As long as we're inside, everyone will be okay." Iida said as he quickly bowed to everyone, leaving to go to his room.

"Sounds kind of made up, don't you think?" Denki said as he fell on the couch, his head falling on Sero's lap.

"Kind of," Mina said as she sat down next to him, putting his sprawled out feet on her lap.

"Everyone inside at all times. Girls. This is heaven." Mineta mumbled as he drooled next to the table in between the two couches, before getting a kick to the face that sent him flying to the other side of the room.

"Shut the fuck up you perverted asswipe," Y/n said as she sat down next to Mina, resting the back of her head on her shoulder as she opened her phone, going on social media to check if this virus is actually real. Which, if it was, concerned her a lot. The crimes are definitely gonna go up and isn't this the perfect opportunity for the LOV to attack, AGAIN?

"Thanks, babes." Mina said as she pat Y/n head, earning a tiny smile.

"Yup, it's real. Twitter is swarming with it." Y/n added, answering Denki's earlier question. By now, everyone was either on the couches or the floor in front of the couches.

"Damn, lemme see," Denki answered as he put his arm out, palm open as he quickly made a grabbing motion.

Y/n went to hand it to him, but it got snatched away by the angry blonde she always kind of adored. He was mean, but have you seen him blush? It was the cutest thing in the world.

He scanned the phone as he scrolled down, reading a load of media bullshit before his eyes widened, groaning. He threw the phone back at Y/n, which ended up hitting her flat on the face. "Ow." She said bored as she scanned her phone, seeing a random, and obviously photoshopped, Kamui woods nude. She laughed as she showed the poorly edited picture to Mina, who also laughed.

"What the fucks wrong with you," Bakugou mumbled as he rubbed his eyes with his thumb and index finger.

Y/n shrugged as she hid the photo, before handing the phone to Denki like she originally planned. He read over the news, sighing as he handed her back the phone with a black phone case on it.

"How stupid," Denki added as he snugged his head into Sero's lap.

"Whatever. Im gonna go to my room. Goodnight to all the bad bitches and Mineta. No, actually, fuck you, Mineta." Y/n said as she stood up, Kissing Mina's cheek.

People mumbled goodnight as she walked to the elevator, feeling the sensation of being followed. She glanced behind her, seeing the angry blonde as she smirked to herself, before regaining her composure. She favored him more than Mina, which was pretty weird.

"Sleepy?" She asked with a smirk as the two of them walked into the elevator, both with their hands deep into their pockets. She pulled one hand out, clicking the number for the 4th floor. They had actually gotten much closer ever since the summer training camp incident. Bakugou actually had a lot of PTSD and nightmares, resulting in serious panic attacks in the middle of the night, as well as the middle of the day, and since he knew Y/n used to go through it too, he somehow got forced to tell her. Y/n was glad he did because he was able to text or call her whenever he had one of them, making her always be there to help. She never asked for anything in return, which Bakugou found weird. He wondered why, anyone really, would want to help him without asking for something in return. He was also really weirded out by the fact that she was awake at 5 AM every other night.

"Tch, shut up. At least I sleep." He answered as he leaned on the glass wall of the elevator. The glass was clear, but thick, for safety and family-friendly reasons.

"Oh shut up. It's not my fault I have insomnia." She averted her eyes as he furrowed her brows a bit. She had insomnia ever since Bakugou got kidnapped. She had actually really liked his personality, meaning she liked him. Not in a romantic way though. (Yet)

Once she saw him get taken before her eyes, it was the only thing she saw when she fell asleep, as well as worst-case scenarios. So, she gave up on trying to sleep. Once he was safely returned, she expected everything to go back to normal, but it didn't. She even tried taking melatonin, but it didn't help. So, over time, she developed small purple eye bags. Nothing too serious, but everyone knew she had insomnia. And why. Except for Bakugou. She asked everyone nicely (which wasn't her best trait) not to tell him, so he doesn't feel guilty. Even though he would deny it, she knew he would feel that way at one point.

The elevator let out a ding as the doors opened, letting them exit as they both went the same direction. Since Y/n wasn't allowed to live in the dorms at first, and most of the rooms were taken, they put her on the boys side, the fourth floor, far far away from Mineta. Y/n was actually caught beating the shit out of him 2 times behind the school. Well, she did it more than 2 times. That was only when they caught her. To be frank, Mineta annoyed and frustrated her to no ends, and the fact that he didn't even bother stopping after being beaten up multiple times, says something. Yes, that was a bit violent, but sexual harassment was not a joke. At least not to her. She would've been suspended, but then they'd have to suspend Mineta as well, which wasn't their top priority. Not that he favored him or anything, and by he I mean Aizawa, he actually hated the little shit, but he couldn't admit that to anyone. Mineta was still a student.

She opened her door as Bakugou took a couple more steps, opening the door right next to hers. "Good night B. Call me if anything happens, okay?" She asked seriously as she smiled at him.

"Tch." Bakugou retorted as he nodded his head, barely, but she noticed as she smiled before going in.

Bakugou was really grateful for Y/n. Not that he'd even admit it to, even himself, but he actually was. She was one of the blunter and mean people in the class, except for those she liked, so he felt like someone actually cared. Everyone else was way too nice. And, to be real, he actually admired that. She always told the truth, no matter how harsh it was, but if it was to someone she liked, her words were more gentle. She wasn't a person to lie to either. Every time, anyone really, lied to her, she knew. It was like an instinct. She was really special. To think someone random he met would comfort him and try more than his own mother is unimaginable. She never lost her temper around him, and if she did, she would smile as leave for a minute to cool off. The scary thing about her was, she knows how to control her emotions. She knows exactly what to say every time. She knows self-control better than anyone.

Bakugou sighed as he stepped into his room, taking his shirt off as he went to his closet, taking out towels, pajamas, and his toothbrush and toothpaste. Bakugou liked to go to sleep early since he was disciplined, but he also liked to hope that would make his nightmares go away. He hated his PTSD. It was his worst enemy. Worse than any villain. He felt like he was weak. Not his body, but his mind. Like he was too weak to take one traumatic experience, when people had many.

Y/n set her phone on her bed as she took her pajamas and towels, as well as her hygiene stuff. Her room was pretty clean, some random clothes were thrown around, but the rest was pretty nice. Her bed had pretty, white sheets, some faint stains on them, and it was in the corner of her room. Next to that was a balcony, and then her closet. The rest of it was just random decorations and paintings she made and liked.

She left her room at the same time as Bakugou as she looked at him, smiling before waiting for him so they walk to the showers together. He rolled his eyes playfully as he tried his best not to smile. "Wanna shower together?" She said as she winked at the slightly taller boy, whose face erupted into a blushing ness at her comment making her chuckle. "Shut the fuck up." Bakugou mumbled as they stepped into the elevator, which was surprisingly still there, clicking on the first-floor button.

"If that pervert tries anything, tell me." He said as he tried to start a conversation, barely think about his words.

"Pft, why? I beat him up multiple times. At this point, I know all his weak spots and how not to leave marks." She smirked as she nudged Bakugou's shoulder with her elbow, before resting her head on it. "But thank you for worrying. I appreciate it." She said as she softly smiled. The elevator seemed to move slower as Bakugou's heartbeat increased. Every time they made physical contact, he'd get flustered. It kind of made him annoyed that his body could give in so easily.

"Do you want me to sleep in your dorm tonight?" She asked as she glanced up at him, still leaning on his bare shoulder.

Bakugou shook his head no, as the doors opened, causing her to pull herself away from him and walk out together.

Y/n and Bakugou were known as best friends around the class. Even Aizawa knew it. He also knew about Bakugou's nightmares, hence he let Y/n sleepover in Bakugou's room anytime she wants. Aizawa, as well as the rest of the class, knew that she was the only one able to calm him down in said situations. Some girls were jealous since Bakugou had a soft spot for her, but she never used that to her advantage.

Y/n waved, wiggling her fingers as they went separate ways, each into the bathroom of their gender.

Y/n set her stuff down as she stepped into a shower, turning on the water as she did her hygiene, as well as washing her body and hair. Once she was done, she put her PJ's on and brushed her teeth after.

Y/n turned her body as she went to leave the bathroom, but her knee hit something. Y/n looked down, spotting the familiar purple sex offender in front of her, smirking with only underwear on.

Y/n groaned as she tilted her head back, rolling her eyes.

"Hey, sexy." He said with a lisp as he walked into the girl's bathroom, closing the door.

Y/n looked at him, already knowing what he was going to fail at trying, so she played along. Y/n smirked as she leaned over, locking the door behind him, before going back, crouching down to his height. She was still smirking, which somehow only made Mineta horny, instead of alarmed.

"Okay. I guess I was playing hard to get. Come here." She smiled as she stood up, walking further away from the door. Mineta's eyes widened as he jogged up to her, placing his hands on her hips. It took every muscle in her body not to puke, but she managed to keep calm.

"But I'm more into tying." She said as she took one of the towels the girls used to clean the floors, putting it around the gremlin's eyes. He was smirking hard as Y/n noticed a tiny thing sticking out of his pants.

"Oh, you naughty girl." He said as he allowed her to tie him up completely, hands and ankles involved.

After she was done, Y/n stood up, chuckling.

"Did you really think I was going to fuck you?" She laughed as she picked him up by the hem of his shirt easily, walking over to the door, ignoring his voice filled with confusion.

"This is the last time I beat you up. If there's a next time, you won't make it out alive. I don't care if Im suspended or expelled for committing murder, as long as you're dead." She said slyly in his ear as she slammed his face into the tiles on the wall, earning a cry and groan from him. She actually held back a lot. She could've broken his skull with that hit, but she held back. His nose wasn't even

broken.

"Y/n? What the fuck was that? Are you okay?" Bakugous voice asked roughly from the other side as the doorknob jiggled. Y/n was still smirking as she scanned Mineta's bloody nose. She unlocked the door as she looked at Bakugou with an innocent smile. "I'm okay. He just tried to do something with me, that's all." She said as she stepped out to see a very angry Bakugou glaring at Mineta in Y/n's hand.

Bakugou went to jump on him, and probably kill him, but Y/n put a hand on his chest, gently pushing him back as she kissed his cheek. "It's okay now. You can go to bed." She smiled as she left, entering the common room, earning a few confused looks from students that were still in there.

"Uh, Y/n. What are you doing?" Denki asked as he scanned the bloody and tied up Mineta, furrowing his brows as Mina laughed next to him.

"Oh, nothing, just my usual nightly activities. Sero, could you help me?" She asked as she smiled at Sero who looked at her concerned.

"Uh, sure? What's up?" He asked as he stood up, walking over to her, ignoring Mineta's yells. "Just some tape. Thank you." She said as she smiled at him. Sero reluctantly shot some tape out, ripping it as he handed it to her, earning a kiss on the cheek.

Y/n walked up to in front of the common room TV as she took a chair, ignoring everyone's stares as she taped Mineta up to the wall above the TV. "If anyone takes him down before the morning you come to talk to me okay?" She said as she looked at everyone who nodded, before she smiled, bowing. "Thank you." She said as she left the common room, taking Bakugou's hand as they walked back to the elevator. Bakugou's hair was damp, the ends of his spikes tilting downwards as she smiled, ruffling his hair.

"What did he do?" Bakugou asked, almost in a growl as she cracked his knuckles. Y/n put her hands over Bakugou's, stopping the cracking. "Don't crack your fingers. It's bad for your joints." She said as they went into the elevator.

It was around 3:26 AM, and Y/n was in her dorm, eating ice cream and watching TikTok. She chuckled at a random video as she scrolled, eating a spoonful of chocolate ice cream. As she went to take another bite, she heard two knocks on the wall behind her head. Her head shot up as she set her phone down, carrying her pint of ice cream as she quietly left her room, opening Bakugou's door as she went inside, locking it behind her.

In front of her, on his bed, was the same scene she had been seeing almost every night. Bakugou, red puffy eyes, and cheeks, sitting leaned onto the wall, on the other side of which was Y/n's bed, with his arms hugging his knees.

Y/n sighed as she took the spoon out of her mouth, walking over to Bakugou as she set the ice cream next to her, cupping his cheeks as she made him look into her eyes.

"It's okay my love. It's okay." She whispered as she pushed his knees down, straightening them as she sat on his upper thighs, hugging him tightly. Y/n started calling him the nickname a while ago, so it wasn't weird to either of them. He actually found it very comforting. And she was just happy to be able to help and connect. Well, maybe she needed some reassuring as well.

Bakugou squeezed her tight with his arms wrapped around her waist, intertwining with each other. He sobbed into her shoulder as he shook, making the girl sigh. She hated that he had to go through this, but it had gotten better. He used to have nightmares even when napping but after some reassurance from Y/n, it had gotten better. Y/n's goal was to just get him to feel good again. No nightmares. He refused to go to therapy, so Y/n started researching and going to a therapist herself to learn how to help him. It wasn't the best, but she tried.

"I know. Focus on my breathing okay? On my heartbeat." She mumbled as she started balancing her breathing, hoping he'd follow along, which he thankfully did. Bakugou inhaled, shaking, as he tried to follow her breathing, trying his best. Since Y/n and Bakugou were room to room, they both put their beds on the same side of the wall connecting them and using a knocking technique to decipher. 1 knock meant a flashback. 2 knocks were a nightmare. And 3 knocks was a full-on panic attack. Bakugou rarely ever used three knocks, even though he had panic attacks more than nightmares, but he wanted not to be seen as weak. He thought that she had already seen him in such a weak state, she didn't need to think he was even more of a crybaby.

Once Bakugou managed to calm down a bit, she pulled back, still hugging him as she put her forehead on his. She looked into his piercing red eyes as she blinked slowly, smiling at him. Bakugou's view went to her lips for a second, before quickly returning back to her eyes. Y/n smiled surprised. He had done that a couple of times, but she always ignored it, thinking he just didn't want eye contact. But, this time, he started leaning in slowly. At first, she didn't notice it, but when she did, she looked at his eyes. He looked back as he blinked a couple of times, finally closing the gap as he kissed her gently. It wasn't a french kiss or anything. More like a long peck. Both of their eyes closed as they kissed before Bakugou pulled back. Y/n chuckled as she raised her hand, putting it in his hair. "Didn't think you had the balls for that." She whispered as she smiled at him. His brows furrowed as he made a tch noise before kissing her again, this time a bit more passionately.

Y/n kissed back as she smiled into the kiss. She had never thought he'd do this, and she could bet her life he'd regret it in the morning. This is just the heat of the moment, and she was sad that was all it was, but she had made peace with the fact that the only label Bakugou wanted, was the #1 hero. Not a boyfriend.

Y/n felt a warm sensation on her bottom lip as her eyes shot open, looking at Bakugou's closed ones. She felt a gentle tug on her hair as she opened her mouth slightly to protest, but he had already put his tongue in her mouth, twirling it around hers. Y/n blinked a couple of times before he pulled back, licking his lips after. "Do you have chocolate?" He asked as he looked at her confused.

Y/n rolled her eyes as she moved off of him, taking the pint of ice cream with a single spoon, setting it next to her as she sat to the right of him.

Bakugou's arms extended as he grabbed her hips, pulling her back onto his lap as she yelped quietly. He smirked at the small blush he could see in the moonlight as she rolled her eyes and picking the food up, taking a spoonful and putting it up to his mouth. Bakugou's mouth opened as he took the ice cream. Y/n went to have a spoon herself, but a hand snaked up to the nape of her neck as his arm pushed her lips back onto his, transferring some of the ice cream into her mouth with his tongue. Y/n's eyes widened as she pulled back, swallowing the ice cream and licking her lips as looked at him with a grimace. "Ew, you're disgusting!" She said as she chuckled, wiping her lips with the back of her hand.

Bakugou chuckled as well as he licked his lips, swallowing the treat in his mouth. "More." He said as he opened his mouth, motioning to the ice cream.

Y/n rolled her eyes as she took another spoon, putting it in his mouth as she moved her hips a bit to make herself comfortable, shifting her feet as well. Bakugou's eyes widened as he blinked, grabbing her hips roughly. "Don't. Move." He said as she furrowed her brows, before feeling something poke her from underneath. Her eyes widened as well as she looked down, before looking at Bakugou again, who aggressively swallowed whatever was left, groaning as he put his head in the crook of her neck. "This is all your fault." He mumbled into her shoulder as she blushed hard.

She did NOT expect that at all. She just wanted to comfort him at 4 am without thinking about getting railed, but here we are.

"So what the fuck do I do now." She whispered as she blushed even deeper, staring at the wall in front of her. This wasn't uncomfortable or anything, but it was quite awkward. She might have been a virgin, but she knew stuff. And she knew boners don't leave on their own.

"Ugh. Fuck." Bakugou groaned as he dug his head deeper into her neck. He was embarrassed, yes, but the thing that annoyed him was how he already knew what he wanted her to do. He could picture the whole scenario in his head, making him even harder. He really just hated himself right then.

"Um. So. I guess we're stuck." She said as she felt an itch on her inner thigh. "Oh no." She whispered as her eyes fell. How was she gonna explain this one.

"What." Bakugou mumbled as his voice was muffled from her hoodie. It was pure agony. But, he'd rather this happen with her than anyone else.

"Um. My thigh itches. Like...bad." She said as she gripped onto his shirt from the mix of horniness and itches. It was almost getting painful, so before Bakugou could answer, she moved her hips back and forth a couple of times as she felt his member poke harder. A small smirk made its way to her lips as she heard Bakugou's low groans. She knew exactly what she was doing, and she felt like she was in charge.

"Stop. Ugh, stop moving." He managed to groan out as he squeezed her hips tighter, resulting in a low moan from her. Both of their eyes widened as she blushed again, and Bakugou got even harder.

"Can. Can I just like. Ugh, it feels annoying saying it." She said as she put her head on top of his, wanting to disappear.

"Then. Ngh. Then just do it." He said as quickly as he could before she took a deep breath.

"Don't hate me in the morning." She whispered as she closed her eyes starting to slowly sway her hips back and forth. The thin biker shorts she was wearing were starting to get wet from her already soaked underwear, and he could feel it. Low groans escaped him as his breathing deepened. He never thought this would happen after a fucking panic attack, especially not in the middle of the night, but never say never I guess.

Only one thing was on Y/n's mind as she swayed a bit faster with every move. That was, how did I even get here? She never even wanted to lose her virginity in high school, and even though this technically wasn't it, she was sure this wasn't the only time it would happen. Whimpers left her slightly open mouth as she gripped her arms around his neck, the small sounds turning Bakugou even more as his brain just said 'fuck it'.

Bakugou swiftly turned the tables as Y/n was now kissing him, still in his lap, but pushed down a bit more. Her eyes widened slightly as she finally saw his red, sparkly eyes again. They were red from crying earlier and half-lidded, making him look even more attractive. He broke the kiss as his hand traveled up, behind her head, on the back of her neck as he hugged her again, stopping her movements.

She was confused. Was she doing anything wrong? Was he done? Is this what it's like? One way or another, she felt small kisses on her collar bone as her eyes were closed. Small bites and sucks were what Bakugou did to her collarbone, leaving tiny red hickeys. Once she realized what he was doing, she smiled as she pulled his head up. She smiled before kissing him as he stood up without warning, setting her on his bed next to him in a cuddling position. They were still facing each other as his hand was cupping her face as he looked her deep in the eye. "Go to sleep, my love." He mocked tiredly as he closed his eyes with a tiny grin, earning one from her.

"Fuck off." She mumbled as she rolled her eyes, placing her forehead on his. She hadnt expected any if this, but she was glad it happened. And, sure enough, she fell asleep. The funny thing is, Bakugou didn't have any other attacks that night.

I'm a very open minded person, kind of quiet but I get talkative the more I know you. I'm the chaotic friend who's usually down to do anything with you. Necessary for their line of job, but definitely a plus for Melone due to his…tendencies and personality and interests. So I feel like he would be very into open minded people (like yourself) because that just means more acceptance and more things to try out ;)

I mean he may brush off or ignore other people’s disgust, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t want to be accepted too uwu so your open mindedness is one of the big reasons you’d catch his heart!

If you have limits, he will push them from time to time, but reign him in and he’ll be more than willing to behave (with a price ;3)

Melone strikes me as someone who talks moderately in general (he just talks to himself a lot), but he will talk more to the people he’s close to/comfortable with, and his excitement when he realizes you’re actually listening to him will shoot up and up and up (like his rate of talking).

He knows you tend to zone out when he’s talking about math related stuff, so that won’t come up often with him, but it still will sometimes because he probably thinks your expression is just Di MoLtO~🥴

He also loves collecting data/information on you, so whatever you talk about to him, he’s gonna be typing it down simultaneously!! So not only does he listen, he remembers (and has like 50 sub-folders on the stuff you say lol). This is mainly because he wants a more cohesive file on you. Like I said, he already believes you’re practically the perfect match for him with all the information he has on hand already, but his appetite for more information about you drives him to do this because it’ll just affirm for him that ‘ok wow this person really is my match made in genetic heaven’.

Ghia’s excitement comes in the form of rage and it happens often, so while he loves that you’re listening to him, I think he would almost never show you that he appreciates it. Also, if you’re talkative when he’s stressed or angry, he will yell at you to shut up. Ris would be straight forward (tells you that he’s not in the mood) and Melone would say stuff like “Not now. Later.” (but he doesn’t sound as gruff as Ris).

Ris is the same way with the quiet to talkative thing (in my HC at least), so getting past that initial stage would be hard as hell with him. Imo Melone would be the easiest to get past that stage, and Ghia…depends? If you keep pissing him off though (bc yk…tsundere with anger issues lol), he’ll be the hardest to get to a comfortable stage.

I HC Ris as having a routine set of things he enjoys doing and it’s on permanent rotation (I’m not saying he won’t go out of his comfort zone, but he knows what he like and if he doesn’t like something, it’s hard to change his mind), whereas with Ghia I HC him as only having 2 interests – cars (more specifically the type of car he drives) and knowing facts (+ disputing and ranting about them). Ris would indulge in some chaos once in a blue moon, but I feel like him & Ghia are set and happy with their current interests.

Melone however would be the most open in terms of what he’s willing to do as long as his safety is guaranteed or if the activity does not involve him getting hurt. Like stealing a yacht or hacking ur annoying neighbour’s computer system LOL

Because you bring that chaos, Melone would be the most fit with you. I know you’re probably like “Huh? Ain’t Ghia chaotic too?”, or “Wouldn’t Ris handle chaoticness the best?”, but chaos (Ghia’s) feeding into chaos (yours) might burn the both of you out, and Ris already deals with chaos 24/7 and he just wants to relax imo. Melone though, looks the most flexible and can probably match up with you the best because of that since he deals with Ghia and the rest on the regular without looking like he’s Tired™️ lol

Like I just mentioned, Melone most likely deals with Ghia’s energy on the regular and he looked chill with the other members too, so he (and Ris as well since yk…he’s the one overseeing everyone in LS) would adapt to your moods the best.

Ghia…I feel like because he has such a short fuse AND is a tsundere (well, at least that’s what I get from his vibe), he would not deal well with your energy if it’s higher up there. He might blow several fuses if the situation and your mood and his mood doesn’t align properly. I also think if he happens on your lazy mood, he would just leave you alone and go do his own thing.

Melone is technically a pervert, so when you make dirty innuendos, he’ll absolutely eat it up like a wet ass pussy.

I feel like he definitely prefers that over sarcasm, unless your sarcasm is aimed at someone else (especially if it’s someone he doesn’t like). He’ll probably just ignore you if you’re sarcastic to him lol, but Ghia would absolutely take it too far too quick. Ris enjoys the sarcasm more than the dirty innuendos I feel, but because he’s also your boss, you have to know where the exact boundaries are when y’all are in a professional setting. He’s not quite forgiving if he feels undermined or disrespected. But if Ris is in the mood, he’d dirty innuendo you back, but if he’s not then he’d either brush you off or pretend you didn’t just say that lol. Overall, kinda dry with your humour bc in my head his humour brand is Dry too LOL

Ris would hand you a tissue and maybe offer his embrace. He thinks it’s a little odd, but it’s not something he would give most of his attention to after you explain it to him. 4/10

Melone would coo at you. Would tease you with it too. He’d also love your tears. Something about you crying…kinda turns him on…maybe. Overall, he’d be the one who doesn’t mind it the most and likes it the most too. 100% wouldn’t make u feel stupid or weird about it, that’s for sure. 8/10

He would also give you constructive criticism like you’re on masterchef or some shit😭😂. Melone would eat it all up. No complaints. On the pan, on the plate, on the cutleries, on your body. And he (imo) is quite fond of chill lowkey routine type dates, so...unless you’re the homebody introverted type, I don’t think Ris would match the best.

Ghia’s ideal date is probably travelling? And 60% involves his car and other cars & 40% involves trivia & debates (whether it’s a game between you two or at a bar against other teams). No other interests LOL

I'm back! Not sure if I'm more coherent but I'm back. First of all, I loved the general vibe of the fic. I find it interesting how you turned everything I despise about winter aka early sunsets, late sunrises, the damp, the wind, the gloomy and turned it into something precious and worth celebrating. Well done on that, ma'am. I'm also really impressed with how you created the character of Louis. It's be so east to make him bitter, angry or quite the contrary, too cheerful. 1/who knows.

His relationship with others, with his job, with the island - it's all really making sense together. Most importantly, his relationship with Harry. It's full of genuine affection but also recognizing his own needs. I'm so happy you didn't go with the easy misunderstanding or the separate "hate him" "love him" "hate him" phases when they're apart. He recognizes what H is doing (and why) but at the same time he's sometimes mad, sometimes (usually) sad about it. But even when he's sad, he still 2/?

still loves him, even when he's super proud he still feels a bit sad. He's complex, he's precious and he really, really cares. Now back to Harry. The way you showed his recovery? Very thoughtful. The bad days, the good days, the fact that the bad days can come whenever they want and you can't help it, all of it is a really truthful way of showing sobriety. First of all, sorry it’s taken me ages to get back to you. This is just such a lovely thoughtful message and I really wanted to give it the time and attention it deserves.

I’m not a huge fan of winter myself (I'm Canadian so it’s hard to romanticise it sometimes) but I really wanted to write about cherishing those little moments and allowing yourself to see the magic in them even if it’s easy to be depressed and annoyed about it. I do love windy days so it’s easy for me to write about that with love though haha.

I’m so so happy you loved Louis’ character. It was so important for me to show someone who was really happy in his skin/his life and while it wasn’t perfect, it didn’t feel like something was missing from him. I’m a firm believer that falling in love is a great add-on to life but not a necessary one to achieve happiness or contentment, so that’s kind of how I wanted to write Harry and Louis’ relationship in this fic. Louis knows that his life will still be great even if Harry doesn’t come back, but of course, them being together just makes it that extra special, yk? As for the whole hate/love while they’re apart, I don’t know... I think it would have been really out of character to write it as a ~misunderstanding since I wrote Louis has a good people-person who is able to read others quite well. I think he always knew from the start that they both saw their relationship as something special, so he had that foundation to carry on even when he was sad or angry. Like... even when he “doubts” and feels foolish for feeling special, most of his insecurities are about external factors and not Harry himself... He kind of mostly feels like the universe is working against them and that he SHOULDN’T let himself feel special. Anyways, it was, I felt, a more interesting angle. I think miscommunication is really hard to do very well and it can feel really overdone in romance so that’s why I tried to give it a bit of a twist?? Idk... I tried haha. I’m certainly glad it worked for you <333

Honestly, showing addiction/recovery in a respectful manner was #1 priority/concern while writing this fic. It’s not a topic I would have picked for myself if it hadn’t been prompted to me just because, while I do know people who have struggled with addiction, it’s not something I’m an expert on (far from it) and I find that it’s very easy to ... idk fetishes those kinds of issues in fics for the sake of hurt/comfort ??? And that’s something I’m really uncomfortable with and I def. didn’t want to do. So finding that balance between showing the ongoing struggles associated with the recovery process while also not using said struggles in a sensationalised way was like... the one thought haunting me as I was writing. I remember at some point my beta really wanted me to show Harry be slightly ~tempted during one of his bad days (since there /is/ alcohol on site) because she wanted me to show the hardships realistically, but there was something about that that didn’t sit right with me at all. Just felt a bit voyeuristic, idk ... anyways, I tried to find other ways to show that recovery is an ongoing process and successfully doing a rehab program doesn’t mean the work is over, far from it. and that like... someone’s partner doesn’t shoulder the responsibility of their lover’s sobriety or whatever. or that having a partner doesn’t make the rough stuff go away. etc etc.

Anyways, this is a very long way of saying that I’m very pleased that you think I did that successfully because it was very important to me.

As for your question: there sort of is a reason why I didn’t mention the sea glass again! It was actually a last minute addition. I initially wasn’t going to have Harry giving Louis a present at all since they weren’t doing Christmas presents anyway, but because of course, Louis gives Harry a gift for his birthday, I thought maybe it’d be nice if Louis also received one. Since I added that bit later on, I was faced with a choice of whether I should mention it again or not. I decided not to because I really wanted Louis’ pining to be focused on the postcards’ (aka Harry's words since the written word kind of binds them together from the start) and nothing else. And also because sometimes I like leaving some stuff unsaid just so people can make up their own minds about it haha.

I have thoughts on what Louis did with it and where it is and everything, but any headcanon about it is very valid. I like yours too :)
