Ssoooo, I read (or heard? Idk) that apparently, Alastor had a moral code! Like, he only killed people he thought they deserved it? Mayybe that's why he's so human looking in hell?

I honestly think that he was a more artsy-cunning-type serial killer, I mean, he is a fox for a reason, and although he does seems to be obsessed to be recognized/feared/admired (fucking theater kid) I think he also made a point in not letting police discover him, sort of like Moriarty from Sherlock Holmes? Without the depression ofc

Also, apparently Alastor's canon changed since the pilot (or at least that is what I heard, I don't watch the streams so I am probably misinformed) his death is an *accident* now, how smug but also enraged must he feel about that? Lmao

So, I know an embarrassing amount of Alastor lore since I started writing before the show dropped and needed all the crumbs I could get. The amount of times I've skimmed through Viv's old art streams just to find one singular line to use as a source is EMBARRASSING. I haven't heard that any of his lore changed from the pilot but it also wouldn't surprise me if it did, considering most of the info we have on his mortal life is several years old at this point.

He did operate on a specific moral code (I write it as him only killing people he personally decided needed to die based on what he finds to be right/wrong), he did die in a hunting accident as he was mistaken for a deer while burying a body and shot between the eyes (I assume this is still canon as he still has his X on his forehead that shows when he uses powers), and he was a prolific killer (unconfirmed whether he was caught). There's no confirmation on if he was a cannibal (MY human Alastor is not, though he does like to bite) or how he operated as a killer.

So, I started plugging in holes myself! Will most of Yours Truly probably be rendered moot when his backstory drops in the show? Maybe! But oh well, I tried my hardest to create something that fits with what we know.

With new fans coming in (heeeey y'all welcome in) I feel like there's a decent amount of 'telephone' happening with Alastor's lore, so there's a lot of mixed information out there. Also keep in mind that fanon has probably mixed with these facts over the years too! I'd recommend looking to Viv's streams as sources.

Hello! first journal entry here, I'm getting the hang of things. I'm totally not a writer and also my first language isn't english so this might be a mess (or a sucess we'll see).

I spent an hour looking for a tumblr theme which code wasn't completely dead and this one was the most useful and clean I could find, also bf helped me make a very specific change to the html so I could put some words in italic, what a king.

I'll come back soon, I'm figuring how to organize my tags here so this can be a decent and easily navegable blog.

Update: I ended up changing all my other tumblr themes too.. I also kept looking at different sites for hours, I have no idea how many I've visited.

Old blogs are so cool, they got that ugly charm that should be studied by professionals (me) (I'm doing that).

Just saw a comic about "seeing a really interesting looking fic, but it's gigantic so you just can't seem to start reading."
