Simblr Gratitude Day

First of all I want to say a huge thank you to any and all of you who have read, liked or commented on my stories. I really appreciate any and all interaction with me and my stories. You keep me going when I feel like quitting.

At first I was uncomfortable with tagging individuals as I don't want anyone to feel left out or feel bad. I know all too well how that feels. Whether you're listed hear individually or not I want you know I appreciate seeing your sims on my dash are sorely missed when you're not there. ILY

@izayoichan - I love your story with and without pictures. Chris and Hayle have had my heart since the beginning. I love that when I have a problem I can come to you whether it be personal or simblr or writing related. Thank you for being a friend and sharing your sims with me being willing to read my stories and making suggestions that make them even better. And putting up with me when whine because your characters refuse to do what I want them to XD

@mahvaladara - for as much as a complain about Arlo and Fann I love their story. Thank you for sharing it with us and putting up with me when i disagree. Thank you for sharing your sims with me and being a part of my story world. You've only made them better!

Happy birthday to me!!!

I just thought I’d take this opportunity to thank all my followers. Many hugs to you all!! 🤗🎉

As Gene Kelly slowly began to take over my blog, I began to accumulate some of the most awesome followers who shared my love for him.

The more I learned about him, the more of a fan I became. His struggles in childhood. His political causes. His vast, varied talents and interests. His devotion to family and friends.

Yes, he was driven and ambitious. Yes, he was a perfectionist. Yes, he loved sports and competition. If he were an athlete he would’ve been admired for it.

A “staunch and nervy political progressive,” he threatened to walk off the set of his own movie if they didn’t allow his blacklisted wife her part. He basically quit Hollywood to raise his children after his second wife died of cancer.

I guess that’s what my blog is dedicated to. To show people the many sides of this wonderfully talented, charming, and gorgeous man.

Since most of the followers I have now have come since I started posting about him, I’d like to ask all my followers: What do you love most about him? What’s your favorite Gene Kelly dance scene? What’s your favorite GK movie(s) and why?

Phineas has been teaching teenage son John about the family business only to find out, today, John wants to be an athlete.

An athlete.

To say this news disappoints Phineas would be an understatement. However, what concerns him more is that the family business is a profitable endeavor, whereas John may never be the professional athlete he dreams of. The last thing Phineas wants is for his son to know what it is like to do without.

Phineas decides he will buy his time and try to persuade his son to make the right decision.
