We smoke these on our #traegergrills at 275° until an internal temp of 165° and the bacon has crisped up. Tired now. Still feeling it from my chest workout on Sunday. Did 30 min on the upper body Ergometer today on level 3. Normally did a level 2. Going forward, did 5 min each of 80+, 90+, 100+ rpm. It trashed my numbers for today but frank-ly m'dear, I don't give a flip, especially after moving furniture and hauling garbage all day yesterday. Keto coney dogs with mustard an a tiny bit of onion. The dogs are all beef and keto friendly, the chili is keto chili I made for meal prep, and the cheese is... well... cheese. I still came in under 30 total carbs for the day. I'm not beating myself up, but I am owning my decision.
