Owl House Oc: Blaire Allen

(Picture provided by my buddy @ordinaryschmuck) Introducing my Owl House Oc and Oc love interest for Luz, Blaire Allen. A few facts to about Blaire. - Originally when she first met Luz, after the events of the series, she looked almost exactly like Amity, having had her hair in the same style and in the same shade of purple, with the only difference being that her hair didn’t have the big brown spot in the middle and instead had the tips of her hair blonde.

- Is a MASSIVE fan of horror and media. She’s got a giant collection of almost every horror film ever made and spends her free time doing things like making voodoo dolls or perfecting her recipe for fake blood (her latest one is edible). Unfortunately, her hobbies have made it pretty much impossible for her to make friends. Anyone who MIGHT be willing to try and hang out with her ends up getting scared away by her showing off her videos of her favorite gory horror film kills.

- For most of her teen years, Blaire had tried acting like members of other cliques at her school in order to fit in. The cheerleaders, the mathletes, the drama geeks. She’d dress like them and act like them so she could try fitting in. That’s why she had purple hair when she met Luz, she’d dyed it trying to fit in with the goth kids. But no matter how hard she’d try her real interests would leak out and she’d get kicked out of the cliques like when she’d brought a cleaned real animal skull to perform Hamlet. On the flip side, it’s given her a lot of skills ranging from Judo to being a so-so actor.

- Her father is a history professor at the local university and both of them are massive nerds for Gravesfield history, especially regarding witches and the supernatural. Blaire knows about the towns history of witch hunts.

- Her mom is a real estate agent and, much in the same way Blaire looked exactly like Amity, her mom looks almost exactly like Odalia, just with blonde hair. But personality wise, they’re nothing alike. Blaire’s mom, Martha, is caring and loving, always willing to support her daughter.

- Has a younger sister named Estelle who she does NOT get along super well. Estelle’s always making fun of her and pulling pranks on her, so the two often fight and argue.

- Has a pet tarantula named Mr Tickle that she treats like a kitty. She takes him out of his tank often to hold, cuddle, and pet. Most people are, unfortunately, horrified by him. Luz being the first person to not be scared by him and actually want to hold him is part of what made Blaire fall for her.

- Amity at first wasn’t a fan of Blaire, not liking how her she and Luz clearly had feelings with each other, even if neither would act on them due to Luz dating Amity. But, after getting to know Blaire and realizing the two aren’t so different, she lets go of her dislike. And eventually, ends up giving Luz and Blaire permission to date.

Vienna Blues Spring 2023

Ovogodišnji Vienna Blues Spring festival će se održati od 20. marta do 31. maja na četiri lokacije u Beču. Nacionalni i internacionalni muzičari će izvesti 50 koncerata i pokazati širinu žanra nudeći mnogo više od klasičnog bluza: sving, fank, rok, bugi i džamp.

Festival je i ove godine produžen za mesec dana, jer su muzičar s jedne strane radili na mnogim projektima tokom pandemije koronavirusa, a s druge strane im je sve teže da predstave svoju muziku publici. Sve više turneja se otkazuje, a organizatora i klubova odustaje od bluza. Stoga bečki festival ostaje popularna platforma za ljubitelje i bendove bluza sa domaće i međunarodne scene.

U Kući muzike će nastupati Mina Krile i Kris Filmor sekstet 18. aprila 2023. godine, dok će Mocartova kuća biti rezervisana za akustične nastupe bendova Hudu Men, Martin Pirker, Cili Maršal. Trudi Lin će nastupati uoči svog 75. rođendana i predstaviti novi album 22. marta 2023. godine u restoranu Rajgen. Sari Šor će održati koncert na festivalu u okviru svoje turneje „Sloboda“. Publika će imati priliku da sluša i Vanju Skaj, Malinu Moj, Lajlu Zoi i mnoge druge izvođače.
