For all the KINGS out there
MEN ARE NOT TRASH.
This is probably unrelated to my blog, but I had to write this out because it keeps haunting my mind. The constant hate men get on Tumblr and other social media platforms have been getting out of hand. I lost count of how many times I heard or read this phrase: "Men Are Trash." by women and I kept wondering... How can one person assume every single man on this planet is like that? Have you talked to all of them to prove this theory? Before I speak more, I want anyone who reads this to know it's not a hate-related post, but rather a wake-up call... especially for women who have been brainwashed by society.
NOW. Tons of women spoke about how men are useless, trash, and unneeded in society and how the world would be better without them.
The question is... Who works mostly in the construction industry? Who works mostly in the military department? The special forces? What about engineering and mechanics? Who is mostly down in the mines... getting all dirty and putting in loads of physical work?
Let's see something else...
Leonardo da Vinci
He invented the helicopter and the battle tank. He came up with designs for mechanical looms and hydraulic saws. He drew plans for submarines and robots. The list of his contributions to the world of engineering is virtually endless.
Thomas Edison
A keen businessman with unbridled imagination, he is credited with thousands of inventions, including the phonograph, the electric light bulb, the telephone (although Alexander Graham Bell made it to the patent office first on that occasion), the movie camera, the microphone, and alkaline batteries.
Benjamin Franklin
His legacy includes the lightning conductor, bifocal lenses, and, according to some, the first experiments in nanoscience.
Nikola Tesla
Nikola Tesla was arguably the greatest geek who ever lived, always fixing things that weren't broken and coming up with amazing inventions in the process. We have him to thank for alternating current, the modern electric motor, remote-controlled boats, and, rumor has it, radar technology and wireless communications.
What about social media? Something that most women wouldn't be able to live without?
Facebook: Mark Zuckerberg
TikTok: Zhang Yiming
Twitter: Jack Dorsey, Noah Glass, Biz Stone, Evan Williams
Youtube: Steve Chen, Chad Hurley, and Jawed Karim
Instagram: Kevin Systrom
Still not enough? What about the luxury brands women are dying to have?
DIOR, Louis Vuitton, Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci.
Oh, and let's not forget the brand of cars...
Ferruccio Lamborghini, Enzo Ferrari, Ettore Bugatti, Henry Royce & Charles Rolls, Ferdinand Porsche & Ferdinand Anton Ernst Porsche
Everything surroundings us... MEN have built, and I find it highly offensive to call all men trash. The Audacity!
The thought of waking up one day without men on this planet is simply a nightmare. Now, I am no doctor but I am pretty sure the human race needs MEN too so we can reproduce because, from my knowledge, women aren't capable of parthenogenesis.
Now, many women say that men have an easy life and lots of privileges, but I would like to disagree because if you said that, then you don't know anything about men at all. Just look up the case of 53-year-old journalist Norah Vincent, who pretended to be a man for a long period to see what living as a man is like. The experiment ended up in a tragedy as she committed suicide. She couldn't stand living as a man; she said it was so horrible, and she was shocked by how WOMEN treated her as she kept the disguise of a man.
I get it. Maybe some women ended up with shitty guys, but that's no excuse to treat the entire male population like that. There are good men and evil men... JUST like there are toxic women and good women.
This world needs women and men... to work together and not let social media brainwash them... and ultimately kill something beautiful.
Again, this post is not hate-related but a cold bucket of reality because sometimes we need reality to hit us upside the head and wake us up.
I see many posts like "You go, Queen!" or "Slay them, princess!"
Well... I just wanna say, "Keep your golden crowns straight, Kings!"

honestly autism is probably as common as being visually impaired, and the lack of awareness + diagnosis + social stigma around it being a relatively newer diagnosed disorder are the only reasons its not considered as such
like, statistically? everyone knows SOMEONE who needs or wears glasses. maybe not someone who is fully blind, but with limited vision. and like autism, it affects a lot of people differently!
for some, a lack of vision is minor inconvenience and they can accommodate it more or less easily. some people need prescription sunglasses, others need reading glasses, others need blue light glasses. this is an impairment, but they probably dont wear glasses full-time and didn't need to take a full vision test to drive.
but for others their lack of vision is fully disabling, they may be functionally blind in one eye, they may have such bad astigmatism they get migraines from being under fluorescent light, they may need very expensive glasses for light filtering, heavy prescription, bifocals, mixed near + farsighted lenses. some need to take vision tests to drive and have an additional vision test for other certifications as well
much like autism:
you cant tell the extent of someone's vision just from looking at them
there is a broad spectrum of visual ability, for some they barely need any accommodation, and for others they need a lot
visual impairment accommodations should be more prevalent and easier to access, but they usually arent
it is a lot more common than the media portrays

Update, for the above and more importantly the below.
No. Angels have been talked about waaaaay too much on Tumblr. They're crazy af, no wonder people are drawn to them. They're also the only (mostly) otherworldly beings described in the usual holy writs.
So..... Back to demons and the other religions texts. Yeah? Woo? We go back there yes? I got distracted. Forgive me fellow ghoulies and fiddly bits.
Hopefully I'll have something by this time next week. I know what i have to read and what i need to translate and attempt to grasp.... So it's just a matter of doing that.
Bye for now?
Edit: It would help if i have my work space, The Lab, up and running. Which should be all going in 3 days at the latest. I've ignored these major, difficult systems for too long. So, since Saturday I've been making great strides in the creation of "The Beast" and towards "The small vpn to connect to my network" plug and play for mum. So she can access my media and other fun things.
She can't handle the tech stuff anymore, so this is the best way for me to give her access to the newer, fun stuff.
I think I'll even get her to try VR! I'm kinda giddy about that eventuality. She's 62, work until she drops kinda person... so I'm working with limited time here. Just got to get her prescription details so she can use it.. she requires bifocals at home and uses glasses in general. So, can't have that being a barrier for her. I'd really love if she can experience VR. At least once. I'd even go as far as somehow buy and get it ready for her. Just to use once. It would be... Sigh. I'm tearing up at the idea. I really want to share that with her.
Anyways. Currently rambling about something random.
First, The Lab.
Second, Research.
Third, Reading.
Fourth, Translating (or reading accepted true to intention (with variation/foot notes).
Finally 5th, post about Daemons.
By next week. No joke. This is something my heart and gut is telling me that this is what will make me happy and will bring others happiness.
Later gators! Mwah!.... Love me plz

The next morning a new pair of lenses is applied to the eyes. Daily contact lenses are becoming increasingly popular with practitioners and consumers because of their health and practical benefits. Daily disposables have been repeatedly shown to reduce the risk of microbial keratitis and sensitivity inflammation compared to monthly lenses. Daily disposables eliminate the need to handle and disinfect lenses. Approximately 99% of CL users incorrectly care for their lenses, which increases the risk of adverse events. Material deterioration and dissolution sensitivity, both factors that contribute to lens discomfort, are eliminated when a daily disposable is used in place of a monthly disposable. The advantages of daily disposable contact lenses far outweigh the disadvantages. The main concern of most patients is that the difference between regular monthly magazines and the cheapest daily disposable lens is only USD 25 per year. For general eye health and safety, it is recommended that you try daily disposables.

Professor Irving Braxiatel fastened up his briefcase, having just finished his latest lecture at Bristol University. The last student was exiting the lecture hall, and he turned to his computer, frowning slightly as he figured out how to turn it off.
He hated all this modern technology. Give him an old-fashioned chalkboard any day. He knew technology was meant to be useful, but sometimes he felt like he was lagging behind, and don't even get him started about social media.
He heard the door open, and he glanced up and pushed his half-moon bifocals up his nose. "Hello there. Can I help you?"

Inspired by my own brush with HR the other day lol
“Y/N, will you please report to the Human Resources office. I repeat, Y/N, please report to the Human Resources office,” a man’s voice booms over the intercom.
“What now?” you groan, dragging your feet down the corridors of the Cobham training center.
You had recently been promoted from Chelsea's videography intern to full-time videographer. Your responsibility entails capturing all of the team's preparation and training moments to share on social media -- and you love it -- but you hate all the paperwork that comes along with a new, shiny job.
When you arrive at the Human Resources office, you plaster the world’s fakest smile on your face and politely greet the HR Director, Greg, just as you have for the sixth time this week -- and it’s only a Tuesday.
“Just tell me where I need to sign, Greg,” you say, slumping into the cushioned chair across from Greg’s cluttered desk.
“I'm afraid this visit is a little more serious,” Greg tells you with a slight frown, his peppered mustache nearly covering his entire upper lip.
“Oh? Did I forget to dot a few I's? Cross a couple T's?” you ask, trying hard to scale back the sarcasm in your tone.
Greg clears his throat, his solemn demeanor uncrackable. “There’s been a complaint filed against you.”
“A complaint?” you echo, unable to believe your ears. “A complaint about what?”
“It’s been brought to my attention that you have engaged in inappropriate behavior with one of the players.”
“What? I don't understand. I-I’m baffled. I don’t know where this is coming from,” you say truthfully, your eyes trained on the carpeted floor, darting back and forth in confusion. “May I ask who brought this to your attention?”
“For confidentiality reasons, this individual has requested to remain unnamed.”
“Did this person specify what this supposed ‘inappropriate behavior’ I engaged in was?” you inquire, growing more and more impatient with this ridiculous claim as the seconds pass.
Greg reaches for a paper on his desk, examining it thoroughly through his bifocals. “Uh, well, yes. Looks like there is a note here that discloses that information.”
“Yes, and? What does it say?”
“It says here that you”--reading directly off the page, he says in a nearly robotic voice-- “harassed a player for his phone number for personal advancement and unrelated work purposes.” He pops his glasses off to stare at you critically. “Is that true, Miss Y/N?”
Your jaw drops to the floor in utter bewilderment. “No! That never happ--” you pause, suddenly recalling the time Mason gave you his number because you had snapped a candid shot of him on your club-issued phone during a rainy training session. He thought he looked good in it so he wanted you to send him an original copy of the photo, not one with any filters or edits like what's posted to Instagram.
“Okay, it’s not what you think,” you begin sheepishly. Before you can dive into your reasonable explanation followed by a plea to keep your job, you hear a familiar whistling in the background. Whipping your head around, you find Kai wandering back and forth just outside the doorway. And then it all starts to click into place...
This is all Kai’s doing, that much you are certain of. When you first started as an intern almost six months ago, you’ll admit you harbored a massive crush on the German. The dark hair, blue eyes, lithe frame, tall stature -- everything physically about him drew you in. He was well aware of the effect he had on you and the two of you had an ongoing flirtationship for several months. Until one day, out of nowhere, he showed his true colors and started acting like you didn’t exist.
Since then, it was like he had some sort of personal vendetta against you. Not only did he make your life harder, he made your job harder (which, really, is your life). He made it almost impossible for you to get any footage or photos of him for Chelsea’s social pages, intentionally shielding his face or turning his back so you couldn’t get a good view of his face.
“Just for one moment,” you tell Greg, excusing yourself to run out to meet the dark-haired boy in the hallway. Snatching Kai’s right arm, you drag him a few steps away from Greg’s office then release him, scowling.
“Are you trying to get me fired?” you hiss at him.
“Whatever on earth are you talking about?” Kai asks with feign innocence, rubbing his arm as if you caused him severe pain from dragging him.
“Why the hell did you report me to HR!” you whisper-shout, in absolutely no mood to entertain his games.
“It wasn’t me. I believe it was an unnamed individual who did that.”
“You are that individual and I just named you. So talk, buddy,” you say, poking him hard in the chest with your finger. “How’d you know about the thing with Mason’s phone number?”
Kai rolls his eyes, swatting your hand away. “Mason wouldn’t shut up about it for days. He even said he could tell you fancied him so he was going to ask you out and that HR could suck it if they had a problem with it.”
“Is that where you got the inspiration to tattle to HR?” you ask, deadpan. But it doesn’t add up, you thought to yourself. The phone number incident happened weeks ago, why would HR only address it now?
“No,” Kai mumbles, his cheeks turning an unnatural red.
“Wait... Is that why you stopped talking to me?” you gasp, running through the timeline in your head. “You were jealous that Mason gave me his number?” You can’t hide the smile growing on your face.
“No,” Kai repeats in a growl before adding under his breath, “I was jealous that Mason got to you first.”
You laugh, shaking your head. “Mason never ‘got to me’. Even if he had, he wouldn’t have been the first.”
“That’s lovely. Thanks for sharing.”
“What I mean is, you’re the first. The only, really,” you blurt, getting shy all of a sudden yet unable to shut your mouth. “The first time I saw you, I couldn’t get you out of my head. I knew I needed you in my life, however I could have you. Did I think maybe you liked me too? Yeah -- at least I hoped you did. But then you became cold and didn’t want anything to do with me anymore. So I left you alone because I thought that’s what you wanted. Is that what you wanted? Is that... what you want?” You nervously gnaw at your bottom lip, silently praying you don’t sound as desperate to him as you do to yourself.
Instead of answering you, all Kai does is blink at you for a few moments. You’re about to throw in the towel and head back to Greg’s office to grovel for your job when Kai speaks up. “It’s not what I want. Not at all,” he says quietly. “What I want is you.” He steps forward, cornering you against the wall and cradles your chin with his large hand, grazing your lips lightly with his. “I’ve wanted to do that since the first time I saw you,” he admits.
You’ve waited too long for that kiss and you’re about to pull him in for another when Greg peeks his head out of his office, calling, “Oi! If you two are going to start a relationship, the prior complaint needs to be formally dropped and you lot need to fill out a Consensual Relationship Agreement form!”
“What do you say?” Kai asks, looking down at you expectantly. “Think you can dot a few more I’s and cross a couple more T's?”
“Depends. Is this your way of asking me to be your girlfriend?” you tease.
“Maybe.” He smirks.
As the two of you make your way down the hallway, you give his shoulder a little shove with your own, unable to contain your giddiness at finally holding hands with your crush as you enter Greg’s office for the seventh time this week.

Chapter 1
Tumblr media
Summary: Professor Laszlo Kreizler is a pretentious ass - that's the only way you could possibly explain the man. That being said, you needed a job to help pay for grad school, and the position of being his TA was the only thing available. You'll suck it up and deal with it, but the last thing you'll do is let this man get inside your head in the process.
WC: 1012
Rated: M (rating will go up)
Chapter Tags: dialogue heavy, “i dont give a damn about my reputation”, psychology talk
Check out the masterlist in my bio for more info & chapters!
🧠
“Please - I’ll take literally anything you’ve got,” you beg the hunched-over man behind the desk. Bills had begun to pile up at your tiny apartment off campus, but given you were knees deep in your graduate program you were too busy for a full-time job. Due to your constant presence in the university library you figured it made the most sense to just get a job at your school.
The clerk huffed at you and typed into his desktop. You could see the reflection of the screen in his bifocals. Other younger students milled about as you wait; you just hope that they don’t sense your impending panic.
“Well,” the man drones. “There is only one avalible position. It’s as a TA in the psychology department.”
“YES. I’ll take it, seriously, I don’t even care who it’s with, please.” He just looks at you over his glasses at the outburst. He types for another minute.
“I’ve sent the information to your student email, please have all the documentation filled out as soon as possible. This position has been open for some time now, so the start date is this Monday. All the details are in the email.” You don’t bother questioning why nobody wanted the job to begin with, too excited that you found a way to pay the bills.
“Thanks so much” - you read his name tag - “Roger, you are my hero.” Throwing your hands up in relief, you bid him a good night and head home. You didn’t hear him mumble “your funeral, kid.”
_
Bitsy, your roommate was already home when you burst in the door, bottle of cheap wine in your hand. “And tonight, we celebrate!” you announce. The two of you met in a required English course your junior year. You had gotten a two-bedroom off campus before your senior year. After graduation she entered the workforce as a journalist; you continued with your studies.
She whips her head from the tv at you. “You got a job?” You nod and do a little dance as an answer. “It’s about time, rent don’t pay itself, sweetie,” she sasses.
“Hey,” you point the bottle at her, “I haven’t let you down yet and I don’t intend to.”
She just laughs. “Nah I know, you’re the best roommate I’ve had in a long, long time.” Her New York accent is in full force tonight. Bitsy mutes the tv. “So what is this job?”
You snatch two mugs from the cabinet and plop next to her on the threadbare couch. “TA in the psych department.” You pour both of you generous glasses before chugging half your own and refilling it.
Your roommate squints at you suspiciously. “Do you even know anything about psych?”
She’s got you there. You feign offence at her question; “Of course, I took that one introductory course in undergrad with Stratton. I loved it, but I didn’t have room in my schedule to take any more. I know more than you think. And I did go to that shrink for a while.” She nods at you, knowing you didn’t like to discuss it much.
“Is she who you’ll be working for?”
“Um, I don’t know, didn’t ask.” You open your email app on your phone. “Roger, the love of my life at the student center, emailed me the information about the job. Let me check.” Bitsy waits as you search through the documents on your phone. It doesn’t take long.
Assignment:
Dr. Laszlo Kreizler
Courses: Introductory Psychology, Abnormal Psychology, & Criminal Psychology
“Who is Doctor… Kreezler?” Bitsy gasps. You furrow your brows at her reaction, confused. “What?”
“You’re working with Kreizler?” She cringes.
“I guess?” You look up to see her face. “I don’t- Bits, what's the big deal?” Now you begin to panic.
“Dr. Kreizler has a reputation on campus…”
And? “What is he like, a manwhore or something?”
“Jesus, the complete opposite. Everybody hates him - he grades impossible, requires that you come to see him during office hours and half the students leave ready to cry. He’s genius, but a dick.”
She continues, “I once heard a guy in the dining hall talking about how the professor called out this freshman in class and asked all these personal questions about how her grandfather dying fucked her up or something. He tries to get into everybody’s head. Never heard a good thing about him. I wouldn’t be shocked if he had a forked tongue and horns to go with it.”
Okay now you are definitely panicked.
At your paled complexion Bitsy backtracks “Oh but I’m sure he’s not all terrible? I mean you know, underclassmen - fail one test and the professor is evil…” Her words did little to ease you.
You spent the rest of the night and bottle researching Dr. Kreizler. He had no social media and there was only one picture online, but it was blurry. All you could make out was dark hair and a beard. He had been teaching at the university the last 4 years after moving from the University of Munich in Germany. You were able to find a few articles on one of his PhD theses, A Study of the Alien Mind: The Role of Societal Flaw in Creating Monsters Among Men. Skimming some, you note that he is very intellectual and wordy in his explanations.
Opening up the Rate My Professor website, you look him up.
“I’d give 0 stars if I could - he is the worst!!!”
“Literally f*ck this guy”
“Read my ass off, came to all office hours, still barely got a D in his 100 level”
“Not as bad with upper level courses, but only if you know how he works and can deal with his temper. Don’t expect higher than a C tho”
“watch out or he’ll try to psychoanalyze you in front of the entire class”
You blew a long breath out and closed your laptop. The clock on your bedside table read almost 2 am. I need this job, I need this job, I NEED this job, you chant to yourself.
Let me know if you want to be tagged!

Video
Something to talk about 4...mp4 from Vijay Sharma, PhD on Vimeo.
This video is a part of the series, “Learn better to earn better!” by the author Vijay Sharma, Ph.D., D.P.C., M.C.P. In this short video, about 6 minutes, entitled “Something to talk about … And getting your point of view or agreement…” is based on the quote “An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.” - Benjamin Franklin. This video compares and contrasts the pros and cons of education, as a tool for getting knowledge, and the consequences in its absence. A popular adage lends credence to the same thoughts about education, stating, “If you think education is expensive, try ignorance.” -Anonymous. The above second quote is proverbial now. Since the saying has been attributed to too many and the credit denied by a few, per quoteinvestigator.com/2016/05/03/expense/ (last checked July 20, 2021), the author has left it as Anonymous, meaning, full credit to whosoever is the real originator of the quote to let it be added to his/her good Karmas! Relying on returns on investment (ROI), based on Benjamin Franklin’s quotes requires a brief introduction about Benjamin Franklin and his monumental contributions. Though the name Benjamin Franklin, as One of the Founding Fathers of the USA, needs no introduction, especially in the USA, some mention of his contributions deserves your kind attention. Benjamin Franklin is quite famous as One of the Founding Fathers of the USA, signatory on the Declaration of Independence and the American Constitution. He is the only founding father to have signed all four of the key documents establishing the U.S.: The Declaration of Independence (1776), the Treaty of Alliance with France (1778), the Treaty of Paris establishing peace with Great Britain (1783), and the U.S. Constitution (1787). He pioneered and was the first president of the Academy and College of Philadelphia which opened in 1751 and later became the University of Pennsylvania, thus, his entitlement as the Founder of The University of Pennsylvania. He is also famous for the lightning rod, bifocals, and Franklin stove inventions, among other things. This video, while examining the Pros-and-Cons in investing in knowledge and the drawbacks of a lack of investing in knowledge details an overview of ways and means of gaining the knowledge, its benefits once invested in, and drawbacks without investment(s). Some examples of the best interest served by knowledge via education, though many, list a few of those while suggesting the drawbacks in the failure to invest in knowledge. Such comparison reveals education of paramount importance, playing a pivotal role in getting knowledge in safe ways, and is the recommended investment for the best returns! Some have extolled imagination over knowledge and a relationship between these two has been explained suggesting that a meaningful imagination survives only based on knowledge. Knowledge-backed imagination eventually fosters creativity leading to inventions and innovations, which can mean more money and the earning potential(s). The video then examines the crux of the matter, through a “What if” scenario, though the knowledge was gained but was not available when needed or needed the most? Many can testify to this happening that during a test/examination, but were unable to answer the questions asked. Forgetfulness is the culprit for the failure. This example suffices to lay out the basic necessity of sharpening ones’ memory. The video also details the difference between mere memory to a sharpened memory and takes to the point that though knowledge is very important, its retention is even more important for its proper use, such as a bigger dollar amount of paycheck, improved GPA, fame, and so on. Another upcoming video in the series, “Learn better to earn better” will explain the way for a self-appraisal of ones’ memory to avoid the pitfall of complacent, self-assurance, relying on a “Good Enough Concept.” It cautions against such misleading euphoria and its damage to many multi-million and multi-billion-dollar companies. A video link detailing such losses is presented below: youtube.com/watch?v=zIIBdjbFS1c The video concludes that human memory can be sharpened and the tool (an eBook) copies for $9.99 can be bought at the links given below: amazon.com/dp/B00B8KEI9U smashwords.com/books/view/284132 itunes.apple.com/us/book/x/id93159 itunes.apple.com/us/book/x/id93159 store.kobobooks.com/en-US/ebook/simple-and-not-so-simple-proven-ways-to-sharpen-memory overdrive.com/media/200403/simple-and-not-so-simple-proven-ways-to-sharpen-memory barnesandnoble.com or for Nook; Type in the eBook title at the search section on their website as Simple and Not So Simple Proven Ways to Sharpen Memory to buy a copy

HOW TO BUY READING PRESCRIPTION EYEGLASSES
Tumblr media
In the present era, prescription eyeglasses for men and women have become an essential necessity for every person due to the extreme usage of digital media and other light-reflecting objects. When the moment comes when a person is no longer able to see the objects clearly while reading closed substances, it means it’s time to buy a new pair of single-vision reading prescription glasses. Reading eyeglasses are available in mainly two different styles to select from.
Tumblr media
OPTIONS AVAILABLE FOR READING EYEGLASSES
First is the full rim frames, where its entire lens is completed in the reading prescription. The second is the half-rim glasses, which has the smaller style that sits lower on the nose. Full rim eyeglasses are appropriate for those individuals, loving to spend a longer period of time focusing on substances in detail. When you will look up the room wearing your reading lenses, everything seems blurred.

On the other hand, half-rim eyeglasses let you look down and over the lenses when performing near tasks, and over them to look in the distance. Normally, those people who have never made use of eyeglasses before will begin by wearing reading glasses instead of using bifocals, which are typically a superior selection if a persona has never used distance glasses or near correction frame.
