listen- I’m ready for dorym to become canon in game (s/o to 4SD & Liam’s confirmation. Love this bisexual & his mlm representation ) as much as the next obsessed queer BUT please Liam & Robbie-kings of romance and pining- give me the yearning, give me the slow build, give me saying I love in every way but the words. Give me bardic prose and taking killing blows for the other. Give me time found in the hesitancy and grief and unknowing. Give me in person yearning please 🙏

I think people should consider more ideas about why Breakdown and Bulkhead hate each other so much that isn't "Breakdown betrayed the Wreckers" because there are so many more things that could have happened, and here are some of my ideas:
>They fought 1v1 once because Breakdown was just being Breakdown, but after being beat, he kept trying to win against Bulkhead, starting a rivalry between the two.
>Breakdown wants to kill every one of the Wreckers but this one guy just won't die and he has to stick to his list of Wreckers in the order he wrote them in.
>Following up from that, Breakdown killing several of the canonically deceased Wreckers mentioned by Wheeljack and Bulkhead in Prime, making Bulkhead want to avenge their deaths.
>Cross-faction dating gone wrong (**not clickbait**)
>Secretly started meeting up as buddies during the war, but then Bulkhead found out about messed up shit Breakdown had done and they started to fight as enemies rather than secret friends.
>Met each other during a heated Autobot-Decepticon bar fight. Then they saw each other on the battlefield and beat each other up again.
>Friends before the war and wanted to stay friends during the war despite being on opposite sides, but then once again, Bulkhead seeing the things Breakdown did during the war.
>A bit boring but most likely; Stunticons and Wreckers just being rival teams in the war. No personal feelings they all just hate each other because they're the same team on opposite sides.

honestly, i thought imogen would be furious.
i thought she would be screaming and ruthless in that way that she gets when it’s laudna on the line, i thought she would demand that laudna be brought back, that they fix this and choose her
but instead she just kept blubbering apologies, and she was quiet and sad and broken and drained, and i wonder if part of the reason why she didn’t even put up a word of protest when fearne chose orym was because she felt that in some way, she deserved this. it’s her fault.
but isn’t that horrible? laudna’s death is not just a consequence for imogen, her life means so much more, imogen would never leave a choice like that up to something as petty as her own guilt—but still, imogen stayed quiet. and if they can’t fix this, they have to fix this, that’s going to be another thing to live with

North smiled.
Smiling, what a weird action.
A part of her wonders why she’s kept her body language simulator running. She was programmed to be an excellent communicator, from the tone of her voice to the tiniest muscle movement.
But, she doesn’t need it anymore.
But body language is still an effective way to communicate to the other Androids in Jericho. If it’s not important enough for her to send a message, but important enough for her to want her opinion to be known. With a simply shift in her stance she can communicate thousands of words.
Still why is she smiling?
Nobody’s looking, she’s not communicating her happiness to anyone.
Perhaps she’s just telling her self she’s happy.
North grinned. Well, as long as it’s not getting it the way, she’s going to smile as much as she wants.

I recently played the Spirit of Vengeance FP again and when the cutscene of the aftermath played and we Saw Heta presenting her speech to her supporters, something clicked.
See that? In addition to what happend to Bask Sunn in "Showdown on Ruhnuk", Tyrus Brokenblade also fell on Kessan's Landing.
Tumblr media
So WHO is left?
Tumblr media
Durn Wynnward aka representer of the Ash'ad.
My guess is that with the next story-fragment, we get to face off agains Durn and hopefully after that, Heta herself.
~ more theorising under the cut ~
I didn't realise that they gave us this very obvious fight-the-small-fish-first-and-then-the-big-one hint at the beginning of the "Hidden Chain" storyline, but here we are.
I find it also interesting that Heta talks about reliability in this speech. Making a statment with injuring Tyrus and endangering not only the people in the room but herself.
Now that she found out about Bask's betrayal and his greed (who would've known /s) and the loss of Tyrus, the mentality with which she will continue her operations will propably get very interesting.
Since Sa'har, her interest in mando-communication also seems very neglected. I don't know if this is on purpose or if the few cutscenes we got just gave away too little information.
I would also need to rewatch every cutscene to build upon my theories.

Bloodmoon Huntress + Duty
Runaan and Ethari told me something that helped me understand… well, a lot of things, really. They said that, sometimes, we make sacrifices so that the ones we love don’t have to. It’s part of protecting them—part of protecting you. Taking on hard choices and going to dark places is an act of love.

as sort of a follow-up on my post about fcg’s pseudo-therapy style, i think the contrast between their conversation with laudna and orym’s conversation with imogen was a really interesting look into the difference between saying the “right things” (programming!) and speaking from a place of experience
a quick disclaimer since i’m talking about therapy-adjacent stuff: i’m not a mental health professional (yet :p) and i’m not trying to make any judgments on what fcg and orym did right/wrong here—while fcg’s general angle of wanting to fix people is definitely flawed, i honestly think he handled the conversation with laudna in this episode pretty well! i’m more interested in how his purpose as a Help People Robit translates into how he actually tries to help in complicated (human!) situations, and oh man, the way his approach juxtaposed with orym’s in their respective conversations was very 👀
so from what i got, fcg and orym’s advice to laudna and imogen essentially boiled down to the same thing: when you’re ready (and in laudna’s case, when imogen’s ready), talk to your friend. but the way they each got there felt vastly different—fcg seemed to go about it in a step-by-step way, and you can almost see those steps progressing in the conversation:
1) assess the situation (fcg asks about what happened with an emphasis on laudna’s perception of it—e.g., “and you think she’s upset at you?”); 2) have the patient talk about her feelings (”do you feel any better having told me?“—which is also pretty indicative of the methodical way fcg’s proceeding tbh); 3) find an underlying cause (”are you jealous of imogen in any [subconscious] way?” “for having a heartbeat?” definitely no projection going on there); 4) provide affirmations/sympathy (”that’s a very noble thing to want for someone” ”i’m so sorry you’re going through this”); 5) get to the solution (”I could try to arrange a neutral space, a safe space where you both could talk“)
orym's talk with imogen, on the other hand, felt much more like a natural conversation between two friends (and ofc part of it is that orym’s reaching out to imogen in concern while laudna explicitly goes to fcg for help—and aah i love that and i love what laura and marisha are doing; it makes so much sense that imogen needs to be prodded before she can vent while laudna is desperately looking for advice in her distress). orym sits back and listens while imogen expresses what she’s been bottling up, and when he interjects, he does so from a place of personal observation (with the recognition that he could be wrong because he hasn’t known them that long)—”i watch you and laudna together, and you guys are so close”; “I see you get down on yourself”; “that dead lady’s got a lot of love in her heart”—as well as with an air of speaking from experience—”when you have a falling out with a friend...”
and really, hats off to sam and liam, because it fits so well that fcg, who only has 2-ish years of memory and is a literal robot, follows a flow chart of how to help someone in need, while orym, who has clearly grown up with emotional maturity and a great support system from at least his in-laws, speaks gently and with an understanding that these things are complicated (and that everything feels even more tangled, more dire, when the relationship is so important)

fun fact. [off string] since sparks redesigned her mobile puppet so heavily from her own she basically completely overhauled the design. a lot of this is to deal with the voltage of her overclocked cells with channels and conductors to dispose of that electricity without it just bouncing around her [now much more biological] body but also she just streamlined it Much more and based it on like. Gen 3/4 puppets. so she is soooo much lighter. Like a lil feather to older gen iterators who followed their original puppet blueprints more closely. It's so silly. Pick her up she'd be so mad it's hilarious. Like a little paperweight.
as a pro to this she IS very fast and agile. Not much *power* behind her spears and etc but. You know. The whole electricity thing works fairly well as a backup to that. I think she would kick ass if she ever found a reason to fight another iterator since you can't disable her with electric spears like most others
