So my fiance and I have been watching the Harry Potter movies for the first time recently, we're due to watch the 4th next, but I've realized something in my wise old age.

I was someone forbade from HP as a kid because Satan, but I'd seen the first couple movies as an older kid.

I cannot BELIEVE now, with whom I have grown to become as a person, that I used to actually find Draco and Lucius actually endearing, and also found Lucius attractive. It's a comforting sign that I'm appalled at that now, because as soon as either of them opened their mouths, they just grossed me out. Real testament to the change someone can go through as an entire person imo, and I'm proud of myself for discovering this, despite being skeeved all the way the hell out by it at the same time.

Alternatively, albiet ever so slightly, I'm also considering understanding the Snapewives just a little bit better now.

so i was talking about the music video for SCUMBAG by NOAHFINNCE (bc i fuckin LOVE him) with an elder in my life, and was describing how the video is just making fun of jkr and harry potter n shit and how i thought that that was hilarious and also just how that music video is so good
