I DO BELIEVE. I do believe that traveling is for everyone, a little different idea from one person to another but with one initial goal in mind – to experience new things. We all travel the world because we want to see new places, taste new flavors, learn new cultures, be away from the norms, and many other reasons. But we all have that one desire indeed and we’re hungry for it. Adventure. Mind over matter. Don’t think too much! I was in your position once and though many things in life made me start traveling, looking for motivation to just do it is NOT one of them. Guys, motivation is seriously just an excuse for the lazies, when you see something, when you get inspired, when you want to achieve your goals, just go and do it. So travel is more than the seeing of sights; it is a change that goes on, deep and permanent, in the ideas of living. Now don’t tell me how educated you are, tell me how much you have traveled so that I get motivated, encouraged, challenged and inspired because not everyone is educated in this world. Has you need to know twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor. It's hard to be a kid today. Children deal with many distractions, temptations, overstimulation and peer pressure. Schools are challenged to do more with less and be creative in how they reach even the most isolated child. Yoga and Meditation is a low-cost, helpful tool that can have a positive impact on children. Yoga is meditative by nature. So whether a child is holding a balancing posture, sitting in meditation or moving through a series of poses, there's going to be a calming, soothing quality. Giving younger kids something to do as they rest on their mats will help with their attention, such as suggesting they think of a favorite color or toy. Older kids will find it easier to rest longer with less structure. There are lots of tools you can use to teach yoga to children. The young ones like games, doing poses from yoga books for children and singing songs with big, expressive movements. Older children love to create their own poses, be challenged by balancing and learn about the muscles and other aspects of anatomy.
