COCKTAILS A LA MAISON
Hello cocktail lovers:
Today I'd like to introduce you to a cocktail based on Madeira Cuvée 980 Rhum Agricole.
During my trip to Madeira, this absolutely wonderful island and its people, the idea was born and here's the result. Enjoy the tasting.
Bond club Madeira :
Recipe:
40 ml Rhum Agricole brun de Madeère cuvée 980.
20 ml cinnamon syrup
10 ml Vanilla syrup (monin)
80 ml melon juice
2 scoops coconut sorbet
Pour all ingredients into an electric blender.
Blend for 10 seconds and strain into a long-drink cocktail glass over ice.

Aujourd’hui je vous présente un cocktail à base de Rhum Agricole de Madère cuvée 980.
Lors de mon voyage à Madère cette île absolument merveilleuse ainsi que sa population, l’idée a germé et voici le résultat. Bonne dégustation.

40 ml de Rhum Agricole brun de Madère cuvée 980.
20 ml de sirop de cannelle
10 ml de sirop de Vanille (monin)
80 ml de jus de melon
2 boules de sorbet coco
Verser tous les ingrédients dans un blender électrique
Mixez pendant 10 secondes et filtrez dans un verre à cocktail long drink sur des glaçons.

Had to stay in town for errands so doing dinner in Golden at Old Capitol Grill & Smokehouse. They are one of only three taps that can sell Barmen Pilsner by Coors. It is a full 7 minute pour. It is definitely a German Pilsner with a malty sweetness and a nice hop finish. COCKTAILS A LA MAISON
Hello cocktail lovers:
Today I'm presenting a TIKI-style cocktail made with Trinidad Rum and Cognac. A cocktail in the spirit of Polynesian drinks. Enjoy.
TIKILAND :
Recipe:
40 ml Mont Gay Trinidad brown rum
20 ml Cognac Camus VSOP
20 ml grenadine syrup (monin)
40 ml pineapple juice
50 ml passion fruit juice
10 ml lime juice
10 ml Falernum syrup (ginger)
Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a TIKI cocktail glass with ice cubes.
Garnish with pineapple, pineapple leaf, passion fruit and mint.

Aujourd’hui je vous présente un cocktail sur le style TIKI à base de Rhum de la Trinidad et de Cognac. Cocktail dans l’esprit des boissons Polynésienne. Bonne dégustation.

40 ml de jus d’ananas
50 ml de jus de passion
10 ml de jus de citron vert
10 ml sirop Falernum (gingembre)
Verser tous les ingrédients dans un shaker rempli de glaçons.
Secouez pendant 10 secondes et filtrez dans un verre à cocktail TIKI avec des glaçons.
Décoration : Ananas, feuille ananas, fruit de la passion et menthe
