They've got such a fun arc and in the end open up an inn together and are just. The most (affectionately) bickering married couple. Also the first time they met each other Zolf headbutted Wilde and threatened to drown him in a bucket (and would have done it, too. How things can change)

Almost immediately after meeting each other they feel like they're meant to be together and have a whole song asking how they ever survived before knowing each other. Malibu changed schools and relocated across the country so they could be together. They plan their futures together. Epic Road Trip is a Netflix choose your own adventure thing and in every single ending except one incredibly hard to get ending, Malibu permanently moves to New York or London with Brooklyn so they can pursue their careers together once they graduate.

These are from my favorite Barbie movies and shows. I swear I learn so much from Barbie. The movies and shows are pure, and I’ve applied things to my life that I’ve learned from them.

What happened to Barbie and Trey?

The Brooklyn and Trey thing is more forced than anything else, where did that come from? It doesn't convince me. What happened to all of Trey's development in Dreamhouse adventures? I feel like it went down the drain with this new series. What have they done to my daddy? XD His development as a character was always with or through Barbie, or thanks to his sisters or his family. Trey didn't always need help from Barbie, you could see the chemistry and taste everywhere between them, even though they wanted to cover it up with rivalry. In moments alone we noticed that classic discomfort of all relationships when they say nothing to each other and have a lot to feel.

It's funny back when only it takes two was out I said to myself it would be funny if trey met Brooklyn and either disliked her for being another Barbie or gained a crush on her despite being another Barbie lol then when I saw the touch of magic trailer I knew from those tiny snippets he probably had a crush on her and I called it lol.

Personally I think it would be cute if she dated this timelines Ryan, Allan or Blaine but I could see her and Trey as a funny couple like she could make him whipped for her and curb his spoiled behavior bc she does not tolerate it.

PS: I just got The Glyph (and her duck, Tiger) from the new show “Barbie: a touch of magic” She’s perfect.

My collection has exploded recently. I went from 3, then all of these within a week.

I also just got the original Midge! She was my dream Barbie. It came with her case and everything.

I haven’t unpacked the doll herself yet because I need to figure out how to best keep her safe when I get the shelf. I have stands but they’re plastic and go around the waist, and I don’t want it to scratch her. This one didn’t come with the stand, so I’m not sure what I’ll do yet. Maybe buy a looser stand that doesn’t go around the waist? Any advice would be great.
