New Year, New Fast!

2018 was an absolute disaster, yet I am absolutely happy and at peace with all which took place! I'm set up to begin a new fast, smoothies for the next couple of days and then transitioning to juice only. Time to get healthy and sleep better (oh, and to look and feel better about myself!)
