i was debating whether or not to post this b/c this specific persons behavior creeps me the fuck out so this is the compromise. im going to talk about Acceptable Fan Behavior
theres nothing wrong with making NSFW fan content. in any fandom, generally, but in this one specifically as well. but that comes with boundaries. one that people will often agree on is “dont send this stuff to the creators”, for obvious reasons. but another one that i think is essential for this fandom in specific is “dont try to weasel yourself into some kind of parasocial ‘friendship’ with the creators when youre making a shitload of public pornography of their characters”. i think thats insanely weird and that is exactly what this person tries to do
buying cartoonish amounts of merch to get wrtvs attention, frequent donations to their streams to make their name a constant presence, trying to talk to these guys like theyre your friends, and doing everything in your power to get on their streams......i think that, in combination, this is a super fucking weird thing to do when you are writing boatloads of pornography of these guys’ characters and making zero attempt to divorce that from your public online persona. you are crossing the fucking streams and i guarantee you that, even if its just on a passive level, somebody among the wrtv crew knows what their deal is and i cant imagine this is a situation that inspires joy. (scorpy used to be a huge frenrey guy! mira goes out of her way to look up hlvrai porn to make fun of it! people were sending wayne fandom drama right and left! theyre Aware, guys.)
why is this behavior that the wider fandom is 100% cool with, but people doing their own thing in private and censoring g0rd0n and b3nr3ys names like fucking homestuck characters isnt? fuck if i know, man. i dont even follow these guys on social medias b/c i dont want them to see my name/work and get weirded out. im playin with my fuckin dollhouses over here man i dont even wanna get involved

Object Class: Thaumiel
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-B3NR3Y is kept in a private cell with magnetic fields surrounding the outer walls to prevent escape. The subject has an anomalous trait that allows it to phase through physical materials as if it were air. When charged, the magnetic fields interact with it on an anatomical level, causing some level of pain and discomfort. When bored or threatened, the subject can change form to become more powerful. It seems content with human gaming technolgy, which is provided to prevent more destructive behaviors of SCP-B3NR3Y. The promise of this technology is also used to gain the subject's trust and cooperation when moving forward with the containment of certain Keter-class SCPs.
Description:
SCP-B3NR3Y takes the form of a humanoid male, 5'6.2" 178lbs. It dons the outfit of a security guard. No SCP personnel have seen it without it's helmet, which casts a permanant shadow on the top half of its face. The whites of its eyes are golden yellow, like its razor sharp teeth, and its irises are crimson in color. It's skin is pale gray, and it's claws are pointed and black. The subject speaks clear english, but has a peculiar speech pattern consisting of modern teen slang. It can also produce orbs of color with high pitched "song".
Addendum:
Our experts are still trying to learn about SCP-B3NR3Y, as it does not wish to tell us anything of importance. We sent in a few D-class personnel to attempt conversation, but it destroyed most on-sight. It seemed to bot understand why they died so easily. However it seems to have taken a liking to our latest D-Class citizen, Gordon Freeman. Although he did lose an arm to SCP-B3NR3Y, he helped persue our studies of this anomalous humanoid, who over time almost seems infatuated...
