yes yes yes omg feed me more please bahahahah. tommy just gives wilbur puppy dog eyes and wilbur just caves in a matter of seconds. he's record for holding out on tommy is 46 seconds exactly. he wants to beat his record and go for gold, which is to say a minute

Well, gold is actually not giving in and keeping all the baked goods for himself but Wilbur is pretty sure that is impossible. Tommy always has a new excuse in order to get what he wants like:

wait so is tubbo older or younger than tommy in this au. i can totally imagine a sleeping one year old just appears on schlatts front door after his mother was like fuck it im out, 1/18 done, i've had my contribution.&schlatts like i kno nothing abouthis kid but he's my son so i gotta try.&then schlatt has to learn the little things about tubbo like where his ticklish spot is or something else& then when tubbo's older he hardly remembers his mother but just his dad constantly trying ~ aussiepal

Tommy is about 7 months older than Tubbo. 

Tubbo shows up on Schlatt’s doorstep at about 3 months old. I assume his mother’s family wanted him gone, or she had school, or she didn’t have the money, or just the emotional capacity to take care of him anymore. 

BUT, you are right about Schlatt having to learn everything about this kid from scratch. He didn’t get that moment at the hospital, he doesn’t get to see his eyes open for the first time, or his hair to grow in, or for him to cry for the first time. Schlatt misses a lot of Tubbo’s firsts, and it kind of hurts that he didn’t have this little guy from day one. 

He slowly learns how to get Tubbo to burp just right, that Tubbo will always fall asleep if he is placed on Schlatt’s chest, how he likes to play with Schlatt’s fingers, that his left side is more ticklish than his right. He learns the right ways to make the boy smile, and giggle, and how to quell the boys quiet tears. 

It takes a few months, but goddamnit, Schlatt will be the best goddamn father that there ever was. Because jesus christ, Tubbo was his special little man, and he would do anything for his boy.
