I support small fees for things that should probably be free because it keeps human refuse away. A park near where I live was once free to the public and you couldn't even drive by without seeing litter everywhere, whole park was covered in a haze of weed stick and vague booze smell, always some group of racially ambiguous 19 year olds hanging out in the parking lot scaring off the elderly. About a year ago they started charging $1 (ONE WHOLE DOLLAR) to enter and its like I moved to fucking marthas vineyard. ZERO litter, no more 24/7 skunk stank, I don't even bother locking my car half the time, you can actually see wildlife walking around in the park now, it's wonderful. I don't know what it is about literal pocket change that scares these cretins away but if that's all it takes then I'll happily spend a dollar for a few peaceful minutes at the park.

Found it stupid that the Ghibli movies were in theaters, y'know, pretty big popular anime movies and yet none of my local theaters had them(unfortunately the theaters still had to advertise them with Standees, but still annoying) yet lesser known anime movies do manage to get shown at all my local theaters thankfully

still haven't seen the new Little Mermaid or the new Spiderverse.... all I know is pain

theres so many horror movie screenings i wanna go to this month. screaming crying throwing up at the fact that i cant go to them all

i'm kinda sad that i won't be able to see barbie. my parents refuse to go to a movie theater and will only use streaming platforms, plus they just. don't want to see the movie, so i'll probably end up watching it on a totally legal site. which means that i won't see all the dressing up and stuff that people are doing for watching it bc i can't go.
