okay so:
varians rlly fucking tiny
hugo is not
logically, it wouldnt work for hugo to be able to wear varian's clothes
but varian likes baggy clothing
so he buys baggy clothing, and it all goes mysteriously missing (hugo)
so he resorts to becoming a thief himself (stealing hugo's shit instead)
so its basically one big clothing-theft loop
