Bem-vindo ao meu portfólio de campanhas eleitorais. Antes de conhecer alguns de meus trabalhos, aqui vai um pouco da minha trajetória.

Sou carioca, trabalhei como redator na Fischer, Artplan, W/Brasil, nbs, Cheil, entre outras agências do eixo Rio-São Paulo. Supervisionei a criação do Grupo Rái e dirigi a criação da Agência 1, ambas na capital paulistana. Atualmente trabalho como freela para o mercado publicitário do RJ, SP e DF.

Desde 2010, participo de campanhas eleitorais como diretor de criação, redator e roteirista de programas de TV, Rádio e Mídias Digitais. Neste portfólio, você vai conhecer alguns desses trabalhos, entre eles a campanha Diego na Rede, vencedora do 1º Prêmio Camp da Democracia, na categoria Maior Inovação.

Vou falar mais um pouco sobre mim:

Eu sou Rita: gestora, produtora de conteúdo e branding.

Acredito que a comunicação me escolheu antes que eu decidisse. Foi uma paixão correspondida, que já dura mais de dez anos.

Curiosa, leitora inveterada, e fascinada pelo mundinho da internet, tirei minha habilitação nerd quando ainda interagíamos pelo ICQ, e agora todos já devem saber da minha idade. Ok.

Explicando um pouco melhor o meu trabalho:

Meu foco é em conteúdo, branding, e estratégia.

Hoje, trabalho no grupo Dreamers/ Artplan, como Community Manager, responsável pelo conteúdos de contas como Indústria Alvoar (Leite Camponesa, Caramelos Embaré) e FQM Farmacêutica.

Gerencio equipes, e curto bastante a troca: seja criando, analisando performances de dados, e colocando projetos na rua - ou em qualquer tela.

Já realizei trabalhos em diversas áreas, como:

Política - Gerenciando times e criando campanhas para candidatos no âmbito federal e municipal;

Tecnologia - em ecossistemas como o Porto Digital;

Saúde - Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, IMIP;

Varejo - São Braz Indústrias, ASA Indústria, Movimento Beachwear;

Pensar, criar, e tirar ideias do rascunho é, definitivamente, o que me instiga.

Subconscious: Those ideas that come to you late at night, when you're trying to fall asleep, knowing sleep is so important, but part of this idea could be a solution to a problem you've been wrestling with for a long time... what do you do then? In my case, it wasn't something that could be jotted down with a few quick words; it was too conceptual, ambient, atmospheric. Fortunately, it made such a strong impression that I woke still thinking about it. Our brains do so much important work in the subconscious, bringing light to things we've been wrestling in the dark. ➡️Scroll to see final. I know I’m posting a ton today but because I do love seeing the process of other artists, I wanted to share how I plot my own work. As you can see, it’s pretty loose. I add and make decisions about detail as I go. My degree is in Graphic Design, though I wanted to go to school for illustration and the school I was given an OVR grant for only offered Graphic Design. I got terrible grades in planning- there’s a reason for that. When working with a client you’ve got to be able to show them a clear representation of the final product early on and I just suck at that. I'm currently working on some collage parts... I've been painting and thinking about circles, how they symbolize both the universe and time as well as cycles of creation and destruction. The circle is an representation of the human understanding of a higher power - something abstract and yet all encompassing that makes up everything. So I think about these relationships as I paint on old drawings and print outs of digital work. I paint and draw these images fully knowing these are only pieces of a greater whole and that I will destroy their current forms in order to facilitate my idea at a later time. This process is as much of my artwork as the work itself. Planning Day 28, Planning: My planning is usually flexible because I have to work around my family. I typically have some main goals planned for that year, and then break it down into monthly and daily goals. I try and break things down into smaller steps, but often try to do too much at once. But I quickly realize I have to have small daily goals to work up to a bigger goal. When I give myself a challenge, like art for 365 days, or inktober, or folktale week or March Meet the Maker, I tend to be dedicated and push myself to meet that goal of completing it. When I have a daily goal that keeps me accountable, I tend to be dedicated and stick with it. I’m still working on scheduling my daily artwork and business, but I know I at least make some type of art that day, even if it is a quick sketch.
