arthur griffin (btr) x reader, scenario where she is a producer of the big time rush and Arthur is in love with her and the boys notice and help him tell her
"Scenario."
Arthur finally finds the courage to take you on a date. He greets the reader with a big grin on his face. Arthur prays he doesn't lose the courage he's barely found inside. After dinner, Arthur takes the reader's hand.
"It took me a long time to muster up the courage to say that. Will you go out with me?"
"Yes, Arthur. I was expecting you to ask out. If you hadn't told me. I would have asked you out."
Both of them will never forget this speech. It will be a joyful memory that they will always remember in their lives.

"Gustavo! I currently have our new RCM CBT Globalnet Sanyoid ballistic missle pointed directly at Roque Records. If I don't see a hit song from Big Time Rush by the end of the week, I will blow your studio to smithereens."

Dialogue transcripts:
Panel 1
Quincey: Well, go on then.
Panel 2
Irene: The first time I saw this creature, I was giving a performance. I think he may be drawn to my singing.
Panel 3
Mina: You plan to lure him out, then?
Panel 4
Griffin: Yes! And then we ambush the bastard and kill him!
Panel 5
Jack: You are not doing any ambushing. Your health is compromised enough as is.
Panel 6
Jonathan: So where are we doing this?
Griffin (offscreen): Compromised? *cough cough* Who are you calling compromised?
Jack (offscreen): Sit down, you’re swaying again.
Panel 7
Irene: It should be somewhere close by, but without too many people.
Panel 8
Arthur: I know just the place! There’s a park a few blocks north of us that Jack, Quincey and I visit sometimes. It sees very few visitors—it’s perfect for our purposes.

the invisible man? more like the visible man.
laugh track
analysis under the cut cause its long-ish (also spoilers for the book)
i think the ending of the invisible man is insane. i haven't read the book in a bit so i may get things wrong, but to my understanding, griffin is killed by a mob that kemp summons.
griffin is a terrible person- i think that goes unsaid. he has a god complex, he's a sociopath, he's a murderer, etc. he probably deserved to die (although i did like him so it made me a little sad).
what i find interesting is that the mob was scared. this man is running rampant and you can't see him, you don't know if you'll be next in his hurricane of chaos. so you round up a bunch of people, you try to end him- and you do.
fear, however, is a dangerous thing. it causes you to revert back to instinct. so this mob is many people against one, and they viciously beat griffin to death. they don't really notice the damage that they're doing- both because of his invisibility and also the adrenaline- until it is too late.
in a sense, they stoop to his level. they're scared of a murderer so they, themselves, become the murderers.
it's almost like the message is that there aren't really good people- there aren't bad ones either. there are good actions, there are bad actions, and people are made up of all those. sure, some make better choices than others but in the end, people will fight tooth and nail for their survival, because that is our instinct.
i also could be looking too much into it but i really enjoyed that book.

I encountered a wise old man during an outing today, and he told me that he's pondered this very question for years. I wish to enlighten this Wise Old Man.

"Griffin, I'll do anything! Everything you ask me!" "You will? That's fine. Just sit where you are. I'll get out and take the handbrake off and give you a little shove to help you on. You'll run gently down and through the railings, then you'll have a big thrill for a hundred yards or so till you hit a boulder, then you'll do a somersault and probably break your arms, then a grand finish up with a broken neck! Well, goodbye, Kemp."
(or: Jack got even more than he predicted when he sent Kemp's car off.)
