hey (US) people, pay attention to Tennessee right now, April 4th 2023.

Three Democrat legislators are being expelled from their positions after standing with the thousands of students protesting gun violence.

They are claiming that several thousand children are equivalent to the January 6th insurrection, and this is the basis for expelling the House Reps. Not only is this wrong and illegal, but if it goes unchallenged this will set a dangerous precedent for removing lawmakers and limiting freedom of speech.

"We had a child molester on the floor for years, they helped him get reelected and did nothing to expel him," Johnson said. "We've had members pee in each other's chairs. We've had members illegally prescribe drugs to their cousin-mistress, and nothing happened. But talk on the floor without permission, and you'll get expelled."

Building Discovery

Dream Entry: April 4, 2023

I was standing in front of a big government gray building. It was as if I was there for a meeting. I even remarked that I never knew such an institution existed. More so, that it is only under another government institution. Then someone remarked that had it not for my job, I wouldn't be able to make such discovery. Then I woke up.

today was kinda lazy. i went out shopping this morning with my mom and she did more gardening. i got to open my gift from ashley (it’s a build-your-own booknook—it’s super freaking cute it has so many pieces though lol) i also played minecraft with ash and geoff and that was fun

took a nap made dinner with my parents and i got new embroidery hoops so now i can properly patch the holes in my jeans

i love the fit of these jeans but always hated the holes in the knees (i would always rip them and get it caught everywhere) still needs a lot of work but it’s slowly coming along

now it’s getting late and i have work tomorrow night but i think i’ll play some of subnautica and then read a bit of frugal wizard before i go to bed

I just.... I just wish I didn't have a tearing gut-wrenching stab of jealousy every time friends of mine do something I didn't know about that I just know. I just *know*. The others knew about before me. I wish I was actually involved in their lives more than a pitiful distraction, a flight of fancy to be attended to two hours late every time and never a priority, and never to be reached out to.

its bitterness and over-exaggeration on my part. I know this, in all honesty. But I still can't help feeling so sick and bitter and cruel every time my friends are so clearly Better than me at everything, including being in each others lives, including being human. I'm gutter trash compared to them in almost every way, and I just can't stop feeling ashamed and sick and unworthy every time I'm reminded how much more they prefer everyone to myself.
