one of my favorite things about agents of shield is that this show about spies and world-threatening forces and betrayal and mystery has an episode where they paused the story and had jeff ward sing ‘don’t you forget about me’ very very incorrectly for nearly 3 minutes.

idk if anyone has talked about this before but i am desperate to know who on the damn zephyr knew how to do era-accurate hair and makeup. like we know that deke was the one going out and getting them clothes every time they jumped, but who fixed the girls hair so well??? they didn’t know where they were jumping to next so did they just YouTube “1950s easy hair tutorial” and just went with it??? Main reason I dislike AoS season 7 is because of the Daniel Sousa characterization. Kora is also rather unlikably but that’s not a big deal.

Other than that I honestly love it. The chronacom plot is great, Alya is precious in every way, I love Yo-Yo getting some more storyline (and her and May are great together), Deke is incredible wholesome, Coulson deserves to a mental health crisis (as a treat), and I stan Daisy’s hair. I appreciate seeing pre-torture Jaiying as well.

if i had a nickel for every time Deke Shaw was thrown into a time period he knew very little about and took a year long hiatus from regular SHIELD activity to start a fun successful business built on plagiarism, i’d have two nickels. which isn’t a lot, but it’s weird that it happened twice.

do you know something I think about all the time. What exactly does LMD Coulson remember? They say he has all of Coulson's memories but the last time Coulson had a brain scan would have been late s4. Meaning LMD Coulson wouldn't remember anything that happened in season 5, right? Except he clearly does know what happened; how does this work? I assume they fed him facts about it but. What does he think about this? What does he feel about not remembering his deal and his death? Considering all the other ruminating he does in s7 I wish they'd put some of this in, but I suspect the writers just forgot
