Injured!Fem Reader X Mercy

The bed was cold against your body, and having Mercy’s gloves on you wasn’t any better.

“So...are you alright?” Mercy looked up at you and asked, adding a smile to her question. You smile back.

“Yeah, I’m alright, think I just broke a rib or two.” You heard Mercy giggle.

“I’m afraid it’s a bit more than that.” Mercy removed her hands from your stomach and pulled her gloves off. “You’re going to have to stay in here for a while before you head off to your room, just so you don’t injure yourself anymore. That alright?” She looked away from her computer and back at you. You nod your head and lay down against the bed.

“This bed is not comfortable at all.”

“Would you like for me to lay with you?” Mercy asked jokingly. You looked up at her and felt your face heat up.

“What?”

“What?” Mercy then giggled some more. “But seriously, do you want me to lay with you?” She asked. You felt your face heat up even more.

“Uh..sure.” You said and scooted over slightly so she would have enough room to lay down alongside you. She walked over and sat down, and smoothed out the sheet, and then lied down. You both lied there in silence, but it wasn’t awkward silence, it was rather comfortable. Then a agent walked in, they looked over at you two and rolled their eyes.

“Excuse me, Mercy, I need a little help.” Mercy looked up and looked over at the agent.

“What’s wrong?” She asked.

“There’s more agents that need medical assistance.” They said.

Mercy looked down at you and then back at the agent. “Can’t you have one of the other nurses tend to them?” The agent rolled their eyes, again.

“Yes, but we would like your assistance, unless you really need to help (Y/N), then fine, doesn’t seem like she could do much anyway.” The agent turned around and went to walk out the door but you sat up quickly, ignoring the pulsing pain in your side.

“What the hell does that mean?” You asked, trying to stay calm, but the agent technically just insulted you. The agent looked back at you with a frown on their face.

“Exactly what it sounded like, you’re basically useless, I mean come on, you’re the most fragile looking one on the team.” The agent said, a bit of poison in their tone. You groaned and went to say something back, but Mercy took the chance before you did.

“I demand you leave this room or I will personally get you fired!’ Mercy yelled at the agent.

“What?” The agent had a shocked expression.

“You heard me, leave, right now. Or so help me-”

“Fine! I’ll go, I’ll just get one of the other nurses!” The agent quickly scurried out of the room. Mercy sighed and laughed slightly, she then looked back at you.

“Don’t listen to them, you’re one of the best fighters I know.” She says and sits back down on the bed. You smile a sad smile at her.

“Thanks Angela.” You look down at your legs and cross them, what the agent said was starting to get to your head. You felt a hand be pressed on the side of your face and you look back at Mercy. She leans forward and places a kiss on top of your forehead.

“Don’t worry, I’ll always be here for you.”

I tried out a little pharmercy :D I really like this ship- It's definitely in my top 10 for overwatch, and I've been playing around with this idea for a while.

Pharah seems like the kind of person with a pretty good schedule- Sleep, eating, hygiene.. She gives off that vibe. But I've seen a lot of headcanons about Mercy working herself to death, and thought that would have a really interesting dynamic!
