Insufferable Arsehole Head canons

a/n: okay so i randomly had this idea and i'm aware most people wont be interested in the slightest but i just had to write it, for myself more than anything haha. So I was thinking about the character Lou within my Matty series "insufferable arsehole" and i was thinking about her relationship/friendships with the guys and decided to do some head canons for each of the boys... enjoy if you do read haha

George:

George has been her best friend since diapers, they've gone through every aspect of their lives together, that fact alone means that they're bonded for life

They know every minute detail about each other

She thinks he probably knows her better than anyone

He's the one person in her life who has been a steady unwavering support

He's her rock, the person she knows she can go to for everything, for advice, for comfort for laughs, anything

they have to deal with lots of people assuming they're something more and it has got a bit tiring over the years but theyre kind of used to it by now

she knows he would jump in front of a train if it meant she lived

he would hurt anyone who hurts her and has come close to beating up ex's of hers that have been douches (and has punched a fair few of them)

she's the first he shares lyrics with or song concepts (even more matty sometimes)

they both felt that because they were so close, whatever one was feeling, the other felt too

not a day went by where they didnt talk, even when they weren't together, on opposite sides of the world, they would still talk

there was this one time: when they were around 16 maybe 17, g had organised this big surprise party for her birthday, it was absolutely amazing, he had managed to get a fuck ton of beer and weed from an older friend, his garden was full to the brim of all of their friends, some people she didnt know (not that it matter). but despite it being HER birthday party, he had invited matty who at some point in the night had said something about how the dress she was wearing would make all the guys think she was an easy fuck... she remembered how her best friend (a very drunk and high george) had laughed at mattys words... they didn't talk for weeks after that until one day her lanky friend appeared at her door, begging on his hands and knees to forgive him, saying how much of a prick he had been and how much he had missed her. somehow they grew closer after that, he would always have her back and she never questioned that.

they have their own handsake and george knows her disdain for something by one simple fact: she will crinkle her nose up at him, he'd do it back and then they'd laugh about it... it was their thing

she was practically his sister

nicknames they have for each other: G, Georgie (he doesn't like this too much), he calls her Lou ofc, also pumpkin (when she was sad or needed comfort),

Ross:

ross and lou grew close when they were kids, they were never as close as G and Lou (basically impossible to be) but there friendship was different

ross feels like the person she goes to when she doesn't even know she needs him

he's always there for her: always

he knows whats wrong before she does most of the time

they're relationship has the same vibe as ross x matty, that kind of intense platonic love

he's her cuddle bear, someone who gives amazing hugs, the kind that heal her

again she knew he'd die for her and she would for him

he was one of the best things that had ever happened to her, she know if she were to have kids he'd be the god father

she was his wingwoman most of the time, always trying to find a partner who was deserving of his love, someone who would love him the way he needed to be loved

he felt like her platonic soulmate, someone that made her soul happy

buttttt.... when they were younger they did used to flirt... like ALOT and people often thought they were together bc of this... they got drunk at a party once a shared quite a steamy kiss (they would take this to their graves btw) but over time it kind of just fizzled out and was replaced with this platonic love, he was enamored with her regardless

they were often childish with each other, he'd carry her around the empty stages on his back, so she began calling him "monkey man" not only bc he was freaking tall but because she clung to him like a monkey

nickanmes: lou would call him: monkeyman, macdonald, mr macdonald, he calls her: sweetcheeks, rockstar, cool kid, sweetheart

Adam:

now adam and lou aren't as close as lou x george and lou x ross but he's still one of her best friends

adam is the person she goes to if she needs an honest opinion, he is the The “tell it like it is” friend and she is so appreciative of that: often the other boys' opinions can be clouded by how much they love her, adam always had a fair mind about her

And tbh she was that for him too, he remembers when he confided in Lou about his worries about carly in his relationship (very early on in their relationship), he told her how he was worried carly would leave him becuase they could never have a 'normal' relationship, they'd always be on tour, swarmed with fans, fans who (despite their sweet intentions) would always want to know everything about their relationship, Lou all but smacked him round the head, telling him he was being ridiculous, that he'd never find another like carly, someone who was so loving and accepting of everyone she met, told him he might as well marry her and that his thoughts although valid, were just thoughts, and that the realistic state of things was that carly was going to love him regardless.

he is someone who watches on the sidelines, showering her with love and affection and his admiration in his own way, often by doing simple things like "i got you xyz thing because i remember you mentioned it"

he loves how she makes carly feel welcome, always the first to talk to her and ask how she is (carly and hann and agreed that they'd ask her to be godmother)

he's not often one to be cuddly with her but when he is it means so much more

they are the type of friends who dont have superficial conversations, their conversations are much more meaningful than that

he knows she'd do anything to protect him, carly and the baby that is on the way and is so thankful to her for that

she likes how in depth their conversations are, everyone knows hann as this guy that doesn't talk much but the two of them often talks for hours

he's one of those friends that tells these cracking jokes out of the blue that makes everyone die of laughter

nicknames: she ofc calls him Hann, she teasingly starts calling him daddy, he mainly calls her Lou tbh, sometimes calls her rockstar too

i wanna know about the entire cast for the swap au. how would ramona's dynamic with the exes act as?

Ok word vomit incoming. tldr at the end for basics just scroll till you see tldr in blue, the essay is for the real bitches who like lore

Obviously in my au knives takes gideons spot rather than a different ex of scotts like how other ppl do but i decided to make her the daughter of a rich business man (mr.chau) who is gonna pass the business down to her when shes 20 (in my au knives and scott “date” when she like 16/17 like in the books but a good chunk of the exes bullshit + everything before happens right when she turns 19 and she does like. a few chapters into the book and then at the end of the series around the canon gideon scott fight is when shes 20) ofc this also changes scotts age a bit but. lowk idgaf abt him rn hes like 26 at the start or so now instead of 24. roxie and wallace swap place unfortunately, i dont like wallace but i have to put him somewhere. roxie is a semi popular artist and ramona is a mooch who showed up to her apartment after a bad breakup and just never left but they actually have a nice apartment but theyre still in Canada(she drunkenly got on multiple buses and trains from nyc to Toronto at roxies place and survived dont ask how its that white girl swag).

todd takes kims place shocker i know. the twins,todd and ramona all have a band together they replace sex bob omb because they all attend the same college in this au

lucas lee and lisa switch. (yes todd,ramona and lucas beef still happens dont worry)

envy is the 3rd ex and is dating gideon. she has pyromancy psychic powers rather than vegan ones. kim is the first ex still hung up on how scott ditched her in highschool only to find out he was two timing her with lisa. the twins end up. Somewhere. Julie takes one of the twins spots (holly might take the other one. I dont know)

I hate it when ppl age down matthew patel to fit knives’ spot but its also kinda weird because of the whole age difference thing its Odd no shade to anyone who does but it icks me out so im not doing it. Matthew is this guy ramona dates but shes lowk using him for money and cheats on him multiple times (manipulating him to forgive her) before scott is even in the picture.

also in my edit we see she still dyes her hair but she only does highlights and streaks because shes too afraid of commitment in more ways than one.

tbh i need to develop this more but heres the skeleton of my idea also all the exes are friends and often hang out at roxies place but matthew is the last to join them but theyre all friends who dislike ramona lowkey but tolerate her.

Wait tell me about your Ethan Lore this sounds rad

YAY OMG okay if the other person is up for my yapping do tag them. i like people looking at my yapping

okay btw ethan goes by they/them (rarely she/he) and morgana goes by she/they

for starters, ethans parents are fucking assholes. lol. theyre distant and emotionally and verbally abusive (they are a bit physically abusive too). they suck weewee. ok.

now morgana? she hates them. she fucking hates their guts and she doesnt fucking care. their logic is well, if you cant love me, your own child, then im not gonna love you back. theyre independent and rely on their interests. (they LOVE LOVE LOVE collecting molts and sheds of animals, knitting creepy dolls, crafting stuff that look scary, and making origami. she tends to dip into mostly stuff that freak others out, but for her? huge comfort.)

and even with that being said, morgana struggles making friends and has horrible validation issues. they also struggle managing their anger and can lash out when people pick on her or ignore her right infront of her face.

ethan, is a bit different.

theyre loud, obnoxious, trying to be the best and center of attention of everything. they try to get everyone eyes on them and HATE when people focus on someone else.

they would hang out with people they didnt even like, they would try and make themself someone they werent just to appeal to people, "fix" their personality when they saw an error.

they were hungry for any attention, any validation or praise centered to THEM.

now, ethan hung out with streber, leon, blaz, aria, liv, and confi when they were 15. and.. ethan started to get unhealthy obsessed with streber because of how close they were.

ethan would try to do small acts of kindness back, even if they didnt exactly grasp the concept. all they wanted was the spotlight on them, they didnt like when no one payed attention to them.

ethan gave streber a bat earring, necklaces, rings, makeup, nail polish, and a gothic jacket that ethan didnt like anymore.

anyway, after a while, and up until when streber and ethan got into college (18-19, but they started dating when they were 19), ethan confessed to streber with a small bouquet of flowers. now, note, streber suffered a traumatic event when he was 16-17. (wont go into detail, but they did get hurt from something and is very uncomfortable with their shoulders and back being touched, aswell as people sneaking up on him.)

streber had 2 therapists then (technically just one, but he considers his mom a therapist because.. well she does work as a therapist, but streber technically wasnt a client.) and honestly, he didnt feel the need to refuse ethans offer of being boyfriends. (also btw!! smth silly, i hc streber as demiromantic :3) streber was already recovering kinda steadily (since it had been about 2-3 years since) and didnt find ethan too bad. so, he took the offer.

ethan.. shouldnt have been in a relationship. they were horrible at respecting boundaries and trying to focus attention on strebers feelings and would only try and stop doing something just to avoid streber yelling at him. ethan, also, again, had very bad issues with needing the attention on them. so, ethan would be very loving and nice to streber when he gave him attention.

but,, when streber needed attention? ethan would be kinda closed off, trying to shrug streber away and stop it from getting that attention.

now, big thing, streber cannot function in a relationship if their needs arent met, specifically with comfort and love towards them. it doesnt even have to be touch, it can be words, and thats all that they need for that love to get across.

ethan only gave streber a lot of focus and attention specifically only when streber would have intense panic attacks or breakdowns. sometimes ethan gradually tried to share some love and focus and care onto streber, but.. they didnt most of the time.

2 years, 2 months, and the two broke up. streber sobbed on this cliff where ethan and it had their first kiss together. streber threw the bouquet off the cliff.

even worse? ethan didnt even focus on the actual qualities of streber. they loved this specific idea of streber and never appreciated any part of them besides when ethan got attention.

ethan then went to therapy, and the two had a rift seperating eachother for a good while, then ethan.. started to heal, started to get better with themself and truly find who the fuck they were.

ethan broke off various things, but did start to indulge into things they genuinely liked. they broke off unhealthy friendships and they most importantly left their abusive parents and took in morgana to live with her (when ethan was able to adopt them).

ethan took up the hobbies of tattooing, making punk and goth music with blaz and two other friends, collecting furbies, collecting skulls of animals (romeo was a skull they made themself :3!!!!), making creepy dolls, and collecting crystals.

the main thing ethan DID have from the start of their unhealthy need for attention was tattooing. mostly due how taboo it was for being young and tattoos. yk? so yeah. they genuinely do like tattooing though :3

anyway, they became much more calm and started to seep more into actually focusing on peoples feelings. they stsrted to chill out and become much more laid back and instead of always being in a social situation and trying to find a point where they can get the spotlight on them, they focused on whatever was going on. say a conversation, ethan focused on every bit of what that person said just to make them feel important and listened to.

now, ethan and streber began to build their bond, and became much better friends. they have this same sassy and dramatic energy (as kind of shown in strebers rehearsal :3) that makes them really compatible sometimes, and they always have a good time laughing about it after it.

now.. with ethan, they.. kind of focused too much, to the point their new partner after streber took it to their advantage. their partner hurt them emotionally and verbally and manipulated them into thinking that ethan wasnt doing good enough, to the point they wouldnt focus on themself at all and would constantly try and improve themself in ways their partner wanted, and would not give themself any selfcare because they thought that all that mattered was their partner.

that relationship went down, and ethan healed from that more, trying to not bottle their feelings and expressing their emotions with their friends more.

and then... ethan started to like streber, again, but this time they loved the genuine parts of them, each small trait and habit. they loved streber.

they needed streber.

one day on a whim, ethan asked if streber wanted to try again. just for a week, or even less.

and they tried, and ethan was so loving and caring and tried super hard to show their emotions and take care of streber aswell, slowly treading through and giving streber so much love. it felt fulfilling for once, and streber felt genuinely loved.

..except.... it just.. something wasnt right.

every heavy makeout, every soft touch, every date. it just felt off, and streber couldnt figure out why.

it was until it realized.. they didnt see anything in ethan, they didnt really love them. it was just good close friends, and that was all streber could manage.

but.. it would try, it would try and give it more time. ethan had so much love to give, so they would let it last for a little bit more.

anddd. 2 months after, and streber just couldnt let it go on like this, seeing ethan give endless love to him when streber didnt even know how to return it back. streber didnt love ethan. they never did.

afterwards, ethan fell into a slight depression, becoming closed off to their friends and not interacting with streber for a while. streber would visit, but ethan was dry and eventually asked him to leave.

after a bit, ethan learned to accept the rejection and started to be okay with just being good friends with streber. streber looked happy and free not being with ethan, and ethan would accept that.

they talked it out, and were truly just close friends. that was the best way things could turn out.

(though!! one night, when ethan and streber were both high, they almost kissed. they talked it out more and made clear boundaries. ethan wouldnt be satisfied with FWB, and streber wouldnt really like a committed relationship with someone he didnt see romantically.)

I am also YOUR number one fan!!! I don’t plan to stay in Terras, just hanging around until I get my art for my trade and then I’m running for the hills basically. The NSFW jokes and the general atmosphere are too much. I’m an adult in a server full of children, and atp given the nonchalance of other members I don’t plan on being in a space that encourages that kind of behavior towards children. glad youre taking the initiative to gtfo, it just sucks how that shows more evidence that the terra server is not an environment conducive to critique or serious discussion whatsoever.

the nsfw/suggestive “jokes” have apparently been a continued issue just going based off the stuff i get in my inbox, and mods dont seem to give a fuck since theyre all around 18-20 themselves and dont have the foresight to see how there is true danger in things they think is no big deal.

and actually i wanna elaborate on my issues with mods being so young; when youre a very young “adult” yourself (adult in quotes because imo 18 is only adult in legal terms and most 18-year-olds do NOT have the level of maturity that comes with the title of adult, something amazingly exemplified in the terra server) you kind of blur the lines on minor and adult. what i mean by this is: when youre 18, you tend to think of minors as 16-17 or older teens since thats the stage you were just in, you dont really think about the 13, 14, 15 year olds being as super-young as they are because you were just in high school with some of them. because of this theyll brush more things off as “not a big deal” because, hey, i would make jokes like that with my friends in high school, its not that bad. they dont really realize the different dynamics there are when its online, and just how bad it ACTUALLY is. again, it goes back to that immaturity thing. (theres also something to be said about the way that 17 year olds online are really infantilized while 18 year olds online are treated as just as mature as older adults, AND theres something to be said about the way 18 year olds are constantly pushed into believing theyre more mature especially in art and furry spaces by beginning to create and post NSFW the SECOND they turn 18, but thats a whole nother can of worms)

anyways, maturity rant aside and back to the actual topic of the ask, i appreciate the kindness abt me and my blog :) i plan to stick around in terras because i love watching a trainwreck, but if push comes to shove ill start disconnecting myself from it again. the community always annoyed the fuck out of me lmao theyre insanely terminally online

2. Least favorite main title?

i think this may upset some people but just of the games that i have finished (i havent played or finished every single fire emblem game… i know i know bad fan shut up) it’s prooobably fe7??? not because it’s bad. i do love that game. i just love it the least of every other game i played? i love all three of the lords a lot!! theyre just not my super favorites. i like the story fine, just not as much as other games. the gameplay is alright, but i dont think it’s anything to write home about. it’s a perfectly average fire emblem game all across the board i think. and that’s probably why i dont think about it too much? though, admittedly, ive only played through it fully once and that was like. five years ago? i could give it another run. i never did try hector hard mode, tbf… also huge shoutout to my lovelies sain and serra i love them so much…

4. What games do you wish to play next?

i dont know how often i mentioned it but i had a computer a while ago that just stopped working. like completely. the hardware is fine it just stopped functioning properly and ive taken it to literally every tech place and handed it to every computer junkie friend i have and nothing can fix it. and very unfortunately, it broke while i was in the middle of playing path of radiance. i dont really have anything else i can emulate it on right now, but if i could it’d be that. and of course, radiant dawn right after :)

5. What games would you reccomend to someone new?

toss up between 7, 8, and 13. they all have their strengths and weaknesses as entry points, but theyre all fairly simple in difficulty, and 7 and 13 were entry points for a lot of people who still love the game today, so theyre pretty easy to reccomend. 7 and 8 are easily accessible being able to emulate on like. most things?? even iphones with little hassle. 13 was also, up until very recently, very easy to grab off the eshop. i guess if someone asked me now compared to last year maybe i wouldnt say 13 for that reason? idk. 16* is also an option though, if only because it’s on the switch and while fairly different from the main fire emblem formula, it is VERY good at grabbing attention. im biased because i have used it to drag a friend into fire emblem hell so. i know it works. personally i’d probably go 7/13, 8, 16*, {the rest} but yeah. those four. move awakening down if hardware is an issue.

9. Least favorite character?

IN THE WHOLE SERIES??????? man… i dont know i dont really dislike a whole lot of characters? i guess the first one that comes to mind is gilbert three houses?? i understand why hes like that for sure and can sympathize but i dont know. everytime that hes on screen i just frustrated. the fact that he treats annette the way that he does bothers me a lot even if i understand why, but then theres also the added fact that he only becomes story relevant to replace dedue, who was a MUCH better and far less ANNOYING character to listen to all the time. like why would you replace one of my favorite students/retainers with this stupid little old man who i really have no reason to be attached to? you cant even recruit him during white clouds! not to mention, hes force deployed with the most garbage base stats (THAT YOU CANT CHANGE. BECAUSE. HE WASNT RECRUITABLE IN WHITE CLOUDS!!) in one of the hardest maps in the whole game in a position you CANNOT EDIT. like just GIVE ME DEDUE??????? you know, the CHARACTER I TRAINED??????? god… anyways so its probably him. this felt good actually i dislike him much more than i thought i did.

17. How did you get into Fire Emblem?

this is really embarrassing actually but when i was younger i was really into kid icarus uprising (i still am but like less so) and i reeeally loved pit like you see me with inigo now? that was pit for me back then. and i wanted more of him but nintendo was not giving me any kid icarus content, so what i looked up his voice actor instead, and i went through a lot of medias just to listen to him (did you know antony del rio did this live performance of maroon 5’s “This Love” that’s actually way better than the original? look it up) (no i dont like adam levine) but the one that stuck the most was this silly little game… you mightve heard of it its called Fire Emblem Fates. and i saw silas fire emblem and i was like WOAHHH. HES CUTE and did a ton of research on the series, having only vaguely known of it from smash bros. bought birthright, having learned it was the easier of the two paths, and then i just. entire life changed immediately and i didnt even know.

24. An FE title you wish would be remade?

all of them in order, which is what they already seem to be doing! so, ideally, fe4 next? of course my bias would LOVE an awakening remake but i dont think thats fair to skip all the other games. plus, i think there are other games that need a gameplay overhaul more. …like fe4.

29. Avatars: yay or nay?

i cant fucking stand the concept of avatars in fire emblem. i like all of them as characters. i think robin, corrin, byleth, and alear as characters (i havent played shadow dragon and new mystery sorry kris!) are fine. but i hate how theyre all implemented into all of their games, to the point where the words “byleth” and “alear” are never spoken in their mostly fully voiced games. its so fucking stupid. and then you have writing problems, like other playable characters not being able to have meaningful and lasting conflicts with the avatars because you have to be able to fuck them when the games over, or even during the game in robin and corrins case. and also the weird incest that has to happen if you want your avatar to have familial ties? god forbid people who just think camilla or ryoma are hot have to justify incest to themselves and read some the dumbest fucking s support bullshit just to have their little otome romance. and then the plot bending around them? robin i give a pass because i dont think awakening was annoyingly centered on them (the grima thing was close but for the most part the focus stays on chrom and i think thats a good thing) but as much as i love these games, fates, three houses, and engage all suffer from being a little TOO player pandering. making your character a god? really? especially when the avatar takes focus away from other potential story drivers (xander/takumi, 3h lords, engage royals) and like for what? i like all of the “avatars” as characters. but the way that theyre used and what little that usage does for any positive story impact is just frustrating!

35. What’s something you wish Intsys would just stop doing?

avatars.

The problem is that the dl fandom constantly ships those toxic creepy three hundred year old men with 17 year old yui, and lets be real here most of the fandom consists of teen and preteen girls

Bro theyre not tOxiC or creepy, theyre immortal vampires who dont age and demons who like blood, preferably younger blood from human girls, their food source. Why am I even explaining that. Of course they're not nice humans. If you don't like dark fantasy and vampires (the Main Cast!!) just leave the fandom then, instead of spreading shit like that. The Problem are people like you. Go and watch smth you like please.

So the MC is 17, okay so? Do you think some immortal demon waits until their food turns 18 or what lmao. I love the story, the dark themes, the great writing and character developments. The Diaboys are amazing, absolute favourite vampires.

Also, that is literally the story in this otome game??? Its just weird to me when meeting a 12 year old fan, since its more mature content (it even says 15/16+). But I also wonder if you have some thoughts about it that you can share!

OUUGGGH... That au has evolved a LOT since i first created it. At first it was intended to be a "no angst, wholesome vibes only" but it slowly became very angsty.

I thought i had taken notes but i cant find them now :')

The original idea is that des (still named hershel in the au) is like 16-17 years old when their parents are abducted by targent, and he decides to raise his little brother teddy by himself.

They move to london when hershel is admitted into university. Occasionally bringing little teddy with him to his classes. Hershel writes and composes songs to get a little money on the side, he has other small jobs as well.

Life is very tough, emotionally and financially. Theyre pretty codependent.

By the time hershel has his degree. Teddy decides to not go to uni and finds an apprenticeship in a car workshop, hes really good at it and eventually has his own little workshop. Hershel is mostly focused on his growing career as a composer, but still also invested in the azran.

Hershel doesnt really have revenge on his mind until targent goes after them, kidnaps teddy and severely fucks him up. Hershel manages to save teddy but swears to destroy leon bronev and take targent down. Descole is born. Teddy helps half reluctantly, too traumatized to try to stop him.

On his side, randall is absolutely balling. He doesnt "die" (but some other guy that i made up does, maybe ill talk about him later) and goes to gressenheller and becomes professor and meets clark and brenda. And eventually he meets luke and emmy and they become best friends or whatever. And they investigate shit and try to stop descole yippee.

Randall doesn't have a gentleman shtick, he calls himself an adventurer and luke wants to be just like him.

I might draw more unless I'm lazy idk

15. poison 1991. dont worry about it im just studying todd haynes and this movie was not as good as other movies i watched this month but actually its the best movie ever after velvet goldmine. or not its not in my top 3 todd movies of all time but thats ok it still set up many of the things he talks about in his later films esp the connection between the horror section and safe 1995 :)

14. the secret world of arrietty 2010. i didnt watch this until this year bc it was released just after when i would sit down and watch a new little ghibli movie. i wanted to rewatch totoro more than watch new ones.but it WAS the borrowers sooo fun :)

13. monty python and the holy grail 1975. they made lancelot soooooooo ugly which was like a joke in itself to me because lancelot would never look like that. but umm yeah my dad loves this movie and so many little jokes i thought were just family jokes were actually from this movie hehehe

DEEP BREATH

So the story follows Angie Connors, a 17 year old girl living with her abusive father and her little brother (Charlie). When her father is beginning to take things farther and being worse and worse, she considers killing him, but doesnt do it until he does actually hit Charlie and she follows him into the garage and kills him with an axe. after covering up the evidence, she comes up with a plot to further divert attention from herself, which was to lead a side investigation to find her father (since she knew the police weren't going to catch her, but rumors spread and thats dangerous for her) she involves her best friend Ari, whos brother had been murdered about 7 months prior. Ari believes the two murders are connected. Through their investigations, they meet Aspen Acker, one of angie's other close friends who has a pretty strange family. His mother disappeared one day several years back (4 to be exact) and he now lives with his father and siblings, Ryan and Emily. They decided that mrs. Ackers disappearance might be linked to the otehr two murders, and find out there have been a lot of murders, murders that trace aaaaall the way back to Angie's estranged brother, Cass.

Cass lives alone. He used to live with his mother, with whom hed had a really rocky relationship, feeling like she only cared about him for the surface level relationship. eventually, they had a big fight, and he killed her. cass has always had anger problems since his... accident... and his mother has gradually pushed him to his limit. the two never saw eye to eye, and frankly he was surprised he hadnt killed her sooner, though he often regrets not trying to fix things. hes also frequently upset by his own lack of care for his violent actions and overall isnt doing good. hes unhappy a lot and at the moment is unemployed and in the process of being evicted. thats when he gets a call from Angie who informs him of their fathers death and basically begs him to come. he decides not to, until he realizes this is a perfect oppurunity to not only escape his murder but also to potentially kill someone else who pisses him off, his sister. he doesnt even really know why he wants to kill her so badly. but he despises her and his father and doesnt know enough about charlie to care. he just writes charlie off as a consequential death. after all, if he leaves charlie behind thats one more problem to deal with.

So he goes. and he gets bashed over the head with a coat hanger, that happens. When he comes to angies house he tries to force his way past ari and charlie, so ari hits him with the coat hanger.

when things calm down, he talks with angie, and the two end up arguing over the next course of action. Cass thinks Angie is being suspiscious, and angie thinks Cass is overreacting. Cass accuses angie of killing their father, and angie snaps at him, they fight, im not super sure abt this part but whatever.

all you really have to know about that part is cass gets kicked out

so he heads to aspens house and aspen lets him stay. altho Cass needs to hide from aspens dad,

the two become friends pretty quickly (strictly non-romantic!! aspen is 16 and aroace, cass is 19.) and aspens relationship with angie gets closer too. eventually the two (angie and aspen) start dating in the midst of their investigation (theyre not in love, again aspen is aroace and angie is lesbian)

cass eventually finds evidence that angie killed their father and he corners her in the shed and accuses her, before leaving, promising that he wouldnt tell anyone, but that she cant lie forever.

their investigation continues, and cass has his first run in with aspens dad, who is strikingly similar to the person who caused cass's accident

so he runs and tells angie, who immediately shuts that idea down ("how would you know?? you were 9 and you couldnt see!!") and he gets mad, they fight, and he kinda sorta reveals that she murdered her father. and so they fight. physically. she pounces on him like a cat.

oh and she ends up stabbing him. so he gets pissed and leaves and aspen goes after him, leaving angie and ari. angie locks herself in her room while ari tries to talk to her and she explains that she did kill her father, but she did NOT kill ari's little brother. and ari assures her that she believed her. the two talk yadda yadda yadda heartfelt conversations

meanwhile emily met charlie thru Ryan, charlies friend and emilys brother. she talks to charlie, who doesnt trust her, but she manages to lead him away, bringing ryan, who is getting protective over his friend. she takes him to her father.

cass and aspen fight and aspen tells her that she was impulsive and arrogant and that that conversation was much too aggressive. Cass coldly remarks that aspen is very calm about discovering angie was the murderer, and aspen says hes used to death, and hes used to being lied to. cass laughs at him and admits that he murdered his mother, before describing how in disturbing detail. aspen is uncomfortable, and cass laughs at him. aspen quietly admits that he knows who attacked angie when she was 6. he knows the person who caused angies accident. and that cass was right about it.

they talk about aspens situation that im not going into detail yet.

this is where the story really kicks off and the characters finally have one set goal: stop the REAL murder of the town. and im not fleshing out that arc yet ehe

some other things i'll add: Ari and Angie fall in love <333 lesbiams <333 Cass's accident will be talked about i need time lol its all planned out, aspens situation is also something ive teased but i have a thing planned to show it off ( i have no wifi at home rn lmaooo so i cant post it yet but eventually ^^"), ari, charlie, and ryan get more fleshed out during the second arc so no worries they'll show up more!!! and finally theres a lack of ari and angie talk in here both because theyre being fleshed out a lot more before i reveal stuff abt them

This is either gonna be the shortest thing or this is gonna open a big can of worms. I do want this to be a published book one day but who knows when so major spoilers below i suppose. Cw for suicide, femicide, child death. Its a dark story

Ok so this story is still hugely in development meaning the characters are too. Honestly it started as me wanting to write another macden fic where dennis is a gay serial killer bc im so obsessed with that but the scene i was picturing in my head was just too good to give to macden. And ive obviously loved this idea, i kept projecting it onto macdennis (and come on we all know the reddit fanboys are wrong abt sk dennis) so i thought why not make it original. Normally i make horrible ocs. Theyre always so flat. But these two keep jumping out at me like they actually exist, establishing themselves into something i never thought they could be.

We have joe (joseph) (he has his name for religious symbolism) who is the serial killer. He commits femicide exclusively (except for his spouse's father, who i mentioned yesterday he kills bc he was dying of cancer). But basically the story starts by him killing the preacher's daughter named mary who is only 12 yrs old. YEAAAH BUUDDY.

His spouse is the narrator who is so ekvkekvkwkwkfkke he's a man but its more interesting if the reader doesnt find that until near the end. And his name is not found out until the last chapter when his husband addresses his suicide note to him. Basically he doesnt exist outside of husband, its hard to discover anything abt him if the reader isnt getting the informatjon from his husband.

They meet in high school when joe moves to his high school (after his mom left him bc she was scared of him) and they become fast friends bc the narrator is simply easy to control. The first murder happens on their prom night when theyre 16/17, joe murders the narrators prom date. And the narrator doesnt run or leave him!!! Instead they marry!! Hes so foolish 🙄

The narrator is religious himself, but joe doesnt know that, and after mary's murder he sneaks away sunday mornings to go to the church that the preacher is at. Bc he knows who killed their daughter, but never says a word as they pray rvery week to bring the man to justice. Her body is found on christmas eve/day btw.

Theres so much more, but im still figuring a lot out and i also just revealed a lot and im hjdgnegbetwth

What if Antonio met Lauren while he was training to help Jayden?

After leaving panorama island Antonio and his father they move to a costal town near the woods where Antonio takes octo Zord with him to try and train himself to be a samurai ranger when he finds a strange building that looked oddly like the Shiba house back home

He meets a girl training there named Lauren. And they become fast friends. When he asks if she has any siblings she lies and says she has a cousin named Jayden which makes Antonio very excited and tells her everything he and Jayden used to do together and then she shows her octo

She tells Antonio she’s the back up in case anything happens to Jayden

Lauren’s teacher eventually caved to let Antonio hang around and tells Lauren that teaching him may help her leadership skills as well as deepen her own understanding of the Marshall arts

Antonio grows to be Lauren’s second brother and trains as hard as she does to prepare for the nighlock

When Antonio makes his grand entrance it’s a bit more subtle due to all the time he spent with Lauren and how he knows how sheltered kids might not take too well at the arrows being shot at them

Gi and Jayden both noticed how similar Antonio’s fighting style despite being an underhanded technique is to the Shiba family style but Antonio was told not to tell them about Lauren so he lies and says he’s self taught

Most things remain the same until Lauren shows up and Jayden introduces her as his older sister and the real red samurai ranger

In this timeline there’s an actual reason why tensions in the team start getting really high during the final battles because it comes to light Lauren lied to Antonio and Antonio lied to everybody else

The final battle happens like it does in the show but at the end rather than having the peaceful return to their normal lives Antonio Lauren and Jayden stay at the Shiba house to basically straighten out all the stories that they’ve been telling each other and try and mend what they broke

Antonio has serious thoughts about not returning due to the lies that we’re told and how it could have put everyone in danger. Jayden feels betrayed that his best friend knew his deepest secrets and chose to let him suffer alone with it. Lauren is upset with Antonio for going against her after he had basically spent their whole childhood listening to her

Antonio is like a little brother to her but he isn’t a child like when they first met he’s not 7 and she’s not 16 anymore and he has to make his own choices they are 16 and 25 now

Lauren knows very well at 16 she was not ready for rangerhood and she projects it on the rest of her team since Emily is 15, Jayden and Antonio are 16, Kevin is 17, and Mia is 18. She remembers how small her brother was last time she saw him and how young Antonio still is and this gap tends to be the catalyst for most of her and Antonio’s arguments growing up but Jayden adds a new element to it

Lauren and Antonio make up in the way siblings do in that they just stop arguing and Antonio offers some food but Jayden doesn’t quite understand the sibling/best friend dynamics since this wasn’t a part of his childhood and it feels like theyre just ignoring it

They will wear Jayden down eventually

(2) Do you drink tea or coffee? How do you take it? sometimes i drink tea if im sick or chai socially but thats basically it. chocolate is the closest thing i have to a regular stimulant

(3) What was the last song you listened to? this lagtrain edit idk i really like just. semi-chaotic noise that sounds out of place and a bit incongruent. probably why i like pokeloid

(4) Do you sleep on your back, stomach or side? diagonalish but mostly on my side. i alternate sides though in fact i used to sleep on my stomach until i read a newspaper article that said a plurality of ppl sleep on their side and then i got scared and completely changed the way i sleep in like 6th grade in case you somehow needed more evidence im autistic
