🙃 - What's a weird fact you know?
In the spirit of Oppenheimer being released this week, let me tell you about another project that the Americans worked on at the same time as the 'Manhattan' Project.
Project 'X-Ray' involved bats and explosives. I'm not making it up. Seriously! The whole plan was to attach as much napalm as they could to some bats, release them in Japan, and let them roost in Japanese buildings until detonated. Most buildings at the time were made of wood so the expected results were gonna be huge. They ran a series of practice runs (side note: those poor bats :(( ) and they were pretty promising. The project got dropped as soon as the Manhattan Project was a success.

Oh gosh this is a hard one to pick! I'd have to say my favourite outfit at the moment is when I get to wear jeans and a funky shirt.
My favourite shirt right now is this vintage 90s pattern type one that makes me look super queer with my mullet as well. I love it.

is it my gen z fatalist sense of humour talking or are the smiths actually really funny? like everyone talks about them as this depressing lonely man band, but you can’t sit here and tell me “heaven knows im miserable now” is supposed to be sung with a straight face.
and i don’t mean this as a knock at their songwriting bc i love the smiths?? but it seems to me that their lyrics arent really sad as much as they are truthful, and sometimes the truth has a sense of humour
