8:30 AM (Approx.) - Nessie wakes and Bella dresses her, putting the go, bag on her shoulders and warns her that she may have to flee with Jacob
8:33 AM (Approx.) - Bella and Nessie join the others in the clearing, with the witnesses arranged strategically around them
8:34 AM (Approx.) - The Volturi arrive with their own group of "witnesses", Irina in tow; Edward confirms the Volturi's intentions to acquire the most talented of the group and destroy the rest using an excuse necessary

8:39 AM (Approx.) - Aro confers with the other leaders; Caius is skeptical despite Aro's assurances of the veracity of Renesmee's parentage; he also questions the presence of the "werewolves", and Edward and Aro both point out that the wolves present do not fit the criteria of true "werewolves"

9:25 AM (Approx.) - Nahuel testifies that he grew to full maturity in seven years and stopped ageing, and that he is one of several vampire-human hybrids sired by Joham, though all the rest are female, and none of them venomous

9:00 PM (Approx.) - Edward and Bella bid the family goodnight and take Renesmee home to the cottage; on the way, Bella mentions Nahuel's staring to Edward, who corrects her misconception that Nahuel was staring at Renesmee when, rather he was staring at her, Bella. Edward explains that Nahuel takes comfort in seeing Bella alive and holding her daughter, as he has always felt guilt for causing his own mother's death
9:10 PM (Approx.) - Edward and Bella put Renesmee to bed, then go to their room, where Bella reveals to Edward that she can, with concentration, retract her mental shield and allow him to see her thoughts, showing him all of her memories of their life together from her perspective; Edward is shocked and delighted. Born 3097 BC during The Early Dynastic Period of Egypt, Amun is often considered one of the oldest and wisest vampires still walking the earth. Though few know it, he is related by venom to Aro and the similarities between them are outstanding. Heralded as an excellent strategist, leader; but also known as a coward for taking the side of The Volturi when they rose to power in 487 AD. While the rest of his coven refused to give up their lavish lifestyle as gods, Amun saw how the people’s belief in their deities declined; and chose to live in the new world rather than die in the old one. Over the centuries Amun has waited, biding his time as he has been slowly rebuilding the family he lost due to their own foolishness and greed. After the incident with Renesmee Cullen he has stood back, watching who fate ends up favouring in the war to come.

Dec. 18 - Tell us how the gathering in Breaking Dawn impacted one of the witnesses that came.
Kebi saw her husband as a coward. Aside from Alistair, everyone else was willing to stand up to oppression. But Amun fears the Volturi so much, he was willing to turn tail. He didn't want to see the loss of Demetri staring him in the face. He stayed because Benjamin shamed him into it, but as soon as he gave his evidence, he took Kebi's hand and ran for it.
Amun had always been strong and forceful; Kebi was a slave he changed to serve him, and the transformation enhanced her loyalty, bonding her to him even more. So Kebi will always stay by Amun's side. But now she sees he would rather hide than fight for what's right, and she'll carry that knowledge into eternity.

When The Volturi started amassing power, it felt like a metaphoric hourglass had tipped; and his time as ruler would soon be up. Vladimir : Vladimir is one of the founding members of the Romanian coven, the enemy clan of the Volturi. His coven was once the most powerful in the world, but when the Volturi rose to power, they were defeated in a century-long struggle.
Stefan : Stefan is a founding member of the Romanian coven, He and Vladimir are the only two survivors from the coven's destruction.
The Romanian coven ruled for over 1000 years in the previous Romanian territory of Dacia. They are one of the oldest vampire covens.
Amun : Leader of the Egyptian coven. Born before 2500 BC. He abandoned his previous coven when the Volturi attacked it. Amun had a very strong survival instinct, and he was willing to bow to the Volturi if it kept him alive. However, Amun was always bitter at having to surrender his former lifestyle. He loved the worship, the towering desert monuments, and the excess. He knew he could not plot against the Volturi, because Aro would find out. But he hoped that, over time, he could gain the strength to oppose them.
Alistair : born around 1300 AD . Alistair is an English solitary, nomadic vampire and friends of a sort with Carlisle Cullen. He is gifted with a unique tracking ability that allows him to track animate beings at a greater distance than most vampires can. Because of the way he was changed into a vampire Alistair left civilization and avoided all contact with humans, except when he hunted, and mistrusted everyone and everything that had to do with authority figures with a sense of paranoia.

In the year 1216 AD, Aro was made aware of Amun’s intentions to rebuild the Egyptian coven in order to challenge The Volturi; this time with gifted individuals on his side. In the mind of a nomad he saw that Amun had recruited and turned a gifted human named Dimitrios, having kept the tracker mostly underground and as a well kept secret. It did not take long before Aro made a visit to the Egyptian coven together with Charmion, Marcus and Alec. The incident ended up being called “The Game of Kings” due to the two leaders superior intellect and uncanny way of solving their differences.

Okay, a few questions:
(I know you dont have the answers for most of these but I really enjoy your headcanons)
1 Amun is said to have some talent at finding gifted vampires (while they are human even) how do you think he does that?
2 Do you really think vampires have regular human hair? All vampires would be bald. I mean even just the windshear from running at stupid speeds would eventually make their hair so brittle it would just fall out, and they would just, pull it all out when they are newborn right? Also the nails are vamp grade so why not the hair (I headcanon that alice and rosalie had just spendt a few hours with wirecutters dipped in venom trying to give emmet a more modern haircut at some point, and then he imidietly went out and ‘played with fireworks’ and thats how he burned his hair off in cannon, the ‘wound’ was still fresh and the strands had venom exposed to the air)
3 Are you still doing the monthly writing challenges?
4 Where do you think the ‘soul particle’ is in a vampire? Like you could probably burn the limbs and maybe even the chest whitout killing them but the head needs to be attaced to something for the vampire to be concious? So is it the head? Like in the southern wars would they burn the heads in battle and worry about the bodies after or would they still have to worry about headless bodies rejoining the fight?

Well, like you said, we don't know. We only know what he says in Breaking Dawn and what's mentioned in the guide. However, what we do know to me doesn't indicate a talent so much as Amun is very old and knows what to look for and is also actively looking.
We don't know how he found Demetri but we do know how he found Benjamin. Benjamin was noticeably talented with fire and Amun heard about him, witnessed this, then turned him. Amun in other words, despite being a hermit in the desert, does have his ear to the ground and actively searches out talent much the way that Aro does, by taking a chance on people who look exceptional.
Add to this that Amun has been around Egypt for a very long time and that population and trade in that area has always been extremely large relatively for world population. What I'm getting at is that without having to move around it's not unlikely people with gifts would be in the area with enough time.
It's also telling to me that in thousands of years, thousands past when the Volturi decided gift strike forces were a great idea and everyone had to participate in an arms race, Amun has only found two and he has Benjamin in a death grip.
He immediately went full hermit after Benjamin and is terrified Aro will show up and take him away from him. That speaks to me of how rare it is.
TL;DR Amun's been looking in a highly populated area that has a rich history stretching back thousands of years, he knows what to look for and is willing to take a chance and turn people himself, and he's only ever found two and is horrified he'll lose Benjamin.
Is the Hair Human?
No.
Previous thoughts on vampire hair have been had but I do think it grows (otherwise everyone would be bald), so perhaps grows slowly pace we take into account Bree's adventures and the newborn with a bald spot, and it has to be stronger than our hair or else again everyone would be bald. What it appears to do is only ever stay at the exact same length for reasons.
We also know that it generally looks 'better' than most human hair without the vampire putting in any effort. Victoria's hair per Bella looks great when she's running about the wilderness with no shampoo, conditioner, and probably know hair brushing either.
Bella's hair after a month of starvation is suddenly not only incredibly long but also unbelievably good looking. It should look awful after that experience and should be thinner.
This gets me a lot of flack in this fandom but I subscribe to the magical girl hair theory for vampires.

What the Fuck is Up with Zombie Vampires
Every time I talk about Biology I say something stupid. I could assume a brain is required for most congition, and that the limbs simply have some nervous response or remote signalling that gets them back to the head, but I honestly don't know.
I'm going to have to cop out.
