favorite oc - Amarra Kine
I have fallen so hard for my girl Amarra. She is a force for political change yet has no vision for the future. She is one of the most powerful individuals in the empire yet has no ambition for personal power. She loves her family more than anything and yet she is completely alone in the empire. She is the deadliest warrior in the galaxy yet she wants peace for herself and her people. She is a mess of contradictions and I love her for it.
newest oc - Lana Kine
Lana is my OC Kelsa Kine's youngest child. Lana was named after Kelsa's mother Lana Beniko.

oldest oc - Ryscha Kine
When I made the decision to give SWTOR another chance at the start of the pandemic, I made Ryscha. She began as a semi-self insert before I just started making my Kine Family of OCs and she became her own person. (I did have two previous SWTOR characters that I made in like 2012 but I never really developed them into actual characters)
meanest oc - Avaraxi Dagan
My mad scientist OC that will happily vivisect anyone if it gets them more usable data points. They did vivisect and ran numerous experiments on Kelsa Kine, even harvesting some of her eggs for later which is how Lana Kine and her siblings came to be.
Also diversity win! The mad scientist that's running unethical experiments on you is non-binary!
softest oc - Bryala Kine
All Bryala wants in life is to be a good person and not disappoint those closest to her. And if she can help others along the way then she'll happily do so.
most aloof/standoffish oc - Keras'eren'naru
She is a Chiss that believes in Chiss supremacy. Everyone else is beneath her and her people.
dumbest (affectionate) oc - Inara Almari
She spent her early young adult life raiding dangerous tombs and ruins on the off chance that there might be ancient knowledge she can study. She will also forget about lab safety procedures if she gets too carried away while running experiments. Because she focuses so much on her work she was captured by Zakuulan forces on three separate occasions and all three times resulted in her being rescued by Ryscha Kine who eventually took her on as an apprentice. Inara might have also accidentally infected Ryscha with the rakghoul plague while developing a vaccine. Whoops sorry Master!
smartest oc - Serra Kine
I mean she helped develop the refined Children of the Emperor procedures for Vitiate. Was trusted to develop a Children of the Emperor 2.0 generation using children actually sired by the Voice of the Emperor. While doing all this successful force experimentation, she also planed out a coup against Vitiate (which while unsuccessful in her life was more or less carried out by her daughters Amarra and Ryscha). She also discovered Nathema on her own and managed to negotiate an alliance with the spirits of Marka Ragnos, Naga Sadow, Tulak Hord and Exar Kun on Yavin IV to help her take down Vitiate.
horniest oc - Élise Kine and Braken Rist
This married couple enjoy dominating the other nobles of Alderaan in their spare time and will also happily engage in the whole sleep with a target before killing them assassination special. They usually go at it again with each other after said assassinations too.

Damar is kinky, caring and enjoys making his partners quiver. Also those sith ridges are always mmmm
oc you'd be best friends with irl - Inara Almari
I love folks that have special interests and hyper-fixations. Listening to them info dump passionately is always great and I enjoy learning new things that way. Inara fits that bill. She is also the right type of dumb ass that I would probably laugh a lot with her

it makes sense. You've reached your satisfaction and found an interesting endpoint so your Player is able to walk away. The need is there and he was so smug knowing that there's a good chance that someone drawn in with the hook, eagerly seeking a story, would want that.
Forgot to mention: the bonuses again were pretty cool. Unfortunately I wasn't able to read the Princess because my eyes are bad with cursive, but the images alone were hilarious. The other comics were hilarious and the concept art sketches were very cool to look through.
As for OFF, I really recommend going at it again. The fangames are pretty cool too although I can't remember which ones are finished by now and if any new projects have come up or faltered. Aside from Home which is basically "OFF but Judge's PoV" but with its own spin on things.

Putting this in another bit just in case because... I get doofy sometimes about things.
There is a game thematically/visually similar to OFF while being its own thing if you're interested: Almari. Last I saw it was still being worked on. You're playing as a new entity that is born without emotion so you travel through lands to obtain those ideals. Visuals and enemies are kinda freaky so heads up there.
And there's something... sort of similar to Undertale/Earthbound in the sense that it is an fun urban-fantasy RPG with a goofy hometown... and... uh... the MC gets deleted by a glitch before leaving First Town so your controls get hooked to the loser best friend and you can choose to speak with him. Last I saw Glitched was nowhere near done but I know the demo's still up. It's very much Funny SNES Action-Adventure or RPG Game with a cosmic horror twist for the cast.
At the very least, it's the ending I always had in mind from the start!
Oh and thank you for checking out the bonus stuff in the PDF, too! And yeah, I can see the cursive being hard to read...it was just supposed to imitate the sort of thing that Noelle would write in a journal or something, complete with her illustrations!
And haha, I'd have to try it for the first time, since I haven't yet. :P I am spoiled on the ending(s), though. I do think it's pretty neat how many different sorts of thoughtful games there are that spawned from Earthbound and its unique approach to an RPG!

Due to some personal reason, I wasn't able to enjoy this years Borongan's town fiesta. I spent most of my time sleeping and doing nothing. But that doesn't mean I didn't get to engaged myself with some of the activities held during the town's fiesta, of course I did engaged myself with some of the activities.
So hello, it's me (again) Almarie, and now I'm going to share to you guys about the happenings in my life during the Borongan's festivies and the activities I've engaged myself with.
Me and my friends went to carnival in which it is located at baybay boulevard. The main due of my allowance crisis. All I did was to rant about the high price of the tickets in each rides but for some and unidentified reason, among us all, I was the one who rode about 3 rides that night, including of course, the main course and my favorite ride which is the vikings. After that, we went to the "baratilyuhan" to look for something that can "budol" us. And after our event at the baratilyuhan, me and my friends finally went home.
One of my favorite game is playing card games. Since our boarding house is a bit far from Borongan proper, it has become one of the activities I engaged myself with during the town's fiesta. It just happened that me and my co-boardmates have so much in common, and so we enjoyed playing different kind of card games.
After being left alone by my classmates who went to carnival, me and my bestfriend went to watch the Tuklas in which the guests are one of the known artists here in our country. I did not expect that I would enjoy the said show as I am not really into that kind of events. But it was all good and fun (really). It is also the last activity I engaged myself with during the Borongan's town fiesta.
There are actually lots of activities the city government has conducted in connectedness of the Borongan's town fiesta such as Tuklas, FunBorongan Czar's Huplag Football Cup 2023, Marching Band Competition, Padul-ong Festival, and etc. Among all the activities mentioned above, the Tuklas is only the activity I engaged myself with since I was not able to attend the other activities due to some reason.
Padul-ong festival is a one way to pay and respect the homage of its Patroness, the Blessed Virgin Mary. It has become a tradition in the City of Borongan. The said festival illustrates the legend of a mysterious "Lady in White" who blessed the spring water with miraculous healing powers, as said by the locals.

Penguins announce training camp roster moves

The Pittsburgh Penguins have reduced their training camp roster to 30 players, it was announced today by general manager Ron Hextall.
The following players have been assigned to the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins' training camp:
F - Kasper Bjorkqvist
F - Filip Hallander
F - Nathan Legare
F - Sam Poulin
D - P.O Joseph
The Penguins have also re-assigned forwards Jonathan Gruden and Valtteri Puustinen, as well as defensemen Niclas Almari and Taylor Fedun to the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins.
The Penguins return to action for their final preseason game on Saturday, October 9 at 7:00 PM ET against the Columbus Blue Jackets in Columbus.

End of 2023 Check-in
Hey all, with the end of the year being well, today, I figured it was probably about time for another update.
Things are still going strong in the writing department and it is still my primary focus, plus life has finally given me a bit of a break so things are going stronger than ever. The story is approaching its final draft and the concept work for mid and late game is really coming together!
As the story falls into place, Post Elvis has been filling in the gaps on the soundtrack as we both add new songs and begin to replace some old songs as well.

And as the writing continues I've been wrapping up and revising the planning documents for a number of dungeons as well! We were cooking last time but now we're boiling!

Post Elvis recently released his huge new album I Can't Wait To Get There. Dude's been working on this for a hot minute so please check it out! The result is really cool!

Hola. I’m the anti-chipmunk anon. While I think it’s nice to have jokes, Marie isn’t your sim, right? She’s @/windenroyal’s. I think these jokes are a bit distasteful and rude.

Wanted to give Ryscha an apprentice at some point in my canon. Still not sure on all the details but here is Inara Almari. I think that she would have been initially located by Jaesa Willsaam as she is technically a light sith. That being said, Inara is far more interested in exploring ancient Sith and Jedi tombs than learning the philosophies of either order. She is fascinated with force experiments and I think that might be how Ryscha starts to connect with her as Ryscha is the product of a force experiment. IDK I’m still figuring Inara out.

↪Honestly, most everything! Although physical touch is something he's incredibly fond for, and cannot resist even something as small as brushing their hands together as he passes by. Just being around Orphy makes him feel content, even if it's just doing their own thing in the same room, stealing glances at each other and meeting each others eyes every now and then. Though undeniably Lys's favorite has to be sitting side by side, leaning against each other and doing something quiet like reading. Just existing in the same space makes him feel close and connected to his husband, and Lys makes an effort to seek him out even just to pop in for a moment for a kiss and small talk.
💌— What kind of love notes/messages do they leave their partner?
↪To get an actual love letter from Lys is to receive a piece of art, and he sacrifices no quality for even the simplest of notes slipped into a coat pocket or tucked between pages of a book. From the quality of the parchment, to the elegantly flowing hand he writes in, all the way to the colour of the ink chosen, Lys takes it rather seriously, at times going so far as to enclose a hand-pressed flower inside the envelope. The contents of the messages themselves however vary wildly. At times it's simply poem or prose copied from a collection that he felt his lover would appreciate, or simply spoke to their relationship, sometimes it's full on love letters, disgustingly mushy and sweet. Though he can't help himself from simply slipping "I love you" notes into his husband's books for him to find at a later date.
💢— What are some habits of theirs that would take some getting used to?
↪Everything. Next question. In all honesty, Lys is a handful to deal with, even to those who've known him for a long time. Unfortunately for him, most of his troubles come in the form of his ongoing bouncing between the highs of mania episodes and the subsequent gradual slides back down. Even without the 'help' of mania, Lys has always had a mile-a-minute train of thought, often spontaneously starting projects simply because they interested him, and ending up with new items for his collections. To love Lys is to love his infodumps, his seemingly boundless energy, and his frankly weird choices of snacks.
💎— Do they like to tease?
↪Lys loves to tease, even completely innocently. However he himself isn't immune to getting flustered by his own teasing, often ending up
red and tittering by the end of it. It doesn't help that his husband is famous ice king, and that his reactions are oh so satisfying to even a playful, flirty teasing or little game. He does have standards however, and respectfully keeps it to private situations, as not to embarrass his husband - or himself.
🔪— How would they react to injury/misfortune befalling their partner? Do they feel at fault?
↪Unfortunately, Lys has the tendency to take personal responsibility for these type of matters, blaming himself for not being there, or not being strong or smart enough to help and prevent it. In the case of injury, he feels the need to atone for his failure, acting as a nurse or mother hen and attending to every need his husband has, refusing to leave his side again and unable to stop himself from apologizing. It comes from a place of worry, and a place of fear, and it's all he can do to help ease the pain and ensure whatever it is never happens again.
And I'm going to pick.... Almari because he's my baby boy!

↪Almari is someone who relishes the quiet moments, the times when they're home alone and nobody has to act or pretend, and they can simply be their true selves together. With him and his husband, there are no lies, no secrets, even without their shared echo to help. For Almari, the simple domestic situations such as chatting together in the kitchen, or helping each other get ready for bed are what make him feel the closest to his husband; taking care of each other and receiving the same in kind.
💌— What kind of love notes/messages do they leave their partner?
↪He's not the kind for notes, partially because he's self-conscious of his own handwriting, but mostly because he simply prefers to say things in person, rather than leave notes or messages. It's something that never really occurred to him, the idea of leaving something in writing for the other to find, because why do that when you can just... talk to them and tell them yourself? However, in situations where he can't, such as a long deployment, he will write letters home, often lamenting how much he misses his husband and how he can't wait to return.
💢— What are some habits of theirs that would take some getting used to?
↪Quite honestly Almari is incredibly easy going! He's bizarrely 'normal' for the group he keeps company with to the point of seeming quite bland in comparison to the eccentric scholars and outspoken characters. Perhaps being an early riser would be the hardest one to get used to for his husband, Almari's life of military work often seeing him up at the crack of dawn to get a head-start on the day.
💎— Do they like to tease?
↪Almari is incredibly easy to fluster, the slightest hint at anything racy sending a flush to his ears and his face, despite his promiscuous youth. Teasing is something he struggles with, grappling with his inner embarrassment and nerves to even work up the courage to spit something out, even in a private setting. Flirting, he can handle, but teasing? He might as well implode upon himself before he can even squeak out half a line. He would much prefer to leave the teasing to his husband.
🔪— How would they react to injury/misfortune befalling their partner? Do they feel at fault?
↪Much like Lysander, Almari is quick to accept personal responsibility for any actual injury or physical harm, feeling as though he failed his job as a protector, although unlike Lysander, he accepts when it was quite impossible for him to have been able to have made a difference. Nevertheless, he still asks forgiveness, and vows to help in any way he can, from working through misfortune and troubles, to acting as caretaker, or even extracting revenge, should matters be grave enough.

2019-20: 14TH PELICANS
In Finland we say “mennä penkin alle” (go under the seat), which means having failed something, and that’s exactly how to explain what Lahden Pelicans’ season was like. The team was third in the league after the first few weeks and then belly flopped all the way down to 12th place and never dug its way back up on top. Former NHLer Ville Nieminen was fired from his coaching position in the middle of the season and interim coach Jesse Welling was never able to pull the team back from the hole.
2020-21 SEASON
What a freaking bomb did Pelicans drop just on the eve of the new season by acquiring Ryan Lasch into the team. Lasch may have game by game based contract as he has been rumoured to be looking into “money contracts” from Central Europe. But in the meantime, he will be in Lahti showing off why he is considered one of the best players in Europe. Pelicans’ new 37-year-old head coach Tommi Niemelä is also quite a new face in the Liiga scene, but he is no stranger to winning championships with the national U18 team.
