Would anyone be interested in a Taylor/Travis inspired Buddie fic?
Eddie would be the pop star, and he’s on his biggest tour ever following the release of an album that he wrote about losing Shannon. He produces music in a bunch of different styles but always has some good songs to dance too and can show off his moves (cause I can’t help but picture Ryan Guzman in step up… ugh don’t mind me drooling over him for a sec). Christopher is on tour with him, but they have a house in LA when they aren’t touring. Oh, and how bodyguards are Tommy and Lena, and Athena is his manager/publicist.
Buck is a TE or WR for the LA Chargers, and a podcast with his former teammate/brother in law, Chimney, called the 118 (Chimney was number 1 when he played and Buck is number 18). Bobby is the head coach of the team, Hen is the team’s athletic trainer, and Maddie works for the team’s Social Media/marketing. Ravi is the new young QB fresh out of college, and and Albert is the intern on the 118 podcast.
Buck, who is the fair openly bi player in the NFL, went to one of Eddie’s concerts at SoFi Stadium, and talked about the show on his podcast with Chimney, and openly admitted that he wished he could’ve met Eddie. He openly talks about his celebrity crush on Eddie on air, and the clip, which was supposed to be an ad, blows up all over the internet, and Eddie can’t help but see it.
Eddie, who is gay (but not out to the public), sees the clip and is talking about with Tommy and Lena, and Christopher who is 10 and eavesdropping because he just wands his dad to be happy again, talks about maybe calling up Buck. And well, you know how it’s gonna go from there…. Well, maybe with a few tricks and embellishments up my sleeve.
Would anyone wanna read if write it?

HISTORY
Born in Barcelona, Anzoátegui State, Venezuela in 1982 to a Venezuelan farmer and a Colombian seamstress. He is the oldest of two kids.
His family moved to the states, Miami, Florida specifically when he was 13. His father opened a small convenient store and his mother began working for a well-known tailoring company.
His music career kicked off at 16 when he self-wrote and self-produced his first album, Comenzare.
He was signed to a label within the next 3 years and another album was released.
Over the next two decades, Javi would go on to release a total of 12 albums and 26 singles, several ending up on the billboard top 100s and winning several awards across various different award shows.
At 24, Javi married and a year later welcomed a daughter with his wife. Another 3 years and his son would be born. Unfortunately, with his demanding acting schedule and the stress of having a toddler and a newborn his marriage would begin to crumble and eventually end.
At 33, one of Javi’s flings wound up pregnant, giving birth to his second daughter.
Following his divorce, Javi wound up with some major commitment issues to anything that wasn’t his career or his kids. He’s determined to be a good father, or at least the best father he can be while juggling his acting and music career.
Though he has commitment issues and prefers flings, he is known to get into relationships every now and then and when that happens he is intensely loyal but also jealous and possessive which is normally the downfall of those relationships.

“A Day in the Life, as a kolehiyala”: A Review of "Ultraelectromagneticpop!" (1993) by Eraserheads
by Julianne de Guzman
Eraserheads' debut album, "Ultraelectromagneticpop!" hit the scene in 1993, marking not just the birth of a new era for Filipino rock but also embodying the band's innovation, lyrical prowess, and the spirit that defined Filipino youth in the 1990s. Tracks like "Ligaya" and "Pare Ko" vividly captured the angst and enthusiasm of youth. The album burst onto the scene with an infectious energy, encapsulating the band's unique sound – a mix of catchy melodies, witty lyrics, and a rebellious spirit. Their versatile blend of rock, punk, and pop influences labeled them as trailblazers in the OPM (Original Pilipino Music) scene. "Ultraelectromagneticpop!" not only shot Eraserheads to superstardom but also etched an indelible mark on Filipino music, reshaping the OPM scene and laying the foundation for their illustrious career.
The album's charm lies in its seamless genre blending, creating a sonic tapestry that is both diverse and harmonious. With this, tracks like "Pare Ko'' showcase the band's rebellious spirit, with raw guitar work and unfiltered lyrics resonating with the angst of youth. On the other hand, the track "Toyang'' exhibits a playful side, showcasing the band's versatility and variety. This dynamic range of styles not only keeps the listener engaged but also underscores Eraserheads' refusal to be confined by the traditional OPM musical norms during that time. The first track “Easy Ka Lang” sets the lively mood of the whole album’s overall theme of that youthful, coming-of-age spirit. "Ultraelectromagneticpop!" is a celebration of the youth’s vibrancy and life's easygoing nature, with "Easy Ka Lang" serving as the perfect introduction to the band's unique sound and message. Lyrically, "Ultraelectromagneticpop!" delves into the everyday experiences of Filipino youth, covering love, heartbreak, and social commentary. Tracks like "Shake Yer Head" and "Maling Akala" highlight the band's knack for infusing humor and wit into their lyrics, creating a lyrical landscape that resonates personally and culturally.
The standout track, “Ligaya,” narrates the joys and struggles of courtship, which proves the band’s ability to infuse romance and intertwine it with the lighthearted quirkiness of their musical stylings.
In essence, "Ultraelectromagneticpop!" perfectly paints a narrative of coming-of-age for individuals transitioning from adolescence to young adulthood.
The album perfectly captures feelings of joy, rebellion, frustration, and struggle, narrating relatable storylines through lyrical expression. With this, the band has been able to make their mark in encapsulating the nostalgic and reminiscent days of growing up, moving out, and moving on. These elements not only add an authentic touch to the album but also reflect the band's dedication to their craft, paving the way for musicians in the OPM industry. I remember listening to this album during the quarantine, wishing for my on-campus college days to come sooner so that I could experience the same things that the Eraserheads sing about in their songs.
As a fourth year college student, I listen to this album with a more reminiscent heart as I look back on the memories and friends I made in college. This album is a classic that lets you relive the “glory days” of campus life. The stories shared throughout the album make it so that anyone who has lived life and who has experienced the same feelings of infatuation, frustration, excitement, exhaustion can relate to it. Regardless of what batch you graduated from or how young or old you are, this album provides its listeners with a universal listening experience which caters to any and all memories made not just in college, but in life.
Eraserheads' "Ultraelectromagneticpop!" is more than a collection of songs; it's a cultural gem that surpasses its time and place. As a debut masterpiece, it not only propelled the band to national fame but also left an enduring mark on the Philippines' musical landscape. The album stands as a testament to how the Eraserheads captured the essence of a generation and led a musical revolution. "Ultraelectromagneticpop!" is a cultural artifact – a sonic manifesto that continues to inspire and resonate with listeners, securing its place in the pantheon of Philippine
music history.

Guy Gerber - What To Do ( Peter Guzman Afro Hours Edit )
Tel Aviv-based dance music producer Guy Gerber, who incorporates the best aspects of progressive house/trance, deep house, and techno into a unique style of his own, established himself as a rising star in 2004 with "Stoppage Time," a popular release by Bedrock Records that opened the door to a high-profile recording contract with Cocoon Recordings soon thereafter. Growing up in Israel, Gerber grew up playing soccer. By the time he'd reached his mid-teens, though, he'd found a new passion: music, in particular seminal English-language alternative rock bands of the '80s like Sonic Youth, My Bloody Valentine, the Cure, and Joy Division. He himself took up playing the guitar as a result. His tastes quickly extended beyond '80s alt rock, and he developed an affection for a variety of music, from the Beach Boys and the Beatles, to Kraftwerk and Chic, to Curtis Mayfield and Jimi Hendrix, to Iggy Pop and the Velvet Underground. He also got into electronic dance music, with such figureheads as Richie Hawtin, Laurent Garnier, and Carl Craig cited as key influences of his. Gerber made his debut as a producer in 2002 with releases on the British labels Alternative Route and Whoop! Within two years he'd made the jump to Bedrock, one of the premier progressive house/trance labels, perhaps best known for its association with John Digweed, its co-founder. Bedrock released "Stoppage Time" in 2004, and over the next two years, the song became an anthem, especially among the Ibiza contingent. The track proved so popular, in fact, Bedrock commissioned a remix EP. Released in 2005, it featured remixes by Max Graham and Tom Mangan. Meanwhile, Gerber signed to Cocoon, the techno-trance label founded by Sven Väth and with strong ties to the Ibiza scene. Cocoon released "This Is Balagan" and "Sea of Sand" as 12" singles in 2006, and a full-length album, Late Bloomers, followed in 2007. Gerber also founded his own label, Supplement Facts, which made its debut in 2006 with a limited-run promo of "This Is Balagan." Also fun fact back when she wasn’t trying to cosplay as a WOC she released a single so I guess the album she is working on now is a follow up to the success and smash hit from her early years (sarcasm):
https://m.soundcloud.com/djlab/chrystiane-dont-even-care-1
Also this type of posing with the hubby looks familiar doesn’t it and still doing those same poses 10 years later:
https://www.purepeople.com.br/midia/vinicius-tardio-estaria-tendo-um_m182817
I mean just for comparison the first pic is the same pose right…post plastic surgery that is:

Anyways the internet is such a magical thing…once it’s on there it’s on there including Chrysti as a white women before she thought it was okay to cosplay as a WOC. So tell me again how it’s all natural and the result of hard work because she is Brazilian after all 🤷🏽♀️.
Thanks anon for all the links and info you shared.
