Shy Kiss - AkiSae

When Tsukishima Akiteru first asked Tanaka Saeko out, he was fully prepared for her to laugh and turn him down.

It surprised him when she said yes with that wide grin of hers, followed up with a, “What took ya so long?”

Akiteru took it upon himself to plan their first date since he wanted it to be perfect. He knew that one of Saeko’s favorite bands was going to play at a local live house. The delighted expression that appeared on her face when she realized where they were going? Truly priceless.

And while the music wasn’t his usual cup of tea, Saeko’s presence and personality were so energetic, bright, and lively, that he found himself grinning the widest grin as they danced the night away.

Saeko was even able to finagle an opportunity for them to meet the band backstage after the show. Even their security found it hard to say no to Tanaka Saeko.

Afterwards, they got drinks and food at a local izakaya, where Akiteru’s hand itched with the desire to hold Saeko’s in his own every time she let out a hearty laugh — which was often. Instead, he just tightly clenched the napkin in his hand, waiting for the right moment to come. Maybe when she nudged him with her shoulder? No… that would be weird… What about when she teasingly ruffled his hair? No… it would be weird to grab her hand then, right?

Eventually, the izakaya kicked them out, and now the two of them were in front of the Tanaka abode, saying goodbye.

“So, Saeko… I had a really great time,” Akiteru said, rubbing the back of his neck, feeling oddly embarrassed. Don’t be embarrassed! After all, this was Tanaka Saeko, he’s known her for the past three years, they’ve seen each other cry, yell, smile, cheer — the whole gamut of emotions, then why… was this so hard?

Saeko was smiling up at him an expectant smile on her face. “So did I, Akiteru.”

Akiteru took a deep breath. Okay, its do or die, Akiteru. His gaze drifted down to Saeko’s lips, parted in expectation, and he leaned down. He saw Saeko’s eyes flutter shut. But instead of kissing her lips, Akiteru lost his nerve and kissed her on the cheek instead. He winced as he saw Saeko open her eyes, looking thoroughly confused.

“...Akiteru,” Saeko said. “What in the fuck was that?”

“...a kiss?”

Saeko rolled her eyes. “C’here, big boy,” she said as she put her hand behind Akiteru’s neck and dragged him down. As their lips met, all Akiteru could think about was the fact that she tasted like cherries. Saeko took Akiteru’s lower lip into hers, sucking it and releasing it with a pop.

However, Saeko wasn’t done just yet. She deepened the kiss, and Akiteru could only moan in response before he did the same, sliding his hands around Saeko’s back, tugging her close until she was flush against his body. However, just as Akiteru’s hand was about to dip underneath Saeko’s sweater, Saeko broke off the kiss, her eyes bright and gleaming.

“Now, that’s what you call a kiss.”

And Akiteru couldn’t help but agree.

akitensae spy au!

saeko is given the mission of finding an old classmate who would be able to train the aspiring agent hinata

team karasuno has done poorly on missions for the last lets say 3 years? and most senior agents retired even before so saeko was the one with the most experience

which was to say very little as she is usually the guy in the van

she also kind of knew their target (tenma) so ukai and takeda deemed her best fitting

tenma was one of the best agents karasuno has ever had, so him retiring was a major factor in their downfall

and so saeko finds herself at an auction, where tenma would be participating for the first time as an artist

unsurprisingly when she begins flirting with him he doesn't really recognize her (she did think about kidnapping him but knows she has to explain why she needs him to follow her to the van where she may have to tie him up)

only it seems like karasuno is not the only one with their eyes on udai tenma, and so the place is soon filled with people trying to get their hands on him

one of those people is akiteru, who became a bounty hunter after graduating the academy

and so saeko and akiteru spend the next few hours avoiding getting killed and passing tenma from one another

this happens?

they eventually get out of the building in saeko's van and they witness just how bad at driving she is ('how did you even get your license??')

they get a call from ennoshita, who informs them that they have to HIDE FOR LIKE A FEW WEEKS

'yeah so turns out that shiratorizawa's washijo wants udai-san dead, yeah, and you'll have to get off the radar for a while' 'you couldn't have said something before we were at crossfire??'

oh whoops turns out akiteru was hired by washijo to capture tenma and now he feels kinda bad now that he doesnt hate him anymore after their 'we almost died but you're kinda charismatic so its ok' bonding moment

they kinda go from place to place hiding, which got so much harder because the police was also after them but daichi was doing everything he could to calm the waters down

uuuhhh then they fall in love and work at the agency(?) together for a few years before they retire (cause you know tenma still craved the adrenaline) and move in together with saeko becoming a full time mechanic, tenma still doing art but because he actually loves it this time and akiteru being a house husband
