God wait okay I'm going to get really emotional here (like I'm not always on this blog but ignore that-) It's really important to me that Amane gets forgiven on a personal level because there's something to me for that.

That it's possible to break cycles of harm even if the harm has already been committed, that it's not an inevitable that we will be stuck here harming each other forever. Even if she hurts someone, even if she does something that can't be taken back it can still...be broken, it's still possible to stop. It's still possible to move forward and do better.

That it's possible to be forgiven even if you fucked up horribly, I don't think she will forgive us/Es and that's fine. But I'm glad we were able to forgive Her even though she's been framed so scary and threatening.

That it's possible to Move Past This, even though there's so much fucking bullshit the fact that she's Forgiven in the first place brings me sincere hope and joy that the hell she's trapped in isn't a permanent one.

She hurts someone? Alright, she does, she already did. She's just going to go back to her parents? Alright, she might.

But I Simply Cannot let go of that glimmer of hope and genuine want to live. I believe in the Amane that says stuff like this:
