I’m using a second, used copy of ACNL to make a new town (because I’m not deleting Fogwell ever) and I like to roleplay a little...

In Fogwell, Pashmina kept dropping hints that she used to like, be part of a gang or something, lol? Or that’s how I read it. So this new mayor, who has a mullet, is a fugitive from that gang/Pashmina and ran away to a dead quiet little town, and he just wanted a cover? But now he’s fuckin mayor.

The town’s name is Foxcroft, and the mayor is Kit, which I only learned is the term for a baby fox after the fact, and of course the one day I boot this game up, Redd just happens to be in town...

🛍️"Sleep soft, little prince."🛍️ So the Nintendo 3DS E-shop closes down today. I've been using my 3DS to the fullest playing ACNL almost everyday, so it really feels like the end of an era ;w;!! I downloaded Pokemon Gold, Silver and Crystal in advance, but this lil dude, who'll take care of him? Where will he go? He deserve a nice long nap before going on a new adventure I suppose. Goodbye 3DS E-shop and Goodnight lil Shopping Bag!!

Sun: the dress she made herself was meant to represent the goddess, so I mixed that design with the one of her white dress. Sky has like 3 layers of clothes, I added an extra layer to Sun too, that's based on her concept art, as well as the headband. And lastly, her dress has sewings like Sky's. She has some scars from her adventure, I'm gonna give her a tunic too as she's a knight!

Dot: trousers! In my headcanon Dot is athletic (she runs faster than Four), a smith (she and Four have played together since they were young, if the grandpa has taught Four his job, then he has taught Dot too), I think trousers are better for her. Also, kinstones! And freckles, dots on her face. She has some eye marks on her skin, given by Vaati, and scars from her petrification

Lullaby: Their design is a mix of "Zelda" and "Sheik". They kept the jewelry (mostly for defensive purposes) and the long hair (braided like in Smash) but they're a warrior, so the Sheik part prevails. Also, after using the Sheik mask/transformation their eyes became violet and they got a sheikah eye mark on their left eye (which they cover with their hair)

Dusk: In ACNL, her dress is short (for game limitations I know, but still...), so I made it shorter on the front. She has her cloak and scarf from the beginning of the game, mostly because she still has her scars/black marks from the possession (mainly on her neck, ears and chest) and tries to hide them in public. Dreadlocks! After her possession her eyes became light brown. They go back to blue when she's happy and yellow when she's angry. Also, her lips became purplish.

ive been playing a lot of acnl lately and every time mabel says some shit whenever im buying a dress or skirt i want to throw rocks at her. "oh are you buying a gift for someone" "erm well i guess its ok to be adventurous..." SHUT UP BITCH !!!!!!

ouuuggh its so nice to play acnl again 😭 compared to city folk.. wrow its just amazing. the main street is honestly my favorite part of it. i also like having the role of mayor tbh its just !!! so great!! compared to acnh there's a lot of things i wish were in this game. tbh i think my greatest wish is for an acnl remaster at some point w/ some features from acnh added (like the cellphone interface, better storage, placeable furniture outside, etc.) during my lifetime bc its just!! !!! having your own personal town is a different feeling than an island, and i like not having as much control over things! idk. its a great game. i hope there's an acnlblr revival soon aaaaaaaa its just!!! so :] u know

also i made a whole new blog for acnl lmao ill probably start uploading my adventures next week bc i dont have a pc i can wireless transfer my 3ds photos too 💔 so i have to perform surgery every time i wanna take out the micro sd card oopsies and it scares me bc if i scratch my 3ds xl!!! im gonna cry! anyway GREAT GAME

Exciting news! I purchased a 2DS XL, just so I can play ACNL. Tomorrow my 2DS arrives!! I never played and I can´t wait to start my new adventure. AAAaaaaaaaaaaaa

adventures over the last 2 days

thankfully managed to fix tomodachi life by deleting and reinstalling the game (and restoring a save backup).

my game generously rewared me with... my first divorce.

these two miis are sid jenkins (from the uk tv show skins) and sydney, a mii based of an irl friend. they had been married for quite a long time and recently had two kids (perhaps that's what drove them apart).

sid was the one to bring it up, and trying to reconcile one last time failed.

shinji ikari (neon genesis evangelion), rei ayanami (same) and neliatchi (tamagotchi) all got together at the cafe to try and cheer sydney up, suggesting karaoke.

of course, it's gonna take a bit more than that to recover from a divorce.

now to acnl, where ezo recently finished funding the dream suite.

the heavy lifting of the funding by me, of course.

i also noticed today is the birthday of someone i streetpassed with! (or their miis birthday at least).

so happy birthday grak/grace.

My newest Animal Crossing collection is coming together nicely!! I’m working on making every NPC in the game 😎 They’ll be available as earrings, keychains, pins, hair clips, magnets, and wall hangings!! 💖

Vegan Festival 🍃

Oh wow it has been a very long time since I posted here…….if you’re still here then hello! Wow, thankyou for sticking around! I honestly didn’t think that I would ever use this blog again but I decided to bite the bullet, I’ll go more in-depth on that at the bottom of the post (so that those who don’t care about me whining don’t have to read it : ) )

On Saturday we decided to go to a Vegan festival in Glasgow ( but not the centre ). We had originally planned to also attend a craft fair in the city centre the same day but the trains are on strike which meant we couldn’t. But I’m hoping we can go to one like that eventually!

The festival overall was pretty small but we got a lot of free bacon which is what we will be eating for the next few days haha. We also got some brownies and donuts ( that I do not have pictures of ). But we did have these very nice hotdogs for lunch, I can’t remember the name of them but I will bother my partner later for it. These were so good and I would have 100% gone back to have another if we hadn’t already left when we ate them.

We ate our lunch in a really nice park nearby the festival. It was really nice and there was all sorts of things to see! I would have liked to do some exploring but I don’t have the right shoes for that…..maybe one day when I have rainboots / boots in general. I’ve already ruined one normal pair of shoes by going adventuring in the mud lol

So the main reason I stopped posting here is because I do not have a laptop. I had bought a laptop previously that I was posting on second-hand using the money I got from trading my iPad in – around £200. Sadly the laptop was a bust, it could barely even load a web browser…..and it started being problematic once it was too late to return it sadly. So I am again without a laptop and it will probably remain that way for a good long while. When I bought a laptop I could afford it just ended up being crap, so there’s no use in buying one at that price again cause I’m sure the same thing will happen. And I’ve got to save up for more important things like my immigration before I can even consider to save up some money for a laptop.

That leaves me with my iPad to post and I don’t like WordPress app version. I’m gonna just try and bite the bullet and use it the best that I can. Or at the very least draft them on my iPad and edit / post when I’m on my work computer. Hopefully that works out because I really love posting here as opossed to Twitter, because it’s really just for me and archiving my own life and things.
