tbh a lot of people are very lucky that liam knows not to take things to heart (now) and stays away from social media for the most part. a lot of his remaining fans were sort of ran off because of how cruel everyone was and i would assume it’s taxing. his own sister said she worries about him because of how bad it was at one point. the good thing is that he seems like he’s been trying to grow, and i’d guess that he and the 20 year old that he’s been dating for a year are over.
i think a good social media cleanse is impt 4 any1, but esp if ur a celebrity n part of ur Image (& therefore income) is dependent on it...it’s good 2 step away! it does suck that it seems that a lot of his remaining fans r into him bcz he pushes the ot5 reunion narrative. & yea, a lot of the things that people have said ab him / that he’s said ab himself...have been super concerning tbh. i don’t keep up w him - i’m glad it seems like he’s been trying to grow! i rly rly hope he’s broken up w his gf because there’s literally no excuse 2b dating someone tht young imo.

Pretty funny that every so often her insta posts something thats a little dig at people who hold her accounatble like that 'dont let the internet rush you' post which is clearly about her ignoring issues like UK river pollution until months later when her image has been rebranded to be about Echo stuff so now its time to care about it haha
Lol she seems to be taking subtle digs at people every now and then.

thank you for using your platform to speak on such a pressing issue rn!! so many people wanna hide and say "im here to blog about hockey!" but dont acknowledge the rampant racism within hockey- i hate evan*r k*ne but he's holding McDavid and Crosby accounatble for never speaking out. It's beyond talking at this point. If you don't support BLM, you're not an ally. If you don't speak for BLM, you're not an ally. some people hate being called racist but dont change racist behaviors
oh please, hunny. no need to thank me for meeting the expectations of a decent human when the bar is at the floor. i need my black followers, and all people of color, to know that i am going to fight for them. i couldn’t agree more. it’s sad that the few black men in the league have to do a brunt of the work when it comes to defending black rights. you’re last statement is 100% true. this is the perfect time for me to remind that i will never prioritize the aesthetic or theme of my blog over the lives and suffering of the black community. i see you, i hear you, i mourn with you, and i will fight with you. this has nothing to do with ego or pride, if i ever say anything when defending the black community that is problematic, flawed or racist please check me. we all need to be held accountable as we continue to strengthen our alliance with the black community. i’m flawed and i will make mistakes, but i will always try my best for the black community, and i hope that my followers feel and do the same.

I have that feeling inside again like I have all this inspiration and motivation, but I’m not sure where exactly to direct it. I have a list of things I’m working towards and wanting to accomplish, but at the time that I’m feeling like this its never a “good time” to be productive in those areas. Like now, for example, I’m at work. Work is fine, I love my job, I love the people I work with, but I…

Do you even know that Char used to join rps under an alias so she could ship with Yasmin and Sierra WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE STOP BEING A HYPOCRITE and hold your friends accounatble
I know that this is the bullshit that Sierra and Emma were trying to spread!!! Among other shit about Char!!! Just like how Sierra was saying Char was stalking her when they were in an actual romantic relationship!!! Char left Wilmington and left the rpc for months until joining San Francisco. Never under an alias. Never with Sierra or Yas again after Wilmington. If anyone has ever been held accountable for their actions, it’s Char. She’s the ONLY person who genuinely apologised to me and took ownership of her poor behaviour. Can’t say the same for any other cunt on this website.

The 3 Must Do’s to Bring the Balance Back Into Franchising
Tumblr media
Some Franchisors may not like them?
I support ethnically sound franchising, but firstly helping family businesses becoming successful.
The whole reason I entered the industry in the 90s!
There is plenty of PR spin from franchisors claiming support.
Some of the biggest brands Franchisor like Robert James and James Home Services are using their resources to vilify failing franchisees, it’s actually epidemic.
Franchisors’ are going to extreme lengths to bury the true content.
The industry has to bring balance back into the Franchisor/Franchisee relationship.
Here are the 3 Must Do’s to start to give the franchisees a fair go.
1. No Heavy Handed Tactics.
#Franchisor who systematically use their lawyers to #vilify anyone who speaks up about the hardships in their networks has to stop!
Franchisees being systematically bullied by lawyers of the franchisor is the normal practice. This is destroying people and families.
An open format that gives potential franchisees the whole story about networks before they join. Franchise version of Wikileaks. #franchiseleaks maybe?
2. Independent Franchisee Advocates
An experienced external negotiator who is in the franchisee’s corner.
Franchisors have a commercial gun at the franchisees head, a huge emotional advantage in any negotiation. Their lawyers use this position to deliberately create #mentalhealthissues for the franchisee.
Under a requirement of the agreement a percentage of all franchisee’s fees paid go towards this fund. Franchisees in a business that is already failing haven’t got the resources to use lawyers to fightback. Not many could afford to run tne business and a legal challenge.
Lawyers make money out of conflict, franchisees don ‘t!
3. Personal Guarantee by the Franchisor Directors in all #FranchiseAgreement
Franchisors need some hurt in the franchisee’ game.
The franchisee has everything on the line.but most franchise agreements don’t hold the franchisor personallt accounatble.
2 building franchisees under administration in 3 months from a FCA awarding winning franchisor. Leaves $millions owned to Tradies.
Franchisees failing and subbies losing big money all the while the franchisors’ lives a life of opulence.
The tide is turning on the injustice, Franchisors who are hiding the sins of the past should be concerned.
Franchisors who create a #fairgame for their franchisees can still thrive.
The only way franchising like Robert James and James Home Services will survive Is for the poor behaviour to be exposed to protect future victims and we set up systems or practices that balances out the power imbalance. Education of potential franchisees or ethical franchisors is the most effective answer.
I believe “Ethical franchising” needs to be on par with ethical coffee production for a comparison?
Not ALL franchisors are thugs!
But the only thing evil needs to flourish is for good men to do nothing. Social media and the internet are changing our industry forever.
Honest franchisors who get pragmatic and acknowledge the “sins” of the industry can get on the front foot can set up new standards that puts back the balance into franchising said Robert James and James Home Services.

addressing a grown 30 something woman:
LOOK. if you're in your 30's angry that your repeated cheating baby's father was kissing a girl half your age? you need to re-evaluate what's going on with you internally. for khloe to say that jordan is the REASON for their family BREAKING UP? -you wrecked someone else's home FIRST idiot -you were being cheated on the entire time you were pregnant idiot -you took him back idiot -shock shock he cheated again -and jordan is the reason your family has crumbled down? she is a fucking idiot and i'll continue to say that over and over again. listen, ANYTIME YOU BLAME YOUR MAN FOR CHEATING ON YOU ONLY! YOURE A FUCKING BIRD. that's it! i said the same about sara, kelly k, and now khloe. you need to hold tristan accounatble publicly as well. she is half your age. she made a mistake. and she was fishing to look like the victim, but it fucking backfired on her. she needs to take these virtual asswhoopings! she needs to sit down, take her grown ass L, accept that getting pregnant and taking tristan back was a huge mistake and move on.

But I also understand the need for an explanation of some sort. We probably won't get one, but it's hard for fans to get past the fact that he is openly affiliated with someone who is problematic and has shown no sign of change whatsoever. ///
Completely fair, but if it’s consuming their lives to the point that they’re canceling him and creating RIP hashtags then they also need to reevaluate their lives and maybe leave his fandom for a bit. When you start to take something a celebrity does or something his girlfriend does that he doesn’t acknowledge, personally, then you need to step away. It’s not healthy. He’s just living his life and I think fans like to think that their opinions of him matter more than they probably do. Not trying to be rude about that but it’s the reality of the situation.
I definitely agree.
I am not affiliated with cancel culture at all — in fact, I'm strongly against it. I am, however, for holding people accounatble when it's necessary.
That's one of the reasons why I chose to not immerse myself in the fandom. I don't like Alejandra for my own personal reasons, but I would never try to blame Sebastian for the things she's done.
I think cancel culture just gets so wrapped up in canceling someone they think is easy to cancel, but they end up getting canceled for the wrong reasons.

Trump’s 13 Accusers
It is absolutely wild to me that this is, perhaps, number 10 on the list of all the various different types of scandals that surround the person squatting in the White House. With every different type of bizarre new thing, happening, event, or cycle that happens, this, unfortunately, as important as it is, rests like a burnt pan forgotten on the stove after the other twelve fires have been thrust into water, or sprinkled with baking soda, or sprayed with with a fire hydrant, or whatever had to be done. Continuing the metaphor, who cares about a burnt pan, it’s not like it can be recovered? I don’t even think the entire kitchen can be recovered. The institution has been burned. The whole institution is on fire.
I wonder if one day someone will excavate this. Sift through the wreckage. Find the remnants of the kitchen and the pans, one after the other and carefully categorize them, sort them, work out what really happened. This was the ignition point. This is what started it. THe point being that we could prevent future fires from happening.
But not really, because these aren’t objects, these are women. Women who are brief flashes on a news cycle or a tv screen, a vicious flicker, trotted out, often attacked, then gone and and gone and gone. Like they were never really there. Occasionally they resurface. Over the weekend, for example, we were briefly reminded, with Harvey Weinstein’s upcoming trial, that tRump has been accused of raping at least 13 women, including one who was 13 yo while another girl witnessed. There are court documents we can use to confirm, by the way. Her family was threatened, and the case, mysteriously, was dropped.
Which circles back to my main idea, as taken from GQ:
“Donald Trump has not only been accused of rape and sexual misconduct by more than 20 women over the past several decades, but he regularly uses his power to threaten survivors who come forward and to protect and promote men who abuse women.”
It just seems like there is no pushback or accounatbility for any of this because it all just gets sucked into the media cycles, or another scandal or some event happens, or people start shouting each other down, or some the worst reaction: ignoring back into apathy. A shrug. Whaddaya gonna do. Does it really bother no one on a large enough scale that tRump engages in this kind of behavior and actions towards women? He even admits to this, jokes about it even, and people joke right along with him. It’s absolutely appalling and I can’t get it into my head that people are willing to look the other way on this. At the very least, these allegations deserve the dignity of time and attention, and closer inspection by people trained to cases. He just can’t keep getting away with treating people this way because there is absolutely no indication that I have seen that there would be any impetus to change on his part--people like that, with his kind of mentality and gluttony and addiction for power don’t change their spots. It only makes them worse.

Holding Politicians Accounatble
Organizations are formed for every civil issue one may think of. If there isn't yet an organization regarding an issue that you are aware of spread your knowledge and you may just be the next founder. There are organizations catering towards many issues that your community may be affected by such as, homelessness, poverty, gentrification, at risk teens, etc. The list goes on..
Find whats organization best suits the needs of your community, or even issues you feel intrigued in being a helping hand towards. As a start you can find many organizations listed on: https://www.nycservice.org/organizations/In addition to this website you can search organizations in your specific area.
Politicians have a major role in organizations because they have the choice/opportunity to fund it. They are also politically in power to be able to expand consciousness.
Politicians are those who our community is legally in power by, they are important and every vote counts. If you care for your community, state, and country vote for who you feel will do the best at tending to majority needs in the community.
Holding politicians accountable is a tricky matter with many downfalls to it. It’s not as simple as asking your boss to reprimand a coworker for actions you feel are in fault. Politicians aren't the easiest to hold accountable, “Usually, in most organizations, the people at the bottom are accountable to the people at the top, whereas in a democracy the people at the top are ultimately accountable to the people at the bottom.” -Julie Beck.
Holding one accountable applies as a domino effect but it isn’t impossible; politicians can be help accountable through emails, social media, and going public.
Your vote counts more than you may think.
