Spoilers for "Can plushies improve our health?" Sanders sides episode

Not Sanders trying to pull a fast one on me. Oh my gosh!! We got a glimpse of their bedrooms in a normal setting!

Okay so first up

A couple things to note:

He has Virgils Christmas card on the wall above his bed which melted me.

On his bedside there's a plate with two cookies on it. His "second cookie". For when he's feeling dangerous

I love the "adventure is out there" poster. I always thought he'd have something like that.

more atsv things that haunt me: pav doesn't originally have a watch.

#see one thing that confused me was that gwen stole bens watch before she sent him home like she already had hobies why does she need another #well. turns out it was probably because several members of the spiderband dont have their own either #(off the top of my head --- noir and ham werent at HQ so they dont seem to have been part of the spiderman society #pav as seen above didnt have one despite being in the society and hobie took his off when he quit)#so gwen probably had to track down quite a few extras actually unless hobie had a backlog of counterfeit multiverse watches on his hands #across the spiderverse #across the spiderverse spoilers #pavitr prabhakar #ok but the REAL thing i was thinking about with this post is that pav doesnt seem to know about canon events either #and despite jessica implying they had a way to contact him he also does not come back to HQ with the rest of the kids after the Spot Debacl #he doesnt seem to be able to multiverse-travel at all until gwen recruits him into the spiderband #so the implication here is that miguel doesnt generally let people become full members of spider society with all the associated privileges #unless hes sure that they'll be vulnerable and/or traumatize enough to buy into the ideology. which is kind of fucked up!

I think it's honestly kind of hilarious how Midvalley knows he's a numbered Gung Ho Gun with these "freaks," but he refuses to count himself among them

I've seen a lot of people point out how Wolfwood and Midvalley foil each other (which is incredibly true--very few, if any, important characters in Trigun don't work as foils, because they are all foils to the main themes before anything else), but for me, this is one of their biggest differences.

Midvalley counts himself as a man among monsters.

Wolfwood considers himself a monster prowling among mankind.

Khare is not an inherently violent person but she will have violent reactions when it comes to certain situations. i think what's really getting me about kozma claiming to have blown up the moon and also claiming to "be" the breach and basically equating "breach collaborators" and "my allies" in the same speech is that. the breach operative we've known since season one, the person who "is" the breach as far the story's concerned, is saskia. and midst is saskia's HOME! she built the black candle with her own two hands (metaphorically, at the very least), she LOVES it there and she loves those people :( and if we take kozma's story at face value, she just threw the "centerpoint" (according to imelda) of her own operation entirely under the bus and endangered the lives not only of innocent people but also of a bunch of her own operatives without their knowledge just to destabilize the trust and frankly that makes me kind of hope she IS telling the truth simply because that's the kind of betrayal i find absolutely delicious,
