Household 23 - Gethan and Abhijeet had a somewhat successful mission

Having found the last place Mary Anne was seen, and determining both through video footage and witness statements that she met a man and left with him, Gethan and Abhijeet were ready to return to Huntsville.

"Far Village is a beautiful place to visit. Too bad this Special V drama has cast a dark cloud over many people's vacations." Abhijeet would have rather spent the whole time in the hot springs rather than the casinos.

"We should come back when we have time for a proper holiday."

"And you should come visit us in Ashford City. I'll put in a good word if you ever want to transfer to the Huntsville branch of the SCIA."

"Thanks. I hope we'll meet again soon."

And so, Gethan and Abhijeet returned to Huntsville.

That is the point at which Iryna realized these shallow excuses for relationships with shallow men weren't doing it for her. But now she has to decide between three men she thinks she'd enjoy being married to, and that's not easy. They all want to marry her, so that is not part of the equation.

Benjamin Long: He's a smart guy, and very thoughtful. He brought her that vase that allowed her to build a real house early on. Also, he was her first woohoo... which doesn't matter but there is some sentimentality to it. Iryna does love her some Knowledge Sims.

Amin Sims: They have fun conversations. Some people say he can be mean, but she's never seen it. He's a great friend, and Iryna enjoys the idea of him throwing parties where she can also make more friends. Marriage with him would be a good time all around.

Abhijeet Deppiesse: Best woohoo.

Electronics Supercenter is now a rank 5 business. Besides Tammy King, now we have Tosha Go working as a cashier and Abhijeet Deppiesse as restocker. In this next round Tammy probably will become the manager, since Malcolm rolled the want to promote her.

Larson Family - Intro

The twins Jodie and Jason moved out of their parents house and are now trying to make it on their own in the "real world." Using "monetary donations" from house parties they threw. They are finally ready to get down to business!

The Larson family consists of twins Jodie and Jason Larson. According to their bio, they want to start a business. However, the game never specifies what kind of business they want, so it is up to the player.

I moved the twins to 22 Toboggan Way. With a bit of tweaks, I made it so they can afford it. The house has two rooms for each twin.

Jodie is described as a bossy type, while Jason seems to be more laidback. Both are Fortune Sims and ambitious. For Jason, he rolled a want for a job in the architecture career. Luckily for him, he got it.

This struck me as odd. Despite not knowing anyone except for the welcome wagon, Jason got a call from a townie. Specifically Cara Livingston, aka the Diva.

Um... yeah?

He said yes. Why not? He is new here, so he should meet other people.

Check out this line up! We have Goopy GilsCarbo, Abhijeet Deppiesse, Ivy Copur, and the fashion queen herself, Meadow Thayer. (No, I have no idea why two teenagers would be hanging around these adults lol)

Jason and Cara went out to FM afterwards on a date. They did karaoke.

All went well. Looks like we have a love interest for Jason. I did not manage to do much with Jodie. She wants a job in the business career, so I will try to get that for her.

Elinor has this pregnancy thing sussed by now.

Young Robert has the dubious honour of being the only one present when Elinor goes into labour.

Household 23 - Gethan makes inquiries and Abhijeet reports back

Gethan wasn't a bad poker player, but he wasn't a good one. That worked in his favour as he really seemed like any other business man hitting the casino.

He focused on the locals at the table, the ones who came often and were likely around when Garrick and Mary Anne were vacationing.

After playing with few casino regulars for a while, Gethan broached the key subject.

"This might sound morbid, but I am sure you heard about the deaths related to Special V. Plus there was a disappearance?" Gethan hoped he sounded casual enough.

"Yes. I was disappointed I didn't recognize anyone involved. To be really good at cards, you need to pay attention to your opponents. I would have remembered sitting across from Mary Anne City. That would have been a story to tell at the tables to distract vacationers like yourself into losing more money to me."

Gethan was disappointed, but glad to rule out that casino.

Abhijeet similarly struck out at the casino he was checking out. None of the staff had seen Mary Anne.

"You need a visa and proper paperwork to come and go from Far Village. How could Mary Anne have left without hers?" Abhijeet asked as he and their contact exchanged updates.

"It definitely involves someone who knew how to create excellent fakes. We're rading known purveyors of fake IDs, but they mostly cater to young people going to bars or gambling in casinos. Faking a visa is much more sophisticated and illegal."
