I had this in my head and I find it adorable so I have to share this.

Wedding rings.

But not normal rings, CUSTOM rings that is specifically themed to symbolize the other partner

Like Joker's ring having a Bat on it and Bruce/Batman's having a----Playing Card or something along those lines.

Bruce wears two separate rings. A normal wedding ring in public when in Bruce Wayne persona, and only wears the real custom ring in private

Joker on the other hand----never takes his off, that ring fused to his finger, hardly takes it off, this man will SHOWER with the Bat ring on. He'll only take that thing off when he's dead! Except actually, heck no he won't! You better bury that man with the ring untouched and still on his finger.

ASTARION AND TAV'S WEDDING RINGS???

Oh these are very nice and so fitting! I could very well see them picking these, especially for their symbolism!

They'd definitely get something special for their wedding rings because I can already hear Astarion in my head "Why even get married if only to wear a simple band of gold? Ugh"

I'm personally a big big fan of rings that have some kind of pattern and aren't just plain or flash huge stones ("so basic and proletarian" - Astarion, probably). And also: why should only a woman get a beautiful intricate ring, when Astarion is right there wanting to express himself?

So, I could easily see them maybe get rings like these, that would reflect the aesthetic of their home and be very baroque with swirls and very delicate detail, maybe with some flowers in it for Tav:

Or maybe even a mix of silver and gold?

I could keep going actually - because I'm starting to find really good ones, hehe!

Also: not me looking at wedding rings while my boyfriend is sitting next to me 💀 (He knows I'm on tumblr sharing daydreams about my vampire bf - or husband now? And he's fine with it. But also: not me making him take notes!)
