Warrior names
So in (Dark River? maybe?) Firestar tries to give a new name to Millie but she refuses.
Now tho, what would have been the names of those born outside the clans who refused to take a new name?
Boulder: Ashcloud. Just a vibe, no real justification for this.
Daisy: Daisyheart. Daisy is a plant and since she's not fighting, a ''heart'' seems the most appropriate. That or Daisypelt.
Millie: She's grey but her mate is named Gray, and her mate's former mate is named Silver. So I think we'll go more down the water/sky path? Maybe a more intangible thing? OK let's go with Smokeflight.
Purdy: Sunfoot, for leading them to the palce where the sun sinks.
Sol: Spottedfur, because he's tortoisehell.
you know what? while we're at it, we'll do the daylight warriors/sky clan warriors who got a dogshit stupid name, too.
Egg: Shellpelt. Shell for egg.
Harrybrook: well Spottedbrook since Sol/Harry was named Spottedfur in this version.
Billystorm: Redstorm or Sunfall. I like the fact the first keeps Sandstorm's suffix, but the second might correspond more to his rather pale ginger fur? Red sounds much brighter than sunfall? idk.
Ebonyclaw: Darkclaw.
Harveymoon: Snowmoon. He is white. He's got moon in his name. Let's call him snowmoon.
Frecklewish: Tigerfoot. She's tabby (I think), she's got long legs. A new tigersomething without the bagage associated with the name (since she's a medicine cat and sky clan doesn't know about him).
Macgyver: Nightspots. He's got black spots. Let's name him nightspots.
Snookthorn: Ravenflight. He looks a lot like ravenpaw.

Decided Im just gonna dump headcanons here from now on for the most part,, so heres some!!
Sol has mismatched claw colors; some are black, some are white. He's missing one from a failed hunting attempt in Skyclan
HawkFrost avoids water not only bc of the whole Tadpole thing, but also because of his pale eyes being sensitive to sunlight. This is also my excuse to give him pindrop pupils in art
I like to think Scourge and FireStar knew each other as kits/growing up for a bit simply because fuck the writing they should've recognized each other [+ build up!! foreshadowing!!]
The stories Purdy occasionally tells can gain a dark hint to them, as rogues and loners passing by would share stories their mothers told them to warn them of the dangers of this world. An example would be like... going "don't speak around the dead" and then him going into horrible detail about what would happen if you do [causing some queens to be unhappy with him for a bit]
