Anon who yearns after his boss here with a follow up.
First of all, thank you so much for taking the time and effort to form such a detailed reply and to include your followers, I really appreciate it!
I’d like to elaborate on what I meant when I said it would have no impact on my job. I do volunteer work, so I am not financially dependent on this job, and my boss unfortunately leaves the company in a month and I would probably wait until then to make any sort of move. So no matter how this plays out, it will pose no risk to my livelihood.
To answer your question, this is a pretty common dynamic for me. For some reason I have been in a lot of work/school/etc. settings where an attractive older man sees potential in me, I start working extra hard because of it and he starts giving me lots of attention and we fall into a really intense mentor/mentee relationship. This dynamic is so hot to me that I just end up in top of my class or employee of the month or whatever from being fueled by pure lust lol. Nothing compares. But I’ve never managed to take it to the next level because I either chicken out or play it too straight forward, which doesn't work like you said.
As for what you said about straight men looking for attention from queer men to fuel their ego, that is a very real possibility. He hides his insecurity well by being a jokester, but he's obviously a sensitive guy. It wouldn't surprise me if this is more about his ego than about attraction.
Him not viewing me as a guy is also a possibility, but I don't care too much. I get so horny that I lose any sense of self lol. He does treat me like a man though. I work at the furniture department of a second hand store and he never underestimates me to be able to lift something heavy or assemble something. He also compliments me all the time on getting stronger and handier, and all the progress I’m making.
Then on the other hand, he treats me with a certain gentleness and intimacy that I don't see him portray to my other male coworkers. We’re able to confide in eachother and get vulnerable. He tells me secrets no one else knows, like how he'll be leaving the company soon.
There's all these little moments throughout the day, like we'll be assembling a bed together and he jokes about how it has a certain eroticism to it, or how it turns him on when we work well together lol. When he sees me implement something he taught me, he's beaming at me with the biggest smile. We also have this running gag where I pretend to be his boss and tell him what to do, and he's always very obedient which is hot but also shows that he trusts me.
I love your idea about meeting up outside of work, because that's exactly what I was planning lol! He's really into photography and I asked him if he wanted to meet up sometime to show me the ropes, and he very enthusiastically agreed! So if I were to make any sort of move, it would be then.
Anyway, I’m really curious to see what you and your followers think now with all this extra information.
JESUS CHRIST ANON THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING
this is only a volunteer position?? he's leaving in a month?? he compliments you on getting stronger??? and says that assembling a bed together has a certain intimacy to it???
waht the fuck dog. my only concern now is that he's being weird and unprofessional af with volunteers. but no concern for you. you're clearly creaming your drawers for it. i say play ball.
you made this sound more forbidden than it actually was because that's exciting to you, you little minx. i see you. you've gotten us all involved in your erotic game, now you can go enjoy it.
let's re run the stats on this

my ranking of the tig villains/most hated characters
i'm bored so i'm doing this. 1 is the character i hate most meaning 8 is the one i hate the least. i apologize if this sucks. its quite late for me as i'm writing this.
drake. ik most people would put eve or smth at the top of this list, but this dude is an abuser and a pedophile (he used to call avery jailbait which means "a person who is younger than the legal age of consent for sexual activity and usually appears older, with the implication that a person above the age of consent might find them sexually attractive" according to wikipedia). not only was he horrible to libby, but he also tried to kill avery. characters like him just give me the ick and the creeps and i just can't stand them.
eve. i think this is self-explanatory. eve is one of the most annoying and petty characters i've ever read about. she tried to kill avery, kidnapped tobias (and ruined his chances of forming a better relationship with avery, and, as the biggest toby and avery father daugther stan, i cannot stand this), manipulated grayson, and hurt many people. if you don't hate her, i don't trust you. also, i hope she doesn't get a redemption arc bc she doesn't deserve it.
sheffield. i have one thing to thank this dude for and that's the love confession from jameson after he put avery in a coma. other than that, he bombed avery, kidnapped avery, cheated on his wife, was a horrible 'father' to grayson (and his daugthers bc of colin). he's honestly tied with eve (he's not first cause i can't stand guys like drake). i dont really think i have to explain myself
emily. i really don't think i have to explain. she's manipulative, petty, self-absorbed. the only thing she has going for her is that she didn't try to kill anyone. she treated the boys like crap, emotionally abused her sister, and (although she wasn't present to do it i still blame her for it) affected avery's self-esteem.
ricky. i know he's high on this list but he's just so creepy to me. anyone who hurts avery in any way si automatically a no for me. he was never there for avery and libby, refused to take custody of her after her mom died, didn't show up to hannah's funeral, tried to step up to get money after avery inherited, got together with skye (ew???). ik this doesn't seem horrible in comparison to what the others did, but seeing avery's feelings towards him in the books (especially thl) made me despise him so that's why he's so high up.
tobias. he emotionally abused his grandsons, put avery in a position that he knew might get her killed, treated his own kids horribly, hurt a lot of people in order to become who he became. the only reason he isn't higher up is bc he did sometimes do nice things (although not often).
vincent. him and tobias are sort of interchangeable??? but he partnered with eve to get toby kidnapped (sort of putting a stop to toby and avery's relationship which like said earlier pisses me off). from what i remember, he didn't really do anything else and i sort of understand where he was coming from (getting revenge on tobias) but what he did is still horrible and taking his anger towards tobias out on a teenage girl is just weird to me.
skye. i find her character sort of interesting but she is a horrible mother towards her sons. she's also a huge pick me bc who sleeps with their sister's boyfriend. she also tried to get avery killed which is just a no no. this is sort of off topic and i've made a post about this before but she didn't get punished enough for what she did to avery and that is grayson's fault. i talk about it in slightly more detail in this post.
although i knew that avery was hurt by a lot of people in this series, this really showed me exactly how bad it was. there are even more people. literally every person on this list hurt her (directly or indirectly (in emily and vincent's case)). these people either tried to get her killed, messed with her head or both. avery is a girl boss. she deserves better.

Lost in Foster (Working Title) Chapter 5
Chapter 5 - A Better Understanding
After an incident off world, Bruce was glad to have Dick and other leaguers back in the states. Things had been tense with the UN ever since Lex Luthor’s involvement a few years back and regaining that trust was difficult. Dick had been in Blüdhaven when he had called Bruce.
“Heads up, B. I’m going to be late getting into Gotham.” Dick rushed, speaking over the sounds of sirens.
“What happened? Will you need backup?” Bruce asked, moving to the bat-computer and pulling up any feed he could get.
“Nah, I’ve got this handled. Some goons got caught in the act of smuggling drugs. Took a grey hound bus headed for Gotham hostage.” he explained, perching himself above the scene on a building nearby.
“Any casualties?” Bruce inquired.
“None so far, but according to the chatter they have a kid held at gunpoint.” Dick responded, pulling out his binoculars to get a better look. He could confirm the info from the police radio, seeing four men all with guns in hand. They were all towards the back of the bus, the one closest to the center looked to be holding a kid with black hair and a blue hoodie. The whole thing was surrounded by police vehicles.
“Noted, keep me updated.” Bruce’s voice cut in.
“Will do, B. Save me a plate from dinner!” The line cut out as Dick made his way closer to the scene. He could now make out some of the force out in the front. One in particular being his old partner and now chief of the police with a phone in hand. Likely trying to get some form of organization before this thing turned into a stand still.
According to the chatter, the getaway driver had been brought in after being found in a stolen car. He had very quickly ratted on his friends at the station in an attempt to make a plea deal. Despite the lack of a lawyer present at his side. One officer had decided to check a bus that had been stopped nearby and recognized the goons from their descriptions. The men in question had seen the cop, freaked out, and grabbed the first person possible. This happened to be a teen and lead to the bus being taken hostage. The cop that had discovered them was still inside the bus.
Shouting came from within as Dick swung closer, they had made their demands. If nothing happened soon, they would be starting a negotiation. Leaving any actions made by the police force with fewer positive outcomes. Dick ran up to the bus grabbing a gas canister from his belt. Luckily all traffic had been stopped at this point. Once close enough he threw the canister through the window shattering the glass and filling the bus with smoke.
Once the coughing started and people began to make an escape out of the front of the bus. He moved to the emergency exit in the back of the bus. Pulling it open he grabbed the attention of the first goon, the youngest of them, he began to shakingly point the gun at the hero. Dick swiftly knocked the gun from his hands to the ground with a kick. Following the movement with jabs to his side causing the man to curl in on himself. Dick grabbed the neck of his clothes and using the momentum of the fall to fling the young man out the emergency door.
He couldn’t check to see if had been knocked out before the next goon took notice. This one opted to use his weapon and began firing into the rear of the bus. Dick fell into a somersault narrowly dodging the bullets coming his way. As he rose from the ground, he reached behind his back grabbing his escrima sticks. Dick knocked the gun out of the way using the left and brought the right to the goon’s side. Pressing a small button, electricity surged through the weapon stunning the criminal, leaving him crumbled on the ground.
Two down, two to go Dick thought as the third goon turned to see his partner lying on the ground. The man wasn’t sure what to do as his boss behind him was already fighting someone. The officer who found the gang must have gotten the kid free. Dick used the third goon’s hesitation to jump in the air and springboard off the bus’s ceiling. His boots smacking the criminal’s face onto the floor.
With three of the gunmen out of the way the passengers who had been left to hide in the back on the bus started rushing past him. Dick held his ground as passengers shoved past to the emergency exit. None of them giving a thought to the men knocked out on the bus floor as the trampled or stepped over the bodies. The leader of them all was still focused on fighting the person in front of him, allowing Dick to move forward unhindered. Allowing the commotion to hide his steps he slipped closer, lining up his escrima sticks with the large man’s shoulders. Once he brought them down, he pressed the button once more, shocking the final goon.
As he fell to the ground Dick was left face to face with his combatant. A teen boy around the same age of Duke and Cass stood before him breathing heavily. His hair was black, a contrast to his pale skin. Tired bags laid beneath his blue eyes, messy fridge obscuring them partly from Dick’s vision. His hair and clothes were a mess, wrinkled and dirty from who knows what. Despite the life-threatening situation and the fight for his life he must have had the kid’s face remained eerily calm. Even Damian showed more emotion after a hard fight. The teen in question stood there a moment unsure what to do. Dick eventually put his weapons away, hoping the staring wasn’t because of shock.
“Hey, kid, are you okay? Let’s get you off this bus.” Dick asked, moving his hand to the boy’s shoulder to lead him off. A small part of him thought of Bruce when he first seen the hero, I wondered if this is how I or the others looked when we first met? He certainly fits the family trend.
“Yea, I’m fine but I need my stuff.” The kid answered, his voice didn’t even shift. It was kinda creepy how monotone it was all things considered. He had just fought a man twice his size, he should be at least a little shook. I might have to omit this part when I see Bruce later. Dick waited for the teen to grab his things, worry slowly creeping in as though Bruce would show any second with adoption papers in hand. Sure, his father wasn’t actually collecting orphans, often Bruce is the one flocked to. If Super Boy had fewer powers when Dick and his friends had found him all those years ago, he might’ve become Connor Wayne instead of Connor Kent.
As they left the bus the kid went straight to the ambulance and the police. With how he was dressed and the backpack in hand the kid was really looking to be a runaway. Did he assume he would need to be checked out by the paramedics? His old partner, Amy Rohrbach, was luckily nearby. Her brown hair still worn in the same low ponytail.
“Nightwing, good to know you’re back in town.” Amy said exasperated. The kid’s eyes bounced back and forth between the two. He hadn’t left Blüdhaven on a positive note, having forgotten to leave Amy a note saying he would be aiding the League.
“It’s just a visit, Chief Rohrbach. I just got back from helping the League and the Bat wanted me to stop by Gotham. I was just passing through and thought I could help.” He answered, hoping if he kept things relaxed would keep Amy from ranting about his sudden departure. Possibly get the kid to unwind as well, so far it wasn’t making a difference.
“None the less we appreciate it when a hero has their eyes on helping our city. So, who’s the kid?” Amy smiled. Dick knew that look, she thought he was going to adopt the teen or something. This wasn’t the first either, every time a troubled youth popped up on the job, she was so sure he’d get involved. He wasn’t Bruce and Jason was finally getting along with him more; adopting a kid into crimefighting would ruin that. The kid in question stiffened at the change in topic.
“Uh, I’m Danny. I was on the bus to visit some family in Gotham?”He lied. He may be emotionless, but he was a terrible liar.
“Okay, Danny and is there a last name to go with that? You were just in a shooting we should probably give your family a call.” The Chief asked pulling out a notepad. Dick knew she had a sharp eye and a talent for police work. They had both reached the same conclusion; this teen was on the run, but what from?
“I plead the fifth?” Danny retorted sheepishly.
“Kid, that’s not how that works and you’re not under oath.” Nightwing laughed, this kid is something else. “Listen if your home life isn’t safe or you’re worried about being in trouble we can help. Just give the officer your name and we can help.”
The kid seemed to be mulling it over, sighed then answered “Nope, can’t do it. Just Danny for me, thanks.”
Stubborn like most people in the Wayne family, at this rate he’d have to investigate him just to see what trouble he had gotten into. Metahumans were still an issue even though trafficking had lessened. The Chief and Dick shared a look as she put her notebook away.
“Okay then Danny, you can join me in the back of my car, and we’ll take a trip down to the station.” Rohrbach rolled her eyes, grabbed his arm, bringing him to her car. Once he was settled, she locked the doors and came back to Nightwing.
“So, what do you want me to do with him?” Amy questioned.
“Nothing for right now, you noticed it as well. That Danny kid is lying both about why he’s on the run and where to. “Night wing spoke quietly looking at the car.
“So just stick him into the foster system?” She returned.
“Exactly, I’ll have Red Robin do some research. He’ll be able to get the results faster than I can.” Dick thought aloud.
“Not going to take him under your wing?” Amy teased.
“Not a chance, Gotham has enough heroes and besides he might still have people looking for him. Who care and want him back home, safe and sound. Also Red Hood would take my head off if I brought a kid into crimefighting like Bats.” He laughed. “I’ll be in touch, see if you can have him placed where someone can keep an eye on him.”
Finally grabbed Dick grabbed his grappling hook and shot off while the Chief got into her car to take Danny to a foster home.
---
Dick was back in Gotham later that afternoon. He had to make a few stops along the way but was able to fill Bruce in on what happened during his errands. Naturally he left out Danny the runaway who could hold his own in a fight against an armed man twice his size. Rohrbach was able to handle it herself anyway. She had already messaged him the address and notes related to Danny and his new foster home. He had been placed in Central Gotham which Dick was currently driving though on his way to the manor. Hopefully he had saved some of Alfred’s cooking.
Dick’s fingers drummed across the wheel as he thought more about the boy from earlier today. He would have to check in on him next week. He looked at the town houses as he drove by, maybe tomorrow? He thought as he looked at his phone where Amy had texted the address. He could at least make sure the kid was settled. He parked his variant of the bat car in an alley a nearby, climbing to the familiar roof tops. It was rather quick for him to make his way to a neighboring house.
From above he could watch through the windows to see the kid eating dinner. Danny wore the same expression from earlier that day. Dick looked on with curiosity, surely, he would emote at some point.
Danny didn’t emote whatsoever.
After dinner the kid had gone to his room and looked through the pack he had brought with him. Eventually grabbing a magazine and settled in to read into the wee hours of the night. Ever time Dick thought about leaving he would convince himself to stay, if he left the kid would make his move, he was sure. It was a similar gut feeling he had felt since his early years of Robin and he knew it rarely led him wrong.
It wasn’t until thirty minutes after lights out that anything happened. The whole building was quiet and dark except for Danny’s room. Dick watched as he collected his things into the backpack once again and climbed onto fire escape. He moved quickly and quietly across the grates, almost as though he didn’t fear the height or the fall. Often skipping steps and jumping sections, he didn’t hesitate even jumping from the top of the final ladder into the alley below.
Danny pulled his phone from his bag and began to type something in. Dick followed on the roof tops as the kid made his way towards his destination. At his pace and direction Dick could guess a handful of places he could be heading for. The largest was Gotham Harbor and the smallest was a Bat Burger another two blocks down.
Dick was tempted to let him go further but this kid wasn’t from Gotham, and it was easy for someone new to get into serious trouble. So, Dick scaled down the apartment building he once stood on and dropped behind him. Danny heard the drop, but he was faster and moved in the opposite direction to avoid his sight till he stood between the kid and his unknown goal.
“Shouldn’t you be in a foster home, right now?” Dick grinned standing face to face with the teen.
“Shouldn't you be helping Batman with a crime or something?” Danny returned; Dick noticed him eyeing the phone. Based on what he could see on the device, it looked like he was going far. Is he actually going to the harbor? What is he running from? Dick wondered.
“Touche, but he can handle himself. You however have been in a crime today and still sounding off about it.” Dick watched as Danny kept walking despite his little lecture. “Where do you think you’re going?”
“Anywhere but here! The Danbury’s are nice and all, but I need to get going, places I need to be.”
“Nice try, kid but I can’t just let you leave! Whether you like it or not, you’re a runaway and I can’t just leave you. Come on, I’m taking you back to the station.” Dick slipped a tracker into his hand and grabbed Danny’s arm with the other. Dragging him to where he had hidden the super car. “Good thing I took the car and not the bike.”
He led Danny to the passenger seat, slipping the tracker in his backpack before shutting the door and climbing into the vehicle himself.
---
The following three weeks were filled with Dick watching, tracking, and catching the runaway teen. Like he had told Amy he had Red Robin, otherwise known as his brother Tim, look into the kid. Tim unfortunately was having zero luck, with only his name to go on and the bus there was little to find. Every town the bus stopped in either held no record of a Danny or had someone else on record who looked nothing like the kid in mind. Tim offered to take a deeper look, but it would take more time.
When he had captured Danny the second time it had been two days since his rehome. He had even brought Tim along to see if recognized the kid from news articles or missing children reports. Though Tim mostly just laughed at how much Danny looked like a fusion of the Robins. Swearing he’d keep this off Bruce’s radar. They were in mid-conversation when Danny walked out the front of the Green family home with the dog, shutting the door behind him and opening it again slowly to sneak the dog back inside. Once the dog was inside, he made a mad dash down the road.
“Did he seriously just pretend to take the dog for a walk and run?” Tim asked in shock.
“Yep.” Dick answered unsurprised, “Come on we’ll catch up.”
Once again, the kid had made a heading towards the harbor district. He made it four blocks before taking a moment to breathe. Dick just slowly drove up with Tim in the passenger seat, right in front of the straight-faced boy.
“Need a lift?” Dick smirked as Danny gave him a strange look.
“How the fuck did you find me? Its be two minutes, are you stalking me?” Danny asked bewilderment in his voice.
“Language!” Tim yelled from inside the car, a laugh slipping from Dick. Danny just sighed in response and got into the car. Knowing the heroes wouldn’t let him leave so easily.
Danny’s next foster home took up a large part of an apartment building’s top floor. The Bates’ family were lively bunch and each time Dick checked in Danny had been forced into some game with the younger children or doing chores. When he tried to sneak away, he had gone to the roof rather than head for the building’s front doors. Dick watched as he tried to the fire escape to traverse the buildings side once again. This one was older though and had rotted away, leaving Danny to fall as a railing tore from his weight. Dick was able to grab him mid fall and bring the teen safely to the ground.
“We really need to stop meeting like this! It’s your fall-t at this point” Dick laughed while Danny pushed the hero away. Shoving his hands into his hoodie pockets as he made his way back to the apartment head hanging low.
Foster home number four was with Carter’s in the suburbs of Gotham. This was Danny’s least creative of escapes, not that the fire escapes had been very original. Their home was Danny’s most successful, despite the warnings they had been given the Carter’s had given Danny his space. He had the entire basement as his bedroom and had been allowed to move freely. Danny tested the waters a few times, leaving to get food from the corner store and staying at a park for a few hours at a time. They never interfered and so finally late at night he snuck out the basement window.
Dick had been notified when he left the neighbor hood but shocked when he struggled to find the kid. Danny had him on a goose chase till four am until he was caught entering a back alley. Once again Danny gave no sign of annoyance or dissatisfaction. He just entered the car quietly and let Dick drop him off the station. He had a quick word with Gordan urging him to make sure the next home was secure.
The Geller home was secure, practically a prison for those inside. Multiple locks and alarms were armed on every exit of the house. Windows barred and security cameras outside the home. They had been so sure they could keep Danny in and barred him from ever leaving without supervision. They had been shocked when they opened the door the following morning to a Nightwing and Danny scratched up at the door like lost kittens.
Dick knew they couldn’t let him just leave, so he suggested the GCPS call a certain Bruce Wayne.
“So, you want me to take in a runaway? One that no one knows anything about and could be a meta for all anyone knows?” Bruce asked from behind his desk, Dick stood before him in casual clothing scratching the back of his neck.
“Yes. He’s been escaping consistently and though I’ve been keeping my eye on him I can’t be driving back and forth from Blüdhaven this much. Tim has been looking into him but has hit a wall on the subject. I wouldn’t normally invest this much time, but this kid isn’t normal.” Dick ranted starting to pace the room.
“Because of his lack of emotional expression?” Bruce inquired.
“No, that isn’t the strangest thing. Cass was like that for quite some time before, but he fought an armed man twice his size and probably would have won. So far, he’s shown no signs of metahuman abilities outside of above human skill. A description that fits our entire family, I might add.” Dick pressed, no one else could handle a crimefighting kid like the Waynes.
“So he was part of the hostage situation earlier this month?” Bruce thought aloud.
“Yes.” Dick answered trying to read the man before him. “So will you take him in?”
Bruce smiled at Dick and rose from his chair to stand by his son.
“Of course, I think we could do with another in the manor. The others will be excited for another new face.” Bruce continued to smile as he left to call Gordon and let Alfred know to prepare a room for a new guest.

Why on earth does the Wiki and searches about NukaWorld claim Preston becomes hostile if present for Taken for a Ride or spoken to after the player becomes Overboss??? I’ve played the entire DLC twice now, different PCs, different saves, regular and survival, and I took Preston both times for the DLC??? I never even got a ‘disliked’ from the man, except for being too forgiving to Harvey. He loved a lot of my sass at the Raiders?? And if I talked to him just would say I’d shown him I’m one of the good guys/repaid my trust in him. I mean, I’m sure if you agree to go Raider and like, kill settlers and shit. But I completed most of the questline short of taking over settlements or hurting innocents (took over the park, turned on power, etc) first save, and still completed grand tour and home sweet home on survival, before Open Season. I romanced the man in the overboss office yesterday before starting my raider killing spree. He never doubted I was just scoping out the place, which I was.

#theo's thoughts#Story time for the people who love reading tags bc I love sharing things in the tags#So I work at a therapeutic day school and this past school year like four school days before Thanksgiving break I was asked a question#The question was if I would be willing to step up and be a long term sub in a middle school classroom#To me this was less of a question and more of a hey we need someone to do this and you're who the assistant teacher asked for#Which cool yeah fine I'll give it a go I really like that person (the assistant teacher who asked for me) and I trust her judgement on this#I was asked and accepted on Thursday. Friday‚ Monday‚ and Tuesday happen. Then three day Thanksgiving break#When we got back from break I was the teacher and it was rough at first and it sure as hell was never easy but I enjoyed it#My formal teacher observation was my boss basically going like so I see you doing all the things and the basis is there#But it's not being followed through on because of behaviors from the most unmedicated classroom I've seen in all my years working education#And now for the summer they're changing 2/3 staff that were in the room and who even knows who the teacher will be (a new hire? Maybe?)#If there truly is a new hire coming in (fed to the wolves immediately btw what a dick move) but that new hire will be the fourth teacher#These kids have had in a year? A year and a half max. The fourth. After the only thing I've been repeatedly told by admin for months#Is that we need to be stable and consistent because we may be these kids' only reliable source of that consistency and stability?#So you're going to have me come in and tell me I've done such a great job and then tell me you're moving me to 'give me a break'#Trauma informed care my fucking ass. I hope those kids raise fucking hell over it.#The brutal satisfaction of watching your own crops burn and knowing that the invaders will starve is great and all but these are kids!#They're barely just about to be teenagers (11 at the youngest and 14 at the oldest) and this is what you're going to do to them?#Yes they can be complete assholes and are often dicks to one another but they're in our school for a fucking reason? I don't get it.#Then two hours later after being told abt the change‚ the clinical director puts me as one of the three main recipients in an email#Saying that there's going to be a new student starting in that room in the summer and the real icing on the cake?#This all happens on last day before summer break. we're out of session for two weeks now and you're just dropping these changes on us now?#God I'm so fucking tired

Outside of all of… that happening to Gojo, and finishing Snowfall the other day, eek……..
#I can live with what gege did to Gojo even though it hurts so much bro#but I can’t deal with what happened to Franklin bro that’s one of the worst character endings ever omg my chest….#i meant it in a ‘that’s so fucked up’ way not ‘this is badly written’ because it really does fit his character….. even though witnessing#such a strong and ambitious character turn into……. THAT in the end… bro…………. not Franklin 😭…#his pride left him in ruin… the fact that he actually still had ppl who were willing to stand by his side in the end and help him but he#couldn’t accept it because in his own words ‘I built this shit! and if I wanted to tear it down with my own hands than I will-‘ like he was#so used to being in charge.. the boss… never taking orders from the people who worked for him… and whenever any other character would make#suggestions or decide that they wanted to branch off he’d completely lose his shit because in his mind they’re all stronger together and he#felt like he was losing control of the circumstances that arose and that ‘if only they would’ve listened to ME then everything would’ve#been just fine-‘ and the crazy thing is… Franklin was usually right 😭 like 90% of the time but it’s just he couldn’t communicate with his#friends and peers without blowing up like a demon just because they made their own decisions lmfao#especially without him/his consent lmfaooo he was a control freak for sure#so many awful things wouldn’t have even happened if everyone stuck together and listened but at the same time other characters grew tired#of being underneath him and it was within their right to go do their own thing like I get it#so many things were going to wrong in the end 😭… also teddy is such a bitter bitch bro#the fact that Franklin willingly decided to become…. I can’t even say it…#in the end over receiving what he’d consider a handout is insane…….. living like that? in filth because he’s too prideful to ever work#under anyone ever again even if it’s with a trusted friend… the money really blinded him but I get it#if I had 73 mil stolen from me out of nowhere by a bitter white man just because I told him I didn’t want to do business with him anymore#in the 80’s then I’d lose it too but ong Franklin was too ambitious to end up like this…#he kind of character you’d just watch and instantly think to yourself ‘this guy could go anywhere he wants. he’s no caged bird…’#so it makes his ending even more devastating……..#rambling#if you ever watch snowfall don’t watch the last episode 🥺 please promise me you won’t?

I actually have semi fleshed out (kimchay) AUs for like most of Jeff's MV but none of them are finished and I hate(not actually i love talking about them) talking about my wip before they're finished cause it makes me work on them less cause I'm like
I talked about it = I worked on it :)
and then I never continue writing then 😔
Anyway here is a couple of them:
Dum Dum - (currently 12k written)
KimChay are walking home one night accidentally walk into an alleyway where they see a group of gang members killing someone, Kim tries to help Chay escape but ends up knocked on conscious and Chay is taken back to their leader. Chay believes Kim died in the alleyway.
A year passes with Chay now living as the mafia bosses husband. Chays mind is broken and believes the mafia boss is Kim due to him living in delusions to deal with the trauma. One day someone plants a bomb in the mansion and breaks in. Sunshine is tattooed on their neck and Chay thinks its a mercenary sent to kill him. He insists his name is Kim, but Chay doesn't believe him. His Kim didn't have tattoos or white hair.
Lucid- (currently 6k written)
Chay lives by himself and tends to a large garden. one day he finds a man passed out in his garden. Chay takes him back to his home and takes care of him. When the man wakes up he is startled and scared of Chay and jumps out of Chays window.
A week later the man comes back. They grow close and Chay eventually learns the mans name, and that he is a fae. As they grow closer Chay starts to feel sick and he keeps forgetting things. One day he forgets Kim.
Another fae curses Chay to forget Kim every time they part cause they’re jealous Kim doesn’t want them (the curse also causes Chay to be in pain whenever they’re together it takes Kim a while to figure this out which is why he keeps coming back, he just thinks Chay’s sick) but you know Chay is Chay so he’s so excited to meet a fae and talk and help him etc. but eventually Kim figures out how to break the curse: he has to die.
(not MCD has happy ending)
Loop - (currently 4k written)
Kim is forced to work at his family's company but he hates it and is intentionally being bad at his job. When he gets paired up with one of the company's best employees to make him better, Kim starts to fall for Chay. Kim does star actually learned how to do his job but Kim continues to be bad at his job so Chay will have to help him more.
One day Kim overhears his father saying if Chay doesn't get Kim to start working better he will be fired. So Kim starts to actually do his job. And when he is finally doing well, Chay is forced to quit anyway cause Korn doesn't like Kim is in love with a random employee.

So anyways my plan for the next two months is to kickass at work while I get another job and then leave their asses.
#I'm so mad about this#I've been at this company for 6 years and for the most part everyone I've worked with has been great#Easy to get along with. Smart. Caring.#I've had some not so great bosses and every once in a while I've encountered problem people#But repeatedly one person (not in my vertical but a key person in my org)#Has repeatedly made me feel like shit. Even if she claims to mean well or whatever#I absolutely never feel like we're ok the same team. It always feels like it's her team or death#Which is not an environment I thrive in#And then her boss (who is also my bosses boss) either feeds into that or exacerbates it#I wish I had had the words during our engagement survey because I'm not the only one who feels this way#So many people go into a meeting with her expecting to talk about one thing and instead she asks for something else entirely#It consistently feels like she has no trust in her team and she does not want to foster a culture of 'we're in the same team'#She is fostering a culture of 'im the boss so I'll dictate exactly what I want and I am free to change it at any time'#So. Anyways. If you know of companies hiring in their product or portfolio space hit me up.#I spent 10 hours trying not to cry at work today and then had three separate little cries#Going to going with my boss a little about taking a week off soon#He's going to be alarmed and concerned but like. He should be.#(my boss is generally great my only complaint is that he hasn't figure out how to work with his boss yet so that's compounding my issues.#But that is not all on him. And he has never once made me feel like we're not on the same team)#Blah blah ok. Tomorrow I work and then do the life shit I didn't do today#The day after that I do a second pass at my resume#And use a working block at work to figure out what I want (and sketch out my teams pain points and potential solutions)

damnnn was thinking of minedai and i think someone started cutting onions in my room haha
thinking about minedai always starts off like 'haha lmao mine so silly so silly yandere who would cry if daigo told him he was happy to have him as a friend' and then it quickly devolves into 'mine and daigo were both incredibly lonely people growing up one way or another, neither of them feeling as though they had a genuine relationship with someone until meeting each other' and then i throw up and cry

Started thinking about the Amanda Waller + Ben Turner relationship again.... fuck, I'm gonna need a minute
#I JUST- SHDIAUDJSHDSHEYEYRYRYRY guys. guys#i know none of you see my vision and thats okay. i will make you see my vision. i will force you to see my vision. i will-#like jesus fucking christ oh my god. its so interesting and gives me so many emotions and just!!!#i know im not making sense bc none of my moots are sui sq fans and also like half of the content fucking me up specifically here is in my#head because i cant stop thinking about my absolute power fix it au but like!!!!!!!#also the fact i have a fix it for a comic that isnt out yet is so funny to me. its literally fucking real though. god knows we need it#may my own content carry me through the dark times (extreme villain waller arc)#anyways this fucks me up so bad you dont even know. someday ill actually explain it#dc hire me to write a suicide squad ongoing PLEASE. i could do it so good it would be so fucking good dc PLEASE 😭😭😭😭😭😭#also like this isnt me shipping them btw. like 110% not that. just to clarify.#i wouldnt even call it a friendship bc like. theyre not friends really. he has the most equal dynamic with her i would say but it still isnt#equal. shes v much his boss even though they have an understanding and respect there#like she believes and trusts in him much more than anybody really even himself. like she sees the good man and the leader even when he#doesnt. but she isnt nice about it. and there is a lot of conflict between them when there needs to be#like as much as ben is “wallers man”--the team leader she wanted from the beginning before rick flagg pushed his way in#ben i would say is still a very moral person even when lost and unsure of himself and his goodness (which is like one of his main things)#like i feel like while amanda can lean very into a “the ends justify the means” mindset in her worse moments and do bad things to get#herself out of a corner ben has like a deep and meaningful understanding of how the choices of your methods and how you act can weigh on you#like even though he was brainwashed and whatnot (thats still the story right? i cant remember) he holds a lot of guilt and baggage over his#actions and i think is able to temper amanda's worse tendencies in terms of that by calling her out when he recognizes that behavior#idk. i just really think that amanda waller and the suicide squad as a whole has lost its way without a more moral authority presence there.#like someone who can call her out and keep them more on track. which i really thing ben is and could be#i just very much am interested in their dynamic and how that would look like as equals and how i think they could help each other.#which ofc is what my wip is about and revolves around#blah#sui sq
