Like do y’all see how Wakui basically justified all Kisaki’s fucked up actions towards Mikey by having Mikey state he doesn’t care what he does as long as he guides him as his darkness takes over. Mind you, he said this because he realized that Kisaki was a shifty ass dude and had no problems getting his hands dirty while the others were good. Kisaki straight up says “even if I don’t do it the way you like” and Mikey just doesn’t care.. are you kidding me. But this makes me wonder about things too.

How he reacted to both Baji and Emma’s deaths. Both were killed in his vicinity and Kisaki had a hand in both of their deaths. Both of them were the closest people to Mikey. But while Kisaki didn’t stab Baji, Mikey was aware Baji didn’t like Kisaki and he went only after him during the battle, but Mikey didn’t do anything when Kisaki was actively instigating shit leading to Bajis death. He was aware of this but him not attacking him there was expected. After all, Kazutora was the one to fatally injure Baji. His anger towards him was justified among other things. SO, please help me understand why he didn’t attack Kisaki like he did Kazutora when he KILLED HIS BABY SISTER. He instead took his anger/energy out on Izana. Like does that make sense? No but now that we have this chapter I wonder if Mikey didn’t blame Kisaki because he actively encouraged him to do shit. I mean all of what Kisaki did was to isolate Mikey and get him to greatness while being his right hand. He was wrong but he was encouraged. 🤷🏾‍♀️

kisaki cant believe that mikey will betray him into kicking him out to toman, after losing hope he decided to build tenjiku his last card on winning hina's heart . Kisaki killed emma as revenge to mikey, if kisaki did not died in a car accident im pretty sure mikey will hunt him to death. Now i understand in any timeskip (excpt bonten) there is always something that happens to draken and mitsuya because they disagree to mikey. While smiley (nahoya) who agrees to mikey is still alive and still Division 5 captain of toman in black dragon arc timekip.

i can't imagine what would have happened to me if I had been in chifuyu's place.

my head is bursting just from the thought that baji died protecting mikey from the darkness, while mikey thought it was a wonderful reason to finally release it and immerse himself in it even more.

Comment chapter 265

Title: “Stand by me”

Even though Mikey said this to Kisaki, who he really want by his side is someone like Takemichi.

Mikey is traumatised and confused about what he wants. He though Kisaki was like him, so he asked him to guide him.

However, what happen to Pah-chin started from Kisaki. I don’t know what Mikey expected from Kisaki (how having Kisaki by his side would help him), but all Kisaki did was to ruin Mikey’s life further.

Also, considering the first timeline, Kisaki plotted Draken death. He is also the culprit of Baji death. Kisaki never cared for Mikey, he just wants to use him alimenting his darkness.

In the first timeline, Mikey never met Takemichi. Is after meeting Takemichi that Mikey realise he shouldn’t trust Kisaki, so he kicked him out of Toman. He understood he made a wrong decision.

But with or without Kisaki, Mikey is not able to control his darkness on his own. (Now, I don’t know Sanzu role in all this yet)

Even in the alternative futures, Mikey just disappear and let Kisaki control Toman. It seems that he doesn’t need Kisaki anymore, but Kisaki already achieve his objective to be the boss of Toman. He also doesn’t need Mikey anymore.

I’m really curious about what Mikey thinks of Takemichi.

And it’s just hilarious that everything started from Takemichi:

Takemichi saving Hina made Kisaki jealous

Kisaki wanted to be better than Takemichi to make Hina fall for him

Takemichi wanted to be a top delinquent

Mikey was the top delinquent, so Kisaki began plotting to use him

Takemichi gave up in his dream because of Toman (Kiyomasa was part of Toman) —> his life was ruined

Takemichi time-leaped and had to infiltrate Toman to stop Kisaki from killing Hina

Takemichi becoming Mikey (victim of Kisaki) “light”

Anyway, Mikey says that he need “something else” that is not strength. By meeting Kisaki, he conclude he needs darkness. Maybe meeting Takemichi made him realise what he needs is not darkness, bat darkness is too strong. And after Kisaki death, Sanzu kept alimenting this darkness.

By the way, I really want to know how Mikey’s past is connected to time-leaping. I’m glad to see Mikey POV about previous arcs, but this is giving me little answers and more questions.

Summing up:

Mikey wasn’t alright even before meeting Kisaki. If he had never met Kisaki, but associated in some way with Hanma (for example), that wouldn’t lead to a good future. Even if Kisaki never existed in Mikey life, there is Sanzu who could corrupt him.

But Kisaki surely make things worse. (Chapter 205) He used Osanai, manipulated Pah-chin and later Peh-yan, plotted to kill Draken, manipulated Kazutora (who was already unstable), lead Baji to his death, killed Emma and Izana.

Takemichi seems to have something that the others member of Toman don’t have. About this, I have some options:

Determination/Never give up

Empathy

Time-leaping power (If so, I would be disappointing)

The only thing this chap gave me was frustration.

Like okay, I know we weren't gona get something very revealing or earth shattering truth from this, as we had basic gist of it just being meeting with Kisaki and Takemitchi.

But the fact that Mikey revealed his Dark Pulses to Kisaki after only two or three meetings - while he took almost a year or more to mention anything to Takemitchi (I meant recording the video - not the twelve year time skip when they opened the treasure box). And he didn't mention a word about it to Draken or mitsuya or any of the captions (here I'm assuming Baji has a slight idea, what with being his childhood friend and all)

Its just so frustrating - like boy!!! You are making the biggest mistake!!!

(And I can never forgive Kisaki for anything he did - the list is long; nothing can excuse his twisted and evil actions)

But now this makes sense -

I always wondered why was Kisaki saying things that made no sense, but he was referring here to what Mikey had told him.

Though I have no idea why would mikey need those dark impulses, like he is already strong, he is invincible - then why!?

We are missing something, something big.

There are still soooo many questions unanswered, this flashback didn't give us what we need😮‍💨😑
