So thankful Debling is not in part 2. Honestly at this point I feel like part 1 and this Debling nonsense is the garbage I have to sit through to get to the real Polin season which will start in June. It's funny how Bridgerton got all this big talk about how women shouldn't be treated as chattels and breeding stocks while having the current female protagonist who in her own way, has treated others as chattels and breeding stocks, enabling her fans in cheering her on for that very behaviour and in reducing her co-lead to a prize for her to ultimately win, a doormat for her to trample on, a mere option she could consider but otherwise insignificant, instead of the main character in his own right, in other words, as chattels and breeding stocks. It's so funny. Ha. Ha. Ha.

Kate and Anthony Promo - a Few Thoughts
I am just going to note a few thoughts on this promo that was released yesterday.
The first thing to note is Kate is wearing the same dress as in the clip we had released the other day, but her jewellery (earrings and hair accessory) are slightly different, Anthony is in something completely different to that clip.
We can see they are standing very close, and touching continuously (not just with the hands) which is so sweet, which shows that they are in love and happy, but also presents an image of strength and unity, Anthony has someone by his side who will be his partner and on his side.
We see Anthony leaning in to whisper in Kate's ear and then Kate turning to him and giving him a kiss, this is the opposite of the last of the moving portrait promos from season 2 where we saw Kate whispering in Anthony's ear and Anthony leaning in to give her a kiss.
I love that what we see here are the aspects of what made them great in season 2 still there but with a playfulness about it, Kate briefly looks at Anthony with a sort of playfully vexed expression before she kisses him, they linger after the kiss maintaining the eye contact which was a big part of their communication in season 2.
I think we will begin to see more of these moving portraits and the character introductions from later this week, and I am going to be bold to try and guess which characters we might get.
I will be surprised if we get more Kate and Anthony, which will be disappointing considering the lack of promotion they did together for their own season, but I think we could get a couple of other Bridgertons in addition to the main couple of course.
So my pick for which ones we may get character introductions/moving portraits for are:
Benedict
Francesca
Eloise
Lady Danbury
Queen Charlotte
Other possibilities include:
Marcus Anderson
John Stirling
Cressida
