I'm hoping you all will join me when I choose to publish Gold Rush! Gold Rush is the original story I've been working on in the background for some time now. At one point I did have the first chapter up on AO3, but decided to take it down.

It's a story that's near and dear to my heart. And, if I might add, I'm glowing with pride where it's concerned. Gold Rush is Holly and Pan's origin story, their romance, and focuses on Character Development, Found Family Dynamics, Working with Trauma, and providing good representation for those of us who struggle with both Physical and Mental Disabilities.

When I was a child growing up in the 1980s, the radio was my main way of discovering music. I often used to sit in my bedroom listening while doing stuff or making mixtapes. Today we're bombarded with multimedia and music has become much more of a visual thing. I'm not necessarily against that, as video done well can compliment a song, but sometimes it's nice to just listen without any other senses being involved. So I've decided to do a new series called In The Room, which is basically just me in my rawest form, in a room with acoustic guitar singing into one room mic. That's refreshing for me because I don't have much technology in the way and hopefully for you, it's a more direct, immediate way to enjoy the songs. I'll add more episodes as and when I feel to.
