The Jenny Packham you posted is very similar to the Phillipa Lepley gown she wore in The Bahamas. It's lovely but they're a bit too similar. In general, I don't mind when Kate wears similar pieces for day wear but i don't like concept of 2 very similar gowns.
I'm so sorry for the delay in responding to this, Anon. I've been swamped with work.
For those of you wondering, a picture of the gown to which Anon is referring is posted below.
There are definitely similarities, but for me there are enough differences. The skirt is different in several ways, including the fabric. I believe this gown is also a light shade of green versus the grey of the Phillipa Lepley, but the biggest difference for me is the ribbons that make up the bodice and trail down the skirt. I just think they're stunning.

Viscountess Newport wore tiara for her wedding, but I have seen just some blurry photos so far...
Thanks! I'll get a tiara alert up for it in a bit. Her gown is by Phillipa Lepley but I haven't been able to find out anything about the tiara or really any tiaras that belong the family. Here's some more pictures but they are quite blurry (Update: here's better pics from Tatler) and the page for the dress. I normally don't pay to much attention to the dresses but this is one of my favorite noble or royal wedding dress I've seen in a while. Even though the cut is totally different it reminds me of Crown Princess Victoria dress with how it's made entirely of duchess silk satin with no lace or other adornments.
Also, we've also got two state banquet happening later today! The one from Finland to Sweden will definitely have tiaras and I hope to see Jenni Haukio, the first lady of Finland, wear the Finnish state jewelry.
I'm not sure what to expect with the one from Qatar to Spain because the last Qatari/Spanish state banquet in 2011 had kind of a weird dress code with white tie but no tiaras or sashes. My best guess is that they were trying to accommodate their guests since Sheikha Moza does not wear tiaras.
I'm interested to see if Sheikha Jawahir will follow her mother-in-law's example now that she is the first lady of Qatar or if we might see her wear a tiara. I think this is her first state banquet and the Qatari royals can certainly afford all of the tiaras that they want. She wore some nice diamonds and pearls for the welcoming ceremony.

kate's wardrobe weakest spot is evening gowns imo. People trying to figure out her Earthshot look but all her evening gowns are ugly. It'll be a bad look if she goes all out with a 20k ball gown while the whole world is dealing with recession but she's PoW now and it's time for her to build up on that. She's more mature and more assured now in what fits her, i truly believe it's time for her to do some long-term investments she'll be able to wear a few times in the future, BESIDES coat dresses
Can confirm: I strongly dislike most of Kate's evening gowns. 2021 and 2022 have been stronger years, mostly due to the brilliance of Jenny Packham and Phillipa Lepley. These gowns seem to be more showstopping and daring, and she looked confident and radiant. Those outfits give me hope. But then I remember the plucked chicken of 2019, various floral monstrosities, and her habit of re-wearing her worst evening gowns from the early 2010s.
If we're doing Earthshot predictions I think it might be another rewear or something very understated. Since the event is based on the enivornment she will be keen to recycle like she did last year. So, the outfit will most likely be pretty boring. I'm not sure which dress will make a reappearce.
I agree with you about her building up on a new wardrobe, though. I think she's already been doing that with the good dresses I mentioned above. Kate has reputation for dressing like a trad-wife and while she still does, she's also starting to juggle her more traditional outfits with modern ones depending on the event. Her wardrobe for the Caribbean tour is the perfect example of that. Hopefully she pulls herself together and gets some nice evening gowns.

I really wanted to love the Phillipa Lepley gown from the Bahamas tour, but I just can't. I'm not sure if it's the material (love the color) or perhaps the fit in the waist/bust area. Something feels off about it. Your thoughts?
Overall, I really like it. My main issue with it is the skirt. With that much fabric, I feel like the skirt should be more of a traditional ball skirt. The amount of material and the way it's pleated made the skirt look really heavy to me. Otherwise, I think the gown itself is beautiful. I'm not a fan of the styling at all though. The jewelry just didn't work for me. This was a great opportunity to bring out a colored gemstone power necklace and earrings in my opinion. I would've loved to see the Ruby and Diamond Floral Bandeau Necklace again.
I can see why some people wouldn't like this gown though. It's very different from what Kate normally wears.
