November 24/25/26, 2023 - Despite the temporary ceasefire the people of the world are still taking to the streets everywhere in huge numbers to demand an enduring end to Israel's occupation and genocide of the Palestinian people.
Here is a small selection of the solidarity demonstrations this past weekend. People are not letting themselves be tired out or distracted, Palestine is not alone!
Qatar and Kuwait have reportedly issued directives to the United States stating that their fighter jets are not permitted to use airbases in these Arab nations to launch airstrikes against Iran.
Not only are U.S. fighter jets prohibited from using military bases, but Qatar and Kuwait have also forbidden the use of their airspace for any military actions against Iran. This measure significantly limits Washington’s ability to conduct strikes against Tehran.
Both Qatar and Kuwait, which border Iran, have stressed their neutral stance and desire to avoid any conflict in the region.
The U.S. has stationed its military aircraft at the Ali Al Salem Air Base and Ahmed Al Jaber Air Base in Kuwait, and at the Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar, which is the largest U.S. airbase in the Middle East
"How heartbreaking is it that we are now seeing videos of humans in Gaza celebrating an uncertain ceasefire. Just the pure fact that there is a POSSIBILITY that they don't have to be chased by bombs anymore has made them hopeful."

In Qatar a Mexican man was arrested then tourtured for being gay.
Manuel Guerrero, a Mexican gay man that has been living in Qatar for 7 years, was arrested on February 4. Guerrero arrived to a date with a man he met on grinder, it was a fake profile created by the police itself. They platned a quarter of a gram of methamphetamine on him.
Since then Manuel has been deprived of sufficient water and food, has been denied a lawyer, has been forced to identify more LGBTTTIQ+ members from his phone contacts, has been forced to sign documents in arabic without translation, has been forced to watch other people detaind being whipped and has also been denied the medication for HIV.
Due to his dual nationality, México can't interfere.
