#Papa Emmet
Text
AU Akari was like, abandoned and left at Gear Station, and she was taken to a hospital and had a DNA test done to find the mother who may have left a baby out to die. They find the mother and arrest her, but the father's DNA throws them for a loop.
It's either Emmet or Ingo. They're identical twins, it's physically impossible to tell which one it is. Neither Ingo or Emmet know who tf the mother is and they're very confused.
The twins already live together so they just decide to have joint custody and both be Dad. It doesn't even occur to either of them to not take the infant in.

Stella!
Tumblr media
She’s an old oc! One I made after being inspired by @little-puku ’s Papa Ingo au! Stella, however, gets adopted by Emmet! All during the Ingoless period of his life. Their relationship, ups and downs, are my favorite thing to think and write about at the mo. So expect some stuff about her for sure!
Thank @peachsodama for such a wonderful job yet again! She’s wonderful at bringing ocs to life!
🍓🍓🍓
"No, Stella." Emmet takes the fruit gummies from her hands and places them back on the shelf. "We have a list. We are following the list."
Stella frowns harder for a moment, squinting at the gummies she's been denied. But as Emmet starts to walk further down the aisle with the cart, she's quick to follow, holding onto his coat for good measure.
When she lets go again, Emmet sighs to himself. He turns around, seeing Stella hold up another box, these of iced cookies shaped like the various Eeveelutions. She wilts under his blank stare, though, and sadly places them back herself.
Emmet almost wants to let her have one of the snacks she keeps bringing him, but none of them are remotely healthy. Stella might be the first child Emmet has properly cared for, but he knows that snacks in bright boxes with silly characters are usually not good. And the last thing Emmet wants is for Stella to get sick.
Arceus, he sounds like Drayden.
Little arms circle his leg, drawing him from his thoughts. Emmet looks down at where Stella clings to him, face hidden in his thigh as she tugs his coat closer around her. Down the aisle, a woman browses the snacks, a Herdier bouncing around her legs.
Emmet places a hand on Stella's back and quickly ushers her away, to the first aisle he can find without anyone or any Pokémon in it.
“Stoutland?” A small voice squeaks up to Emmet.
“Herdier.” Emmet corrects gently. He carefully strokes Stella’s hair from her eyes. She’s got her face pressed back into his leg, expression unreadable. It makes Emmet’s heart ache. “You were close!”
“Mm.” Is all Stella replies with. She steps away from Emmet, and any guilt or sympathy Emmet feels is erased when she holds up a box of chocolate bars. "Sweets?"
"That is it." Emmet scoops Stella up, ignoring her high pitched squawk, and places her in the child's seat of the cart. "You are in time out. No more snacks that are not on the list."
Stella pouts, but says nothing, merely playing with Emmet's tie as they continue their errand.
“You got macaroons.” She mutters. “Not on the list.”
“Hush.” Is all Emmet can say. “You weren’t supposed to see that.”
🍓🍓🍓
I love them!

Soulbond
Sometimes souls that are bound to each other... no matter the time or the distance they face, they will always find each other
A follow up of the comics I have made so far! I was listening to this song in particular while doing this one in case someone want to read it with it!
This time I tried to make it very "Shōjo manga” on how Sugi perceives Ingo, sometimes she is just very happy to see him! (he gets happy to see her too, not everyday you find an amnesiac outsider like you in old Sinnoh)
I also wanted to add the idea of “red string of fate” since they do know each other before and do have feeling... is just they don’t remember
For some context, people at Jubilife and some of the Pearl Clan think both of them are married (they are not), but due to their “amnesia” they don’t remember it, so in a way “all mighty Sinnoh” was kind to them to reunited "the lovers” back again. In a way Sugi and Ingo just go with the idea (even tho they know is not true that they are married) since both have this feeling they once meet each other before but they can't quite understand “why”
Btw look!!  Past Emmet and Sugi’s brother Kaede show up!! haha
Here is an order doing in case you want to read the ones before this one! as time pass I am sure I will add prologues for some stuff here and there but lets just make it this way for now!

@m1sosazai replied to your post “Emmet being secret police to protect Ingo, cause...”:
please don't let ingo's cooking have been so bad that emmet throws up every time he eats it (yor ilu but cooking and being able to hug ppl w/o crushing their bones is NOT one of ur strengths 😭)
Ingo still gets to be a good cook!! I simply cannot imagine him being a bad one, lmao. Although Emmet was definitely the victim of some of Ingo’s early failures in his learning to cook phase, so he doesn’t necessarily get off scot-free. sometimes sacrifices have to be made, Emmet...

Emmet being scared of spiders (the ones that isn’t joltik or galvantula or the animal ones), not liking them or killing them out of fear is very weird to me, it actually makes me sad.

Emmet the ambitious, sweet-natured, intelligent, sentimental, good-natured, easily-annoyed and Dragon-hating Elephant Furrie who dreams of becoming a country and western songwriter but got swindled then cheated out of his fortune by a small army of MediEvil Dragons before burning down his farmhouse. Since then he has developed a strong more intense dislike towards Dragons, especially MediEvil Dragons. One night he met and befriended Papa Bear along with his guardian angel Jodie the Heavenly Whippet and a few Animal Furries whom they helped on their quest. While camping out for the night Emmet tearfully tells his new friends the story of his whole ordeal with the MediEvil Dragons who robbed him then destroyed his farmhouse. He also expresses his desire to become a country and western singer before breaking down crying. Sympathetic Jodie kindly offers the sobbing Elephant a permanent home on Pig Island near The Castle of Heaven once he agrees to help build Papa Bear's Farm, to which the latter gladly accepts. Following a long and treacherous journey all throughout Pleasure Paradise the adventuring travellers finally arrive on Pig Island. But by the time they all reach The Castle of Heaven, however, an entire swarm of over fifty or so MediEvil Dragons arrive to storm The Castle of Heaven to raid it's lost Dragons Gold. In the midst of the ensuing battle Emmet comes across the same MediEvil Dragons who intimidated then threatened him earlier. Enraged Emmet furiously charges toward the the thing he dearly hates. The MediEvil Drgaons react by breathing Dragon breath but Emmet rapidly drinks water from a nearby well and extinguishes the their Dragon Flame. Emmet the angrily beats up The MediEvil Dragons unconscious. As a token of his everlasting gratitude Papa Bear provides Emmet a Elephant Wand and teaches him some magic. After casting a powerful spell on the humiliated Dragons Emmet realises Papa Bear is his true creator along all of the whole universe they living in. As declaring himself his loyal servant Papa Bear offers Emmet a job opportunity. Emmet agreed. A short while later Emmet works full-time as a country musician travelling all over Pig Island and performing at some of the locations including The Jungle Boar Village. When not working Emmet loves to go to either The Nude Camp, The Nudist Spa or one of The Nude Beaches as relaxation for Papa Bear to make giant nude clay sculptures of him. Emmet occasionally visits Papa Bear's Farm (it has since been owned by Georgette the French Ice Cream Cow and Papa Bear's boss at Georgette's Ice Cream and Yoghurt Co after Papa Bear handed much of his remaining Dragons Treasure to her) to see his former adversaries who have been reduced to near-mindless, slobbering, banana-guzzling imbeciles with the minds of a primitive apes. The story ends with Emmet singing to ''The Elephant Necessities'' while shaking his massively wobbly butt when he inherits The Papa Bear Genes🐘🐻🐲🏰

More funny and cute parenting scenarios! How about the kids finding their parents clothes and walking around the house pretending to be their parents! (Said parents watch in amusement)
Arceus forbid Volo’s kid finds his hair gel
I kinda did a little spin on this...
Ingo finally closed the laptop as he rested his eyes for a moment. Work truly never ended some days despite being out of the office. He got up for a moment to go get a drink of water and returned soon after. But, there was something amiss. The laptop was open again while tiny hands tried to type. Erin stood on his knees to reach the computer while a familiar coat was almost like a wrap around him. A black cap sat on his head just off kilter and leaning forward. A badly tied tie was much too long around the neck of the baggy shirt that came to his bent knees. He also spied much too large shoes on his feet.
Ingo cleared his throat. Erin jumped back in a panic, previously stern and frowning face not overwrought with fear. Ticking his tongue, he walked over to pick the small boy up. Eyes momentarily glanced at the screen to assess what damage his son had done. Nothing, really, just a misspelt attempt at addressing “Unkle Emet” for a “brake.” A chuckle came from him unconsciously. Spelling was a bit of an issue, but his ease at taking to maths was a bit scary.
“… I'm – I'm a Subway Boss,” Erin cried, “I was doing work!”
“Hmm, is that so?” Ingo fought back the smile that wanted spread across his lips, “My, that document isn't going to Emmet. It's going to a Depot Agent. Are you certain you know what you are doing?”
Erin looked flustered. His shoes dangled off his feet. Ingo could not be upset at the little guy. He instead let him sit in his lap while he worked. The Subway Mini Boss was more than happy there.
~
Emmet grumbled when Ingo handed him the wrong piece again. They had decided to build a model train together again on a rare shared day off, yet it seemed the older twin's heart simply was not in it. Both of them opted for a break and headed to the kitchen to grab some snacks. Maybe hunger was clouding their judgement. However, when they returned, they found a scene unravelling. The model pieces were all over the floor as two oddly dressed kids had taken over the floor. Much too big hats and coats were worn, while even larger shoes seemed to make them trip. The white shirts were more like dresses on them rather than their true purpose. Emmet stood stiffly.
Inka and Emma went deathly quiet with big eyes at the sight of their father and uncle in the room. Model pieces were strewn about from an apparent attempt to finish it. The instruction booklet was in the older twin girl's hand, even. She tried to hide it behind her. Emmet sighed and stepped forth. Picking up Inka, who was dressed in his uniform, and passing her to Ingo, then Emma, who wore Ingo's own, into his own.
“See! It was all wrong, Emma,” Inka shook in Ingo's arms, “I was named after Uncle Ingo, so I should have been in uniform and reading the paper thingy!”
“I'm the older twin,” Emma argued back, hanging limp like a feline in Emmet's hold, “Therefore I am like Ingo more. Plus, I frown like him! You smile like papa!”
Ingo and Emmet locked eyes for a moment. This felt like their own memories from youth. In the end, they both let the little girls help build. Their tiny hands came in very hand in the end. (All the while, Inka kept begging to wear Ingo's uniform instead, to not avail.)
~
Cyrus sat down his tablet on the end table. Standing up, he stretched and left the room for a moment to go stand out on the veranda. Fresh air seemed to reinvigorate his mind from the stupor that document processing lulled him into. Yet, he noticed an oddity when he headed back in to finish his work. Spiky hair was the first thing her noticed, alongside tiny hands tapping away on the lock screen of his tablet. Cyllene sat on the couch wearing a baggy grey vest with a family emblem on the chest. An even baggies long sleeved shirt was more like a dress on her smaller form. His grey slip-ons were also dangling on her feet.
Cyrus treaded over to her. She froze and nearly dropped the tablet. He caught it with ease and sat it back down, noting she had managed to actually unlock it. That would be addressed at a later point. Her actions bewildered his mind. Her use of too much hair gel quickly became apparent as he picked her up. It was still wet. His hand went to gently soothe her hair back down into its usual style. She just leaned into his touch.
“May I ask what all this is?” he spoke quietly, not to sure how to approach this situation.
“I am training to take over Team Galactic,” she replied simply, “… I was going to message Saturn to open Minecraft when I got to the office.”
Cyrus genuinely hated the chuckle that left him at her words. Her innocence was truly something he could help but adore. He informed that he was not going to the office today, and she pouted. It seemed all the attention his grunts and commanders gave her were deeply enjoyed.
~
A yawn left Volo as he headed back in from the garden. Cogita had insisted his repentance for his actions be earned through hard work. Her kindness was bewildering at times, but he supposed his current situation was not one she would decline. Their closeness was something silently understood between both parties. He stepped inside to a sight. On his bed stood his daughter, dressed in a much too big top and saddles that could only be slid to stay on her feet. Her hair was styled back in a manner that made his stomach twist.
“Strike him down,” her tiny voice came out, and he narrowly dodged the attack of her Gible.
“… Just… What are you doing, Astrea?” he walked over to pick her up and set her back on the ground before she fell off and hurt herself. She pouted up at him, barely reaching his knee in height.
“I'm being scary-dad!” she said as if it was the most obvious thing in the world, “Mistress Cogita said you did this to them!” He shook his head. Was the old woman really telling her about what he had done to her other parent? He swallowed. Astrea was much too young to even understand what that meant in seriousness, but he did not like being reminded of his failure and actions. He petted her head and offered to take her for a walk if she changed clothing. She agreed.

Oh my god, I just thought...
With Akari's ability to befriend any Pokémon, N would like her so much. She doesn't captures them or forces them to fight, she 's just happy being their friend. And she shares his love for logical things (math, trains, mechanics), so they always have stuff to talk about. They are friends almost instantly, Ingo and Emmett are so proud of their daughter for making a friend, even though he doesn't seem to like either of them that much. And then Team Plasma happens
HAHA GTFRCED Akari unknowingly befriending the king of a future terrorist group dear LORD.
I like to imagine that Akari's ten when Team Plasma happens, which means N is a good chunk older than her. The usual age for a Trainer journey in Unova I think is like 15?? Somewhere around there. N is like a big brother figure almost.

Ingo and Emmet with Platonic! Teenager.
Ingo and Emmet would simultaneously be great daduncles and the worst daduncles. While they won’t adopt every kid that comes through their lines, they are quite good with them. Their enthusiasm for battle and Emmet’s emphasis on the perfect battle combinations makes for very interesting conversations. Ingo, while intimidating, lends a good ear and has a fatherly air to him that both attracts and repels teenagers and children.
If you become close to them, either through being part of the battle subway or constant communication on your commute, there is a moment of panic with the twins as they realise oh dragons.
If you don’t have any other father or uncle figures in your life it becomes OH DRAGONS. Be prepared for immense fatherly (uncley ?) energy chugging towards you at mach speeds.
Ingo and Emmet are actually quite strict, they are subway bosses after all! Safety checks are very important! Emmet may give you random snacks though, and Ingo is actually quite gentle in scolding. Unless you really were in some sort of danger, then you get two people scolding you at once, they were worried for you. Ingo is checking for any wounds while Emmet is reciting safety rules for you. They definitely care a lot about you though, and they are a lot of fun, they battle and they joke with you and teach you a lot about pokemon, trains and battling. They listen to most teenagers and kids as if they are speaking to another adult, your opinion is verrrry important to them, even if they might not agree with it.
Now here comes the Hisui! Angst warning!
If You were taken
————
Well Emmet is going nuts, he’s posting posters of you and Ingo everywhere, desperately trying to find you two. Just when their family had been growing, they were all taken away from him. He resolves to find the both of you. Perhaps he even finds mentions of another mother, several regions away, who has lost their child mysteriously around the same time. Who knows?
Ingo remembers you, vaguely, like the grinning twin in his mind. The main difference is that you are here, in the flesh. Being next to you feels natural, and helps bring back more flashes of a time long past, and maybe he gains more memories as the time goes by.  Ingo in particular is a hulking papa-bear, giving advice for battling and in life in general. When you are cast out, Ingo glares at the offenders with sharp silver eyes. You lean on each other as you try to navigate this strange world.
If You weren’t taken
————
You’re likely just as distraught as Emmet is, he does his best to be brave for you, but if you feel inclined to, he might also cry with you, missing Ingo. He’ll be stressed and maybe even short with you, and very protective. He doesn’t want to lose you too. Any help, emotionally or participating in the search, would be very helpful. You might even pull him towards a familiar picture on the internet, depicting a man in a black jacket and frowning face.
Ingo meanwhile feels lost and alone, he gains comfort by taking care of the younger members of Pearl Clan, he remembers brief scoldings of “safety” when he’s with Rei or Akari, and many teenagers like them seem to find much comfort in Ingo. But also…something is missing. What? He resolves to find out.
Reunion
Either way, the reunion is heartfelt, sweet and bitter. So much loud ugly crying.

Meet the Family
🍓🍓🍓
Stella doesn’t understand a lot about the world. Emmet knows that; it was drilled into his head several times as he chugged towards the adoption station. She’s never seen Pokémon before, and fears their power. Emmet knows that.
Yet, holding the girl as she cowers from one of his littlest Joltiks, Emmet feels the weight of the knowledge settle onto his shoulders. Stella is shaking in his arms, whimpering and near tears (which isn’t a hard feat to obtain, but he digresses), all from a single Joltik. Emmet can hardly imagine the terror she must feel in the face of a Pokémon like Garbador or Haxorus.
“It is verrry little.” Emmet coos, holding out his hand for the Joltik to leap into. It squeaks happily, rubbing itself into its trainer’s palm. Stella watches it all with bright, watery eyes. “See? Verrry fuzzy. It won’t hurt you.”
Stella gives a low, distressed hum, tucking herself into a tight ball against Emmet’s chest. Still, despite the obvious reluctance she displays, she pokes out one little hand. Emmet grins, and moves the Joltik closer for her to feel.
Her fingers stiffly trace along the Joltik’s back. It has to stretch and twist to rub itself against her with how still she is. And when her arm retreats back into her ball of safety, the Joltik just squeaks again, pleased.
“Verrrry good!” Emmet says. Stella doesn’t look at him, but does rub her cheek against his shirt. Emmet rubs his cheek to the top of her head in return. “Good job! Well done! Perfect!”
It takes time and coaxing, but Stella’s comfort with the Joltik continues to grow. Emmet let’s the little Pokémon roam around, and it takes it upon itself to follow Stella around. It’s cute, really, watching the little spider jump after Stella as she shuffles around the apartment. Emmet even catches her giving the Joltik a gentle pat to the head every now and then, which makes him beam.
What progress! Emmet just hopes meeting Galvantula goes as smoothly.
-
It does not go smoothly. Stella is terrified of the big spider. Despite Emmet trying to coax her and show her how gentle Galvantula is with her Joltiks, Stella refuses to be on the ground, much less near Galvantula when she’s out.
Emmet rubs his arm, where red claw marks remain from Stella’s sudden climb. Not ideal, no, but Emmet does not quit like that! He has never met a person he couldn’t win over on bug types, not even. . . his own flesh and blood. Stella needs to get used to Pokémon if she wants to live at least somewhat stress-free here, so Emmet does what he does best and strategizes.
He lets Stella keep her distance, but doesn’t keep his own. Emmet smothers Galvantula in endless affection, rubbing his face into her fuzz and playing with her legs to make her look like she’s dancing. He feeds her berries, brushes her fuzz, and even decorates her in pretty bows and clips. All while Stella watches them like she expects them to explode.
But as Emmet ties a pink ribbon around Galvantula’s neck, her chirping and chittering all the while, he does see Stella’s shoulders relax.
It’s not until Galvantula settles into his lap for a nap that Stella crawls closer. The Joltik jumps around her, but she stares down at the resting Galvantula.
“You can pet her.” Emmet says.
Stella raises a hand, then hesitates. “Will. . .” Her voice is so soft Emmet has to strain to hear it. “Will she bite me?”
“Nope.” Emmet gives Galvantula’s backside a sturdy pat. Stella stiffens as the spider stretches out, but doesn’t run away. “She is a verrrrrry good girl.”
Galvantula gives a sleepy chirp.
“You gave her a pink bow.” Stella murmurs, playing with her little fingers.
“Mmhm, like yours.”
Stella ducks her head. She doesn’t pet Galvantula, but she does crawl into Emmet’s side, snuggling up to him as she just observes the giant spider once more.
“Pretty.” She whispers. Galvantula chirps again, then offers a fuzzy pedipalp to the girl. And Stella strokes a finger against it, fluffing the fuzz as she goes. “Hi.”
Emmet can’t help himself from grinning into her crown, so very proud.
Like with the Joltik, it takes time for Stella to warm up to Galvantula. Her hesitance haunts the spider, Emmet can see it in the way Galvantula pretty much stalks Stella whenever she’s out of her ball. Sadly, Stella doesn’t want to get into the elaborate and beautiful webs that Galvantula makes, nor does she sit still long enough for Galvantula to climb atop her, so the spider takes to following Stella around like her Joltik.
Emmet cradles Stella in his arms, letting her peer over his shoulder at Galvantula, who has attached herself to his back. Her pedipalps gently tap either of Stella’s cheeks, and to Emmet’s delight, the girl giggles.
Another success! Victory is eminent!
-
Archeops poses a new, difficult challenge for Stella and Emmet both. The Pokémon isn’t happy to sit still. The moment he’s let out of his ball, Archeops beelines for Stella, screeching happily as he flaps his wings. Stella screams too, chased right into Emmet’s arms as he struggles to calm his prehistoric bird.
It takes an hour to calm Stella down and get her to stop crying and shaking. Luckily, Emmet can leave her with Galvantula and Joltik as he talks to Archeops.
“You need to be gentle.” Emmet says to Archeops. The bird doesn’t respond, staring off at where Galvantula is using her pedipalps to wipe away Stella’s tears. Her frown doesn’t waver, but she does lean into the touch. Emmet forces himself to look away. “Stella is scared. She does not want to chase and play.”
Archeops caws, lowering to ground. With large, careful steps (maybe a little too large and too careful, but Emmet appreciates the effort, and it’s kinda funny to watch), Archeops approaches Stella. She watches him carefully, sniffling still, and Galvantula hisses, pedipalps waving in an admonishing manner.
Archeops ducks his head in shame. “Arch-ie!” He squawks, sorrowful. He takes another step closer. Emmet hovers, ready to intervene, and Galvantula’s fuzz stands with ready static that her Joltik feasts upon. “Arch-ie boy!! Ber-ry! Berry for Arch-ie boy!”
Emmet huffs. “You are not getting a berry!”
“Berry!” Archeops squawks loudly. He flaps his wings, and Stella. . . Stella giggles. “Berry! Love you! Berry!”
“Berry!” Stella chirps back. Emmet watches, flabbergasted, as she reaches out, fingers running through Archeops’ bright feathers. “Archie boy wants a berry!” She giggles more as Archeops crawls into her lap, nuzzling his head to hers. Emmet sits next to her, and she gives him such a shy smile that his heart melts. “Can. . . Can we have berries?”
Galvantula, previously just as surprised, chirps loudly. Joltik jumps up too, excited by the promise of treats. Several pairs of Babydoll Eyes pierce through him, super effective on his weak resolve.
“. . . Okay.”
Emmet later looks at the four of them snacking on Pecha berries and realizes he’s screwed.
-
Crustle is surprisingly okay for Stella, once she’s assured he won’t get her with his pinchers. The crab doesn’t move too fast, and Stella is strangely enthralled by him holding up a chunk of ground.
Emmet watches Stella try to crawl on her hands and knees alongside Crustle and Durant, a book on her back as they all make laps around the couch, sometimes racing when Durant grows bored. Excadrill whines and toddles after them, wanting affection, but Stella cowers from his large claws too, only easing into some hugs and cuddles once Emmet has them both in his arms.
Eelektross Stella refuses to really touch, to the slimy eel’s dismay, but she does run around with him and Archeops chasing her, squealing happily about Eelektross being like a kite as he swims through the air in little dances.
Haxorus and Garbador are far too big for Stella to be too comfortable around. Emmet is concerned with their dangerous parts too, Haxorus’ sharpness and Garbador’s toxicity making them not suitable to children, especially a crybaby (and Emmet says that with all the respect in his heart) like Stella. Luckily, all parties are happy with her calling out to them as they wrestle or get bathed or fed.
Each Pokémon helps Stella’s initial fear. As Emmet releases Klinklang, Stella does spins and tumbles trying to copy the turning gears. It’s as adorable as it is relieving to Emmet. Seeing Stella growing more and more comfortable has his confidence growing. Hopefully, soon they can have a proper discussion about the rift that brought Stella to Unova. But for now, Emmet has one more Pokémon to introduce.
Chandelure is a sore subject for Emmet. Seeing her out, glowing faintly in the setting sun, sends sharp pains through Emmet’s chest. He refuses to think on it too hard, refuses to lose control in front of Stella, but in his internal conflict, he fails to see how Chandelure begins to sway, spin, dance, all for the little girl in front of her.
Stella watches in awe as Chandelure begins to glow, brighter and brighter. The flames rise high into the air, crackling and shuddering in the winds of her movements. And with a low, haunting voice, Chandelure begins to sing.
Emmet’s head snaps up. With wide eyes, he watches Stella stumble after Chandelure’s dance, seemingly captivated by the Pokémon’s song. It aches, deep down within Emmet’s heart. For all she is, Stella reminds Emmet so much of Ingo. Her constant frown, her big eyes, her careful touches and shy pleads for affection. All little things, all so similar to what he lost.
Emmet crumbles to his knees. Broken from her daze, Stella turns, rushing over to Emmet with teary eyes and a quivering frown. Emmet opens his arms to her, which she’s quick to press into. Chandelure hovers over them with crooning final notes, the other Pokémon scurrying over to join in on the hug.
“Papa. . .” Stella murmurs, so soft Emmet feels like she’s the only sound even with so much noise around them. “I love you.”
Emmet buries his face in her shoulder to hide from the words and their meaning. Stella doesn’t press further, content to be close and safe.
A strange family, but a family all the same.

Some time ago I thought about using some lines from other characters to apply to Ingo or Emmet in fanart. And with all the uncle/papa Ingo propaganda I so love, my mind couldn't help but make the connection to Uncle Iroh
Tumblr media
Look at that and tell me I'm wrong. That fits with "uncle" Ingo so much
