“Does it truly weight so unbearably over your conscience? The cost of your magical prowess? Personally I very much applaud your skill. The inherent desire to protect your children translated into the most exceptional form of immortality. Granted, and while meaning no offense, the aforementioned children are for the most part an unruly pack of mercurial beasts painfully unprepared for acting as the fundamental pillars of such a remarkable species but I doubt you are, at the very least, entirely to blame for that. Whatever you may think of your own creation, I happen to be an avid admirer of your work.”

Fraudulent Encounters

Edmund wasn’t sure how it happened. Whether it was a skilled pick pocket, a bugged ATM or him carelessly dropping it in a club--someone had stolen the actors credit card. Even after he canceled it, the thief managed to spend a significant amount. An incredibly significant amount, that made the young man track the card’s whereabouts with rage. He was going to find the person who did it, show him what happened to common criminals, then make sure he was punished to the fullest extent of the law. Sure, he could go to the police, but Edmund was bored and hunting down this estranged person gave him a rush of adrenaline. 

Now, a week later, the actor found himself and his list of locations the credit card had been used outside a small store front. From a distance, he studied the building, trying to decipher what sort of place it was. After a few minutes of lingering across the street, he stepped off the sidewalk, sauntered across the side walk and pushed open the door of the store front. Upon stepping inside, he looked around the dimly lit area. “Hello? Anyone in here? I require assistance with an important matter!” He called out.  

Impulsiveness & impatience are from mom; bitterness & negativity are from dad. But they are both very kind people.
