• 'If you hike this hill with me, and make it all the way to the top, I'll buy you your favourite expensive meal everyday for 2 weeks BUT if you fail, you have to join me on my wednesday morning jog everyweek for 2 months'
• His over protectiveness took new heights when you got pushed to the side by an old man trying to get to his bus late at night
• And his idea of a solution was to hold your hand at all times
• Which slowly shifted from late at night coming home from the gaming cafe you all stay at late at night
• To the grocery store
• To school and the cantine (if u want to imagine you 're in school / uni)
• Essencially, he started holding your hand everywhere
• For safety, because you always are losing your balance
• That's a logical solution right?
• As long as it's not infront of the dreamies it's fine right?
• Until one day you two showed up to your meet up spot, holding hands
• 'Somethings not right here, Jeno and y/n came here TOGETHER, HOLDING HANDS!?'
• 'Well maybe we did'
• Jeno just shrugs, not letting go of your hand despite your loosening grip
• As you guys are just walking around, Jeno would just turn to you and say
• 'You know, I think I like you'
• Leaving you in absolute SHOCK from the sudden confession
• The thing about Jeno is that he's a very direct person
• He doesnt beat around the bush with things that are important to him
• And he's willing to put in the work for however your relationship changes

The K-Dramas I've watched
Playful Kiss
Possibly the first kdramas i've ever watched, it was either this one or The Miracle. I enjoyed it at first but i found it was an adaptation of Itazura na Kiss and went to watch the other adaptations and hated the story as a whole. Also when I found the Thai version it was game over cus that version is so much better than the source material.
Weighlifting Fairy Kim Bok-Joo
It was cute!! And very funny, I don't have much to say about it tho.
Goblin
Ignoring the fact he is idk how many years old and she was 18-19 when they properly meet... it's kinda cute. And heartbreaking. The Goblin and Reaper duo is also just iconically hilarious.
Doom At Your Service
MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE EVER!! The writing is so good and the story is so beautiful and I mean, Park Bo-Young is one of my favorite actresses for a reason. I just cannot properly put into words how much i adore this show, honestly.
While You Were Sleeping
How I meet both Suzy and Lee Jong-Suk and i loved them and their characters both so much. The story was very engaging too.
Strong Woman Bong-Soon
Park Bo-Young and Park Hyung-sik <3 Do Bong-Soon and Ahn Min-Hyuk <3 They were too good in this man, I'd love to see them in another drama together. One thing that felt uncessary to me was the gangsters and their whole screentime, it just wasnt entertaining or important to the story afjsahfkdagj

Very funny, very entertaining. Also how I feel in love with Cha Eun-woo. Also yes I loved Seo-jun but it made a lot more sense for Joo-kyung to be with Su-ho, me thinks.

Entertaining but the depiction of mental disabilities is really just... atrocious. It's a little hard to rewatch tbh.

Also one of the first ones i've watched, hilarious too. But i dont remember thinking much about the romance tbh. At least it's on the shorter end so if you dont feel like committing to 16+ 1-hour long episodes, this is a good one

Praça Mauá com seus museus: o Museu do Amanhã e o Museu da Arte do Rio.
O Museu do Amanhã, além de lindo, é imprescindível. O prédio do famoso arquiteto Santiago Calatrava combina perfeitamente com a zona portuária em que está construído, e acomoda exposições de arte, científicas e tecnológicas, permaneces e temporárias, que versam a respeito das mudanças climáticas, degradação ambiental e colapso social da nossa sociedade.
O Museu de Arte do Rio, também conhecido por MAR, compreende dois prédios, conectados. Um antigo (Palacete Dom João VI), que abriga as salas de exposição, e o outro moderno (antigo terminal rodoviário Mariano Procópio), sede da Escola do Olhar (para desenvolvimento de arte e cultura), além de salas administrativas e outros departamentos.
A praça é linda! Com vista para a Baía de Guanabara, o espaço conta com jardins, espelhos d’água, ciclovias, restaurantes próximos e acesso fácil. Rende fotos bonitas e uma caminhada agradável num dia de sol.

The Mauá square and its two museums: the Museum of Tomorrow and the Art Museum of Rio.
The Museum of Tomorrow is beyond not beautiful but a essencial subject. The building designed by famous architect Santiago Calatrava blends perfectly with its surroundings. It hosts permanent exhibitions on environmental and social issues, as well as, temporary art, scientific and technological exhibitions.
The Art Museum of Rio consists of two buildings recently connected: John VI of Portugal’s old palace, which hosts art exhibitions, and a more modern one hosting the Escola do Olhar, an art school, as well as, administrative offices.
The square is beautiful! Facing the Guanabara bay it features beautiful gardens, water mirrors, bike lines and good restaurants on its surroundings. Perfect for a good walk on a sunny day and amazing pictures.

Fornax A nos mostra em "Ethereal" que o essencial é invisível aos olhos e às vezes aos ouvidos também.

Quando paramos para ouvir o que é o chamado “full album” do grupo de pop sul-coreano fornax, temos a sensação daquele momento na infância onde um bebê tenta fazer passar uma peça que é quadrada dentro de um buraco que é um em formato de círculo: com muito esforço você consegue. E de alguma forma é isso que vemos nesse disco.
Não estou inventando nada, o conceito foi nos dado escrito para que pudéssemos entender do que se trata o Ethereal, ou “[α] ~ ETHERE∀L” se você for um android fã de k-pop. O grande ponto aqui é que as meninas criaram um disco que tenta ser muitas coisas e amarraram num conceito que praticamente envenena a maioria das músicas. Claro, a gente percebe essa ideia de etéreo, de suavidade, leveza em algumas das primeiras músicas, e algumas das últimas, mas parece que alguma coisa aconteceu no meio do caminho que nos fez sair da rota um pouco.
Eu digo envenenou pois esse disco é muito bom sobre uma ótica genérica, se fosse um álbum sem a pretensão de ser nada além de um álbum de k-pop, tenho certeza que nossa avaliação seria diferente. Houve uma tentativa honesta aqui, e as meninas conseguiram, de alguma forma. O destaque do disco vai para “You”, “Need U” e “Love Me Like” que representam perfeitamente a sonoridade que as meninas querem no disco. Eu apenas lamento muito por “U&M” estar no meio de duas faixas que não fazem sentido com o conceito do álbum que são “Sleepy” e “Rumours” onde não tem nada de etéreo, leve e calmo ali, e sim uma vibe mais urbana e old school com coral masculino fazendo “Hey, hey” batidas secas e onde é tudo muito alto. São músicas boas, mas não para o conceito do álbum.
A solução para esse disco seria ele ter mais músicas no estilo das três primeiras, ou menos músicas no estilo das três últimas, qualquer uma das opções funciona perfeitamente para um melhor andamento do disco. No geral, é um trabalho digno de ser ouvido e conseguiu atravessar a linha de chegada do que se propôs a fazer, meio aos trancos e barrancos, mas ainda sim é uma vitória para o grupo. Não ganhou, mas vão levar.

Morro de vontade de abrir um rp mas tenho muito receio, ainda mais vendo as reclamações dos players em várias contas, e como sou de primeira viagem em dá mais medo ainda. Alguma dica pra não vacilar?
oi, nony! posso te dar algumas dicas sim, mas vamos falar das coisas básicas primeiro e tudo vai aqui no read more porque eu falei demais e só vi depois que acabei o texto.
não existe moderação perfeita. o mínimo que todo moderador deve ter em mente é que nunca vão agradar a todos, seja pela forma que coordenam, comandam ou até mesmo pela trama, e isso é completamente aceitável e comum. existem players que são muito insensíveis e julgam por causa do gosto próprio, mas é preciso manter a cabeça erguida e saber lidar com essas coisas de uma forma bem filtrada e tranquila antes de perder a cabeça, literalmente. portanto, mesmo que você se cobre bastante, tenha sempre no remember warning que você não é a perfeição em pessoa e está tudo bem.
dicas que são valiosas são: organização, planejamento e compreensão.
no tópico de organização, você precisa saber se organizar, organizar atualizações, organizar postagens, organizar as vagas caso tenha, fcs ocupados e tudo que mantenha a central atualizada e aberta para a leitura sem atrasos, porque isso vai te poupar tanto tempo e problemas que você nem imagina. se você não tem um tempo pra ficar sempre atualizando, é só estabelecer um horário pra fazer as coisas: às 12:00 vou aceitar fichas, às 18:00 atualizar as páginas porque meu tempo é curto. e faça disso uma regra na central para quem estiver dando uma olhada conseguir se orientar também sem cobrar e te atacar por isso, porque acredite, acontece muito KKKKK só não recomendo relaxar demais nessa postura porque você pode prejudicar muitas coisas sem querer, e nem todo mundo é gentil o suficiente pra entender e colaborar.
o planejamento emprega o que você pretende com o rp. é um real life? estabeleça que a cada 15 dias vai fazer um plot drop ou evento, a cada 20 uma task, etc. tenha seu próprio cronograma e o que você quer desenvolver, mesmo que seja uma vida pacata ou uma revolução de guerra, pra você nunca se perder. uma dica que peguei de uma amiga querida ultimamente foi anotar tudo, mesmo em caderninho à mão, bem old school KKKKK porque isso realmente te faz pensar melhor nas ideias e não perder aquelas que vêm do nada pra te ajudar. quando você tiver esse planejamento, não vai ter aquele desespero enorme quando chegar x dia e o rp estiver parado, sem desenvolvimento ou encaminhamento. planejar antecipadamente ajuda muito, mas nada te impede de lançar uma coisa do nada que veio naquele brainstorming repentino. as coisas funcionam de acordo com a imaginação, disso não tenho dúvidas, mas é essencial que você tenha essa percepção. também é importante que você note se as coisas funcionem. esses eventos andam animados demais? parados demais? como melhorar. é aí que entra o terceiro tópico importante.
compreender seus players e atender às expectativas é algo que todo mundo quer, mas nem sempre é funcional. comece pelo básico pedindo opiniões de eventos, opiniões sobre os eventos e demais que você já fez, peça um feedback sobre o rp depois de um determinado tempo caso esteja na insegurança de saber se está conseguindo entregar o que propôs e sempre dê ouvidos às reclamações justas (alô, players, vamos mandar sempre fora do anônimo!), sugestões e críticas construtivas. se mais de uma pessoa te falou mais de uma vez sobre um mesmo assunto, você precisa acender um sinal vermelho na sua cabeça, ver se realmente está pecando nesse ponto e tentar mudar. eu já cansei de ver moderação que precisava de ajuda, ou de um toque, ou de uma sugestão ou então até de fazer algo novo que já foi pedido e sugerido pelos players ignorando por completo. isso é algo que afeta muito a jogabilidade e pode estagnar o desenvolvimento, fazendo com que você tenha um chuva de unfollows por uma besteira muito grande envolvendo orgulho e falta de comunicação. nesse caso, uma coisa que eu acredito ser bastante funcional é sempre perguntar: o que você acha que a moderação deveria fazer sobre isso?, diante de uma reclamação. assim, você pode somar o desejo do player ao que você já pretendia, ou explicar seu ponto evitando problemas e tudo vem conforme os bois andam depois.
também acho importante validar o pulso firme. não dê liberdade pra fazerem tudo o que quiserem, tudo o que desejarem, tudo o que der na telha. seja uma moderação amiga, mas não uma moderação amiga de tapete, ou as pessoas vão passar por cima do seu desenvolvimento e da sua autoridade com muita facilidade, e aí vem a quebra de regras, plots problemáticos e brigas de players.
não tenha medo de arriscar e explorar sua criatividade, saiba impor limites e saiba se conectar ao rp e aos seus players que com certeza vai colher ótimos frutos. no geral, não seja uma moderação radical demais, pra qualquer lado que seja. esteja na abertura de possibilidades, ajuda, recomendações, sugestões e de se impor quando for preciso.
o principal, principalmente se você for players: não recomendo de forma alguma que misture ic, ooc e moderação com player. eu acho um erro grave e vou deixar meu mais sincero sai daquiiiiiiii pra player xereta que quer saber com quem a moderação joga pra sabotar o jogo ou conseguir privilégio. não sei no que agrega ou no que ajuda, e ainda coloco que acho que isso só piora algumas coisas nos roleplays ultimamente.
espero que isso ajude de alguma forma! qualquer coisinha ou dica que ainda precisar pode vir aqui pra gente trocar umas bolas, rsrs.

She took her son to work because schools are closed and there was no one else who could take care of him, and when she left to walk her boss’ dog, Miguel was left in the boss’ care
When he was crying and asking for his mother, this white lady who was too busy getting her nails done to pay attention to a black child, decided to let him get on an elevator by himself and pushed a random button, just to get him out of her sight
And that’s when he fell down the 9th floor
His mother rightfully pointed out - if it were the other way around, if a white child her died while under a black woman’s care, she would never be forgiven - but the mayor’s wife responsible Miguel’s death paid bail and is free right now, hardly having to face the consequences for it

so my old hometown elementary school got shut down because of its mold problem or something and essencially it is now an abandoned school and because its been so long since the town has done anything with it the school can’t be renovated.
anyway so today i was watching videos of people going through abandoned places and i thought about my school. i hate spooky places but i started thinking about going back to my hometown just to get in and record.
i looked on youtube and apparently these girls somehow got in (pretty sure the whole place was locked down, but the description says it’s still open bc of sports) and took a video of some classrooms. at the end of the video they came into a hallway which i vividly remember. i checked this girl’s insta she put in the description and she’s one year older than me and lives in my hometown.
i don’t like BNE or spooky places but i think it would be cool to revisit my elementary school.

Are you a new Witch who doesn’t know why do you need to have a B.O.S?
Or you might just be confused and lost about what exactly should you be writing on you magical book.
Truth is: You don`t really NEED one for your witchcraft practice, BUT it can really help you to “level up” your magical skills by taking notes of your past magical experiences or simply writing correspondences for future rituals and spells.
When I started my magical practices I just kept one old high school notebooks and sort of wrote everything I did and read on the internet, books, etc… I just mixed everything. But it turns out for me, it wasn’t really working because I could never find what I wanted LOL.
So maybe it’s easier for you to have one book for each subject, and that will help you A LOT on your studies.
So anyway, if you`re wondering what kind of things you could be writing I’ve came up with 5 most important and ESSENCIAL things for your Book of Shadows.
1. WRITE DOWN YOUR DREAMS:
I know, this one seems stupid, but a lot of people underestimate dreams and think they are not really that big of a deal. IT IS. Specially if you are working on a spell, or working with deities. They could be talking to you with symbols and secret messages in your dreams. So write before you go to sleep say it to yourself: “I am going to remember everything I dream tonight and afterwards I will write this down on my grimoire.” This helps your brain retain information about what you dreamed that night.
2. TAKE NOTES ON YOUR MAGICAL EXPERIENCES:
Ok, this one is the most important for me. It is CRUCIAL that you write everything when performing a spell, ESPECIALLY one which you’ve created from scratch. Write down the phase of the moon at the time, the exact time you performed it, the day of the week, the stars, the color of the candles you used, herbs, etc…
Take notes on how you felt before and after a banishing ritual. Take daily notes on how your personal energy is going.
3. MAKE LISTS AND BULLET POINTS:
I like to make magical shopping lists on my grimoire. It’s important for me to keep a section filled with simple and essencial spells and herbs that I might use every month, for example: Herbs for protection, for banishing, for chakra cleansing, incenses, candles and etc…
I also make lists of spells I wanna be performing on the Full Moon in advance. WHY? Because I can get lazy with magic sometimes, and I know you can too. So when the full moon comes I already have my ritual written down along with all my ingredients for it.
4. SEPARATE ONE SECTION FOR DIVINATION:
Yes, divination is important. Wether it is to try and guess what is going to happen in your life this year, or using it for self-knowledge purposes, or to just talk to your gods… Divination is a big part of magic and I think that learning how it works is crucial for your magic.
Choose one type of divination: Tarot or Runes, or another one that you think is easier for you. Learn about it, write down the meanings and associations and then practice every single day. Sleep with a tarot card or rune under your pillow and write down your feelings and dreams the next day. Carry one with you during your day and write down everything that happen so that later on you can compare with the “official meaning” of that card or rune. Medidate and don’t forget to keep taking notes.
5. LAST BUT NOT LEAST” CONSECRATE AND PURIFY IT.
This is not obligatory, but it’s necessary in case you wanna protect it from ending up in the hands of people you don’t want to read it. It is a magic book, guys! And even more personal than a journal or a diary. So I would protect it and keep it very safe.
So here is a very cute and short blessing prayer for your B.o.S :
Elements of fire, water, wind and earth please protect this book
From wondering eyes and prying looks
Fill it with strong and Ancient power.
In this right and ready hour.
Of course you can use this one as a base and modify it to your will. There are tons of other blessing you could find on the internet. You could also consecrate it to your Mother Goddess and Father God, and then decorate it as you want.
I bought mine on Amazon, it’s cheaper than trying to find one here where I live so that’s where I would buy it.

I could spend hours and hours on this website looking at new journals to create a new B.O.S. I’m obsessed by them. But how it looks it is not always important. You could just use an old high school notebook if you want!
Just remember to have fun with it! Cut out spells, put some dried herbs, make some beautiful drawings…
All of this can help you understand magic even more than just reading books.
Magic is not just theory, it is PRACTICE, TRIAL AND ERROR.

feeling a little weird about my friendship with my bestie this week.. there wasn’t a “fight” or some reason to it and this is what scares me the most cause… is this how’s it gonna be from now on? i was still sending her tons of - silly as always and non necessary at all - texts about the most random stuff (but that was our usual like Omg look at this! *pic of a leave*) and she wasn’t answering the most, like replied to one laughing and then says something unrelated and when I reply the circle repeats itself.. at the beginning i was ok she is busy, so i will keep sending texts for when she has free time she answer -and if im busy atm somehow i’ll still be there- but then she got unbusy and i felt like i was bothering her (the most usual feeling in my heart ever) so instead of 20 texts, i started sending 10… and then 5…. and then 1 and then none and she was like “okay!!!! =)” and i don’t know how i feel about it cause she was such an essencial part of my daily routine if she becomes like the rest of my friends who i only text when i have something to say i’ll be so sad :( i know now we are in different places in our lives and it has no place for this high school drama (which she always has been pretty patient about when i look at it btw) but i wish we could always be this close .. i feel like im so distant from all of my friend and im not making any new friend while all my friends have lots and new and better friends cause they moved with their lives and i i i i i i stayed there and being physically far from them is also a factor in this, clearly, but i just really really hope this is not the case with this friend cause she is my best friend ): not even gonna enter in the topic “she’s discovering her friends - new or old - are cooler than me and then im not that necessary anymore or at least - which to me already is a lot - not worthy of her time like i used to be and not in a special place, a priority” cause that would go on and on and onnnn… im just waiting and hoping things come back to normal asap.. if not, Brazil I’m Devastated — and i will probably hit rock bottom cause i will literally have no one to talk to like literally and even if i do it won’t be that special (i had something else to add here but my 40 just showed up on my TV followed by my other 40 so i got distracted…) anyways, we can only wait and see

Why learning languages at all, and which ones to learn

You’ve read the title. Today we’re talking about why the hell even bothering to learn a language since AI is becoming so freaking powerful and smart. After that I persuade you to learn, I’ll tell you which ones are the best. COME WITH MOI
Why learning languages?
Bah, Michael, you’re American. What do you know about languages if you didn’t need to learn English as a second language?, you may ask. Well, I know I haven’t struggled with English, but I had my own problems. I’m gonna give you a little backstory of my life now.
I’m American, born and raised. But when I turned 14, my family had to come to Brazil because of my dad’s job. And my 14-year-old ass wouldn’t say a word in Portuguese. I knew nothing about the culture. Those were hard times.
I had studied Spanish for a while in my American school, but I hated it. I didn’t go along with it, and my teacher was terrible. I hated languages, and had the thought that in the future we wouldn’t need it. Because, hey, Google’s making AI and they’re getting close to human minds. Google Translate makes every day fewer and fewer mistakes. Why do I need it? I’m glad you freaking asked. We need it for 3 reasons (who gets the reference will win a digital cookie):
1. Culture
Leaning about somewhere’s culture is so much nicer in its mother language! Let’s pretend, for example, that you want to study WWII. Why not looking at the German’s side and see why they thought Hitler was right? Or the Italian’s side, with Mussolini? Yes, there are documentaries in English about that, but there’s a difference. The depth of facts and the thoughts about it will be different.
Brazilians don’t learn about American history as deep as we do. And I believe that works for every country. You want to know something with details? Search for content in that language. Other funny thing about Brazil, they don’t think the Wright Brothers invented the airplane, but Santos Dumont. Points of view, that’s all.
And also, in Humanities, there’s always a misinterpretation, or something that just makes sense in the original language. Heidegger's “dasein” for example. No one translated it, because you can’t. That expression only makes sense in German. And Literatur is so much better when it’s in its original language. You’ll adapt the text inevitably when you’re translating something. Some jokes just make sense in a specific language. Some rhymes only happen in a specific language. And to understand them, you gotta learn.
2. Friends
I’m honestly trying to talk about social skills in Tumblr. I don’t know why I’m doing this.
Let’s pretend you just started a friendship with a French person. That person will feel way more comfortable if you speak in hir language. That’s a fact. Friendship will flow way better if you speak the same language. Ah, but Google Translate bla bla, NO. It won’t flow. You won’t be able to have a real, deep conversation with someone and Google Translate. This is a duo, not a trio.
And again, you have the factor that you’ll start knowing about the others’ manners, what’s normal for them, what’s gross, what’s weird and etc. And the most amazing thing: comparing senses of humor. It’s awesome.
3. Fun
And last, but not least, the freaking fun you have while studying it. Think with me. Languages are the only subject in which people won’t complain that you “just watch TV and listen to music”. C’mon, movies and music just make everything better! And while, in other subjects, these two make you procrastinate, in language learning, they’re an essencial part. Who would have known, huh? Listening to songs in other languages is my absolute favorite hobbie, and I’ll definitely give some recommendations later for you guys.
Fine. Now what? Which ones to learn?
Now that you’re a happy little pupil that wants to buy a textbook right away, which language to start with?
It depends.
I know how bad this may sound, but I truly believe the only language that you shouldn’t necessarily learn for your own pleasure is English. Wanting or not, it’s the language everyone needs to speak nowadays. Sorry, guys.
But after you went pass English, it’s on you. You can go and learn the language whose culture made you feel interested. For exemple, I want to learn Croatian in a close future, because I fell in love with Croatia in this World Cup. They’re freaking awesome! How about some Icelandic as well, who knows?
Will it be useful? I don’t care, and that’s not the point. It’ll bring you joy and happiness, and such a broader worldview. Just go for it, mate, and make the world yours.
