Rewatched a bit of gravity falls today and wanted to talk about my gf!oc so here we go
[Main stuff] Their name is Oizys & they use they/them pronouns. Ppl who don't know their proper name call them Tech. Their group has a house in the woods they took over. Used as a hideout to build stuff w scrap & practice fighting. Group dog named Apollo. Group is 'Artic Commune'
[Looks] They have long hair in a usually messy braid (dyed blue w a white streak in the front). They usually have a gold & pink varsity-style jacket, that no one knows where they got it (prbly a car lmao). White high tops covered in fake bl00d paired w ripped black bootcut jeans cover their legs. A over the shoulder dark red bag covered in patches carries a video camera, Nightmare Before Christmas headphones, their wallet, a P.K.E meter, & a med kit. Under their jacket is either a NITW, Ghostbusters, X-Men, or TOH shirt. Plus a mask w monster teeth smtm
[Background] They live with their mom, siblings, & their uncle who rents out their basement. Their family owns a junkyard near the edge of town, and their house acts as the office for it. Their job is to clean the cars out of useful parts, junk left by ppl, and other stuff. They help around the house & junkyard. They also wash dishes at a cafe for extra money. Otherwise they spend a good chunk of their time fixing toys & stuff for candy (they'll fix a small car for a pint of ice cream). They have friends that they can be found hanging out w in the woods
[Connection to main cast?] Dipper had asked Wendy about someone who could help him with the broken computer (the one they worked on during the puppet ep). Wendy shrugged & replied w "There's a group of nerds in the woods, one of them will fix anything for the right amount of candy. They mainly take sour stuff, gum, & suckers. But Thompson got them to fix his mom's van for a pint of ice cream. So you could check with them." Dipper asked where you could find them & was given a map w places marked. "Check there," Wendy explained w a grin. "I'm sure you'll find them. If they aren't in any of those places, their group took over the old Manson place in the woods by the junkyard, which is marked. Just... don't tell them I sent you. Our groups've had issues in the past." Dipper had actually gone to find them, Mabel also coming. They ended up at the abandoned house. "It's almost chilly over here," Mabel commented. "I mean, their sign said Artic Commune. Must be the coldest spot in town or smth," Dipper replied. They knocked on the house's caution-tape covered door & waited through some muffled arguing. A masculine shaped person wearing a flowy white dress w messy blond hair answered the door. "You caught us at a bad, but how can I help you children?" "We aren't kids!-" Dipper started, but he was cut off by Mabel shouting, "I LOVE your style!" The person grinned. "Thanks, yours is cute too." "Uh, excuse me? My name is Dipper Pines. That's my sister Mabel. We're looking for Tech? I think?" Dipper interrupted. "I'm Butch, I use he/she pronouns. Give me just a sec-" He turned to the interior. "OIZYS! ITS FOR YOU!" There was a clattering before an annoyed person appeared in the frame. "What can I do for you, children?" They asked. "I need your help fixing this computer," Dipper responded, holding the bundle out. "Hm, that's a p big fix. Let's see... I know! Bring us a medium pizza. Cheese is fine. Bring that & by tmrw we'll have -fixed &, if you want, logged into it for you. Make sure there's no bugs & all that. Deal?" Butch has moved so that they're easier to see. They hold out a hand for Dipper to shake & agree. "Deal," he shakes their hand. "Pizza first, then leave the computer. You have 3 hours."

I know I’ve kind of vanished, but here is an idea I’ve had bouncing around in my head: Night in the Woods AU!!! I’m/Esa’s a bat, as is Grimmchild (sort of...), Emilita is a rabbit, and Niko is obviously a cat!
Grimm isn’t in this picture because he’s way too big. And also terrifying. When you’re a Nightmare God and you find yourself in a horror world... Well that happens. I plan to also draw Divine (Hippo) and the Grimmsteeds when I do my, Niko’s, and Emilita’s Troupe outfits.
But basically: After the events of my Hollow Knight story (complicated, but I haven’t written it yet), Hallownest is no longer able to sustain the troupe, so the lantern is sent out again in search of “Dying Kingdoms.” It finds the “kingdom” of Possum Springs... And a stray cigarette butt falls in the wrong place in the woods.

Hmn, I don't think I consider any characters "precious babies" in the way the question is imagining, but I WOULD die defending MK, Mei, and Red Son. Outside of Monkie Kid, I would absolutely do the same for Conan Edogawa/Shinichi Kudo from Detective Conan and and Mae Borowski from NITW.
Literally speaking none of them really need defending and they could all probably kick my ass way before I could actually defend them, but I'd do it anyway. However, I can and will (and have with Mae) verbally fight anyone who shit talks them to my face.

Rules for the apocalypse
Just some general rules to look at beforehand
It’s important to read through and follow both the general and IC rules on the server itself. That was somewhat obvious.
You have to be 17+ to join the server
You can have up to 10 muses - Canon,AU,OC,it doesn’t matter. Just don’t go taking up every single character from one fandom.
This is a multifandom/multiverse Fallout roleplay,there’s a lot of custom stuff added,like factions,creatures,even locations.
Check the masterlist,it’s regularly updated
In this house we don’t allow sexism,racism,transphobia,lgbtaphobia, nazis, terfs/swerfs,maps or anything of the sort. You’ll get banned.
Be nice,and please don’t fight among each other. If you have any issues with something or someone that you can’t sort out in PMs,ask an admin for help.
You’ll need to look at the characters list,just in case you want to play as a canon character someone else is already playing as. Don’t get mad if you can’t play a canon character because of that,either. We’re all mature people here.
Keep the main chats,both OOC and IC SFW. There are NSFW channels for NSFW topics. Keep it there.
Please do NOT force ships/smut on people. If you are politely asked to stop, please do. Make sure you communicate your intentions with your roleplaying partners clearly
Try to stay active. Post at least 3 or 4 times a week,and mention if you won’t be able to post. Inform an admin if you’re leaving the server
Don’t go picking fights with people because you dislike the character/fandom. Don’t go trying to get them to ditch muses because of that either. Do NOT mock the fandoms or the people in them. Respect everyone and all fandoms. I know there are some that can be problematic. However, that does not give you right to be rude.
Do not randomly invite people without informing admins who they are.
Keep in mind that this is Fallout,where cults and cannibalism are a thing,where raiders put their victims’ heads on sticks,where beasts tear people to shreds. There are a lot of triggering topics,such as gore,violence and torture that are gonna be played.
Nobody on the server is going to fight and argue about which Fallout was best or worst. You can say that it’s the best to you or you weren’t a big fan,but no picking fights. They all had their ups and downs. Unless you’re shitposting,don’t even dare.
If you kill a muse off,that muse will be put up as {Dead/Deceased} on the masterlist. Said death will be permanent,so nobody’ll be able to play that character again. Not even you. So think before you do anything crazy.
No romantic relationships between family members or between adult and kid or person and actual animal/wasteland beast. We don’t support pedophilia,beastiality nor do we support incest. If you wanna roleplay that shit,you’re gonna have to find yourself another group.
Under no circumstances are you allowed to kill other people’s characters,no matter who or what they are,without their explicit persmission. If you want to get one of your own characters killed,just make sure the people you’re roleplaying with are okay with it. Faction leaders can’t be killed off as of yet. Neither can people involved in big plots. Everything to to be discussed.
Characters can be of any gender,any orientation,any species from any universe. Even AUs. Let’s just try to not go for ponies or animal characters from movies,stupid example being Simba from the Lion King. Only exception there is if the character is anthropomorphic like the bunch from NITW or Zootopia.
Factions can’t be killed off. No matter whether they’re raiders or not.
Try to interact with others and not just roleplay with yourself. That’s why it’s a roleplay in the first place.So people’s characters can interact with each other
Drama IC is encouraged. Just don’t overdo it or do anything extreme without informing admins and the rest. We can discuss it. Let’s not constantly have big drama/angst. It tires people out,and can be very draining.
Don’t godmod/powerplay/control others’ muses in any way. You will be warned if you are. Report any godmodding to an admin. Unless that person gave you permission to. Don’t get muses into dangerous situations while the person isn’t online.
Remember to pick a muse/muses you know you'll rp for a long time. Please don't pick a muse you know you'll abandon after two or three days.
Keep in mind that unless that character themselves is a canon Fallout 4 character or an OC,you cannot stick to their original backstories completely.With protagonists and characters from the other games,you have to come up with a reason they left California/Washington/Mojave/where ever. With characters from other fandoms,try coming up with a backstory that fits into the Fallout world while still adding tiny details from their original. Only a suggestion,of course.
All other rules are on the server itself.
If anything else comes up that should be added,it will be added. Keep in mind that everyone has lives outside this stuff,so please be patient

Jay!! He plays heaps of video games. He likes story based adventures. He’d be into Firewatch, TLOU, NITW, Uncharted, TWD, LIS, Until Dawn, DBH, TLG. Y’know all the good stuff. (He would probably try to rope Max into playing TLOU and TWD because Max really likes apocalyptic things.) He probably plays Nintendo Super Mario Brother games too.
Presley would play some horror/thriller games with heaps of jump scares. Can’t give examples bc I’m too scared to even try and search any up.
Marley would play the Marvel/DC video games. Especially that new Spider-Man one. He probably cried when he found out about the new swinging technique and graphics. Oh he’d also play Overwatch!
((I can’t really imagine Lina or Drew playing any video games. Drew’s too busy with her bible stuff and her singing. She’d totally be down to play a video game though.))

Here's the fandoms I'm in: BaTIM, FNaF, UNDERTALE (I'm not exactly in the fandom anymore but I'll willing answer), NITW, and Tattletail Or maybe my OCs: OC world 1: Xavier (male human), Alexis (merman) Preview: Xavier (ZAY- V-ER) is a singer, famous for his sex appeal and dance moves. Alexis is a fan of him, ful on fanboy. One starry night, Alexis swam too close to the shore and was swept up by the current onto the shore where Xavier happened to be. Seeing the unconscious mermaid, Xavier took Alexis home and put him in his indoor pool. Soon a friendship formed, but they wanted to be something more. Now they're in a loving relationship. Oc world 2 (furry-like world): Vladmor (male Hybrid bat), Raven (female Raven) Preview: An unlikely friendship formed between these two when V was out alone looking for dinner. He was flying over a pond when he saw something struggling in the water. He quickly swooped down to investigate. It was a bird. Her foot was caught on something under water and V knew he just had to help her. Now Raven is the one protecting him. OC world 3 (Fruit based world): Nigel (male baby goat), Cleo ( female Egyptian Pharaoh Hound) Preview: One nice day, Nigel took a boat ride in his Watermelon boat. He came across a kingdom, a lemon kingdom. Being the curious kid he is, he went to check it out. That's where he met the queen, Cleo. She grew fond of the goat and offered him a home if they could be friends. Nigel happily accepted. Now they are as close as ever and Cleo took the mom friend role. OC world 4 (Halloween night): Charlie (male creature), Dex* (male creature) Preview: Charlie seems nice, but don't be fooled. Every Halloween night, he comes out for dinner. This is the only time of year he can eat. He finds a child out trick-or-treating and lures them into the woods with his cute looks. They think he's a weird dog or a really good costume. He can't talk so he brings them candy from previous victims. When he earns their trust, he leads them to his den, a abondoned shack by a pond. He goes in to get the candy while the child sits by the pond. He watches them eat and when they least expect it, he uses his knife-like hands to cut deep into their flesh. He continues this all night until dawn. Dex came into picture when Charlie came back one night and was spotted on the other side of the pond. Charlie flew over and Dex introduced himself. Charlie lead him to his home and carved his name into the floor so Dex could communicate with him. Dex offered to help him find children in exchange for somewhere to stay. Who knew a friendship could spawn from something so brutal. *Dex can talk !!!Other OCs have no way of communicating and it wouldn't be as fun if you can't interact with them!!!

tall and smol girlfriends. i don’t have names yet but??? met in their first year of college.
tall was never super good at school and had kinda gone to college because that Is What You Do. after a year, though, she wasn’t doing well in classes and her part-time job asked her if she could step up her hours. and you know what? that didn’t sound bad. so she dropped out to work. (her parents were disappointed, but also secretly relieved that they wouldn’t have to help out with three more years of college funding. that stuff’s expensive, and tall is the second of four children.) she does photography as a hobby and takes some of the university’s craft center courses.
smol grew up Straight A’s, a single child, and definitely on the pudgy side. she will Be A Teacher, and is currently working toward that by getting her undergrad degree first. she’s never particularly loved young children, but she feels a kindred spirit in kids who are beginning to discover who they are and what they love, and all the awkwardness that can come with that. especially shyer kids, because she was there. she volunteers at local afterschool programs. she adores almost anything paranormal, occult, or cryptid related.
smol’s parents are pretty Religious and Conservative and do not know she has a girlfriend. they don’t know if they’ll ever be able to tell them. it’s a point of contention in their relationship, but both of them pretty much try to ignore it as best they can, because they know smol needs the financial support to get her degree. in the meanwhile, they are ‘roommates’ to those they’re not out to.
smol Goes To Church and tall goes with her every third or fourth time (depending on work schedule, among other factors). it’s not really tall’s thing, but the church smol picked out for herself is pretty decent, and it means a lot to smol. and then afterwards they spend a couple hours together in that little part of town, often going to a nearby café for a light lunch before heading home.
smol is convinced that tall has a ghost haunting them. tall doesn’t even register the noises and whatnot that smol points out, because tall lived in a house of six and sometimes noises just happen and ya learn to tune it out. tall also doesn’t really like the idea that some dead person might be watching them when they get intimate. smol giggles and says “what else are dead people supposed to do?” not that tall can argue that, but. the idea still unsettles her a bit.
if, sometimes, on the way home from work, tall’s not-quite-natural shadow scares off potential late-night harassers, well. she probably doesn’t know a thing about it.

well hello there… i see my title has caught your eye… -u-
introductions first: hiya! i’m tea (like the beverage), i’m in my early 20’s, and i live in midwestern USA so my timezone is central. i roleplay exclusively through email. i’ve tried other mediums and they just don’t stick for me. there will be an ooc thread for plotting/planning/talking and an rp thread for the actual roleplay. god i hope this looks okay because it NEVER formats well after i submit it and can be grueling to read when it’s a long ad like this.
for the rp itself, well. i’m looking for a small array of things, so i figured i’d make an ad as a catch-all instead of doing something like one ad per request. i will only do oc/oc romance, btw! the only exception to this is one fandom, which i will specify when i get to it.
i’m currently looking to roleplay something in these veins: fallout, percy jackson, story of seasons/harvest moon, avatar: the last airbender/legend of korra, and original (supernatural/demons/generic spooky things). read on if you want to know more.
style;

☆novel or multi-paragraph; i can snap out four paragraphs or 20, usually novel but like i can work w/ anything.
☆good handle on grammar, maybe some spelling errors if i’m responding from my phone. i’m very relaxed with typing OOC as u can tell but i go all out with actual writing, don’t worry.

☆varied in personality and backstory, i usually make new ones for rps but sometimes a character sticks with me.
☆i can handle various roles at once; side characters or recurring roles aside from mains are welcome.

☆i don’t use FC’s and prefer written descriptions, but i’m a hoe for pinterest and moodboards and use that for character references.

ok i’m gonna be honest. i never read heroes of olympus. or any other riordan book beside the original PJO books. BUT i love the original series so like. u knowwww. for the plot, i don’t have anything, but i’ve seen a couple ads floating around with some interesting plot bunnies? i love the idea of demigods in a different time period. i don’t want to steal anything though, LOL. basically anything’s good! some pairings i like:

i love the harvest moon series & have been playing the gay ROMs lately so i’m really feelin it. this is the only fandom i will do canon characters for! specifically, canon/canon, either between bachelor/ettes or bachelor/ettes and the corresponding farmer for the game. i have a few favorites in some of the games i’ve played, which i’ll list here.

this one is the loosest i’ve got. i love small town horror vibes — think NiTW or OTGW. i prefer horror-comedy or like, quirky horror romcom stuff, so i’m not looking for anything genuinely frightening (but that could be so fun too). think a dude accidentally summoning a demon, someone accidentally selling their soul, some people investigating mysterious supernatural happenings in their town, stuff like that. any and everything is good, my options are beyond open. also in general i prefer human/non-human pairings, so anything along those lines in a setting like this will work. werewolves, demons, vampires, witches, send them all my way.
